It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it is a spectacular value for the price. Every time I have work at Camp Fuji, I stay here. It's right by the station and along good bus lines. It's comfortable enough. The breakfast is fantastic.

The carpet looks like it hasnt been replaced since the 1970's, which gives the impression of it being run down, despite it being an excellently administered hotel.

USBコンセントがなく、充電コードは持参していがのだが、結局充電する事が出来なかった。 設備がコメント評価どうりに老朽化が激しく、想像以上にショックだった。 体中が痒くなり、異常だった!

朝食はいつもおいしいですね。また、夕方のカレーと飲み物のサービスも良かったです。

駅からすぐ！！お安い上に お部屋は清潔。朝ごはんは無料なのに 充実内容。夜　希望あれば　カレーもサービスあります。とのお話に驚きました。 次も利用させていただきたいです😊

今回は御殿場アウトレットの旅で利用しました。アウトレットからは無料のバスが御殿場駅まであり、ホテルも駅目の前で便利で迷うことなく到着できました。施設はやや古さがありましたが、清潔な感じがありました。朝食も美味しかったです。特にスクランブルエッグが美味しく気に入りました！ 富士山🗻も朝から全面が見え大満足です！

御殿場駅のすぐ前ですし夕飯には困らない場所で朝食も大変美味しかったです。

Excellent property. The breakfast is amazing. The only concern is the room is very small, but everything else is great.

Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to assist, one staff member even chased us up the street to ensure we had the correct directions for the local supermarket, not great English but used a translating service whenever in doubt. Dated property but clean and well priced. Very convenient location across the road from train and bus station. Staff held our bags whilst we climbed Mt Fuji and checked back in following day. Slept well, great view of Fuji, charming place, not the most modern but made up for but lovely staff, recommended.

If you are here for one night, on your way to hike Mt Fuji, this is perfect for you! Next to the train and bus station that takes you to 5th station. Breakfast is included and there is a lot of choice, ideal before the hike! There is a lot of samples available (creams etc). Our room faced Mt Fuji (just by chance) and it was the best view. We were allowed to leave our bags and suitcases after check out whilst we were doing our hike overnight which was great!!

This hotel is really run down... Like 80s dream turned horror film! It is practical in all aspects but expect wall paper coming off, facilities at least 30 years old etc

Hotel categoria econômica. A vista do quarto é sensacional, próximo à estação de trem e fácil locomoção. Hotel antigo que demanda de uma reforma nos quartos. Café da manhã muito bom e gostoso. Atendimento impecável dos funcionários.

利点 無料駐車場が近く、マイペースで利用可能。 周辺の飲食店・コンビニも近く、利用しやすい。

The breakfast was awesome.

設備は古いですが必要なものは揃っており、スタッフも親切でフレンドリーです。ホテルの朝ごはんも充実していて美味しかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。 富士山側の部屋からは富士山が良く見えます。

후지산 등산을 위해서 산전망 2박 머물렸습니다. 오래된 호텔 같았지만 나름대로 괜찮았고 조식뷔페도 훌륭했습니다.

房間超級大，雖然比較殘舊一些，早餐也不錯，地理位置非常好，酒店位於火車站及巴士站旁邊，非常方便，附近有二十四小時營業的AEON，而且餐廳選擇非常多，營業至深夜，對於有小朋友的家庭是一個不錯的選擇！

It was right across from the train station, making it easier to connect there with our Fuji mountain guides.

Firstly, i want to state that we opted to stay at this hotel for one reason , that it’s across from the train station and to facilitate our shopping at Gotemba outlet. For that reason alone, this hotel serves its purpose. That the staff were helpful, free liquor and curry rice provided during evening hours, good selection of restaurants around, meant I gave it 4 stars. The 2 star less was because the hotel itself is very dated and old . But it’s just for a night, not an issue to me.

The room is big and nice. Good service. Welcome snack and necessity is provided which is very considering.

子連れ4人で滞在。今後は使用しません。 家族用の部屋を予約しましたが、バスタブとシャワー、トイレが同じ部屋にあり、複数人数での宿泊に適してません。 ビジネスホテルと全く同じ作りにがっかりしました。テレビも一名部屋用のサイズでした。 更にはバスタブに黒カビ、タオルおよび枕が一名分不足しておりました。ウォシュレットも洗面台の水を先に出さないと機能せず、非常に不便でした。 家族での宿泊はお勧めしません。

正直内装ボロボロだしトイレのウォシュレットは熱くて温度調節できないしで不満点はあるけど駅前、飲食店街の中ということで利便性はピカ一なのでリピートしてもいいかなってかんじです。 今回は翌日雨でゴルフ中止したのでゆったり朝ごはん食べましたが美味しかったです

お風呂がかび臭い。換気扇が故障？ もう二度とと泊まりません。

The room was dark it was only lit by 3 small lamps and no ceiling light other than the small one in front of the bathroom.

A little bit soiled

Very nice front desk employees. Delicious free breakfast. They stored my luggage when I climb Mt.Fuji and when I returned to check back in already had my luggage in the room for me. Welcome back, Mr. Martinez

It was all worth it, and I may return one day.

Truly excellent breakfast and a great view of Mt Fuji. Nice atmosphere and awesome staff.

Enjoyed the excellent Japanese breakfast buffet. Very convenient at the station and bus stop to Fujisan. Several restaurants in the area.

Looks a bit old fashioned and carpets in the corridors are worn out. But the room was clean.

Excellent location right in front of Gotemba station. Breakfast buffet was good. Yummy pudding.

The room is small, and it was still in 80s-90s style. There was no space to open two luggages. The bathroom requires a big step to walk up, which is inconvenient to children and elderly. It should have shown clearly in the website so that customers can decide to stay or not beforehand.

・日によって足ふきマットがない。 ・洗面台に置いていた、自宅から持って行った手洗い用洗剤が倒されていた。 ・掃除が雑。 ・タクシーの予約はご自分でと言われた。 設備が古いのは仕方ないとしても、それ以外は怠慢。従業員によっては良い対応の人もいるのかもしれませんが、立地以外はおすすめできるポイントがありません。

御殿場で老舗のホテルです。設備など古いですが私は「味」だと思ってます。近くに飲食店多く、駐車場もあります。朝ご飯もしっかりした内容。

A little dated, but well kept property and convenient to Gotemba Train Station. Breakfast service was a nice touch.

Tiny, dated, dirty room that smelled awful. There was a think layer of dust in the corners and a dirty stained bedspread. However, the view of Mount Fuji was amazing. Right across the street from the train station. Walking distance to several restaurants.

No air conditioning, despite having air conditioning listed in the available facilities, so we had to open our windows. Luckily, we were given fans for all 3 rooms we occupied.

宿泊料金が安いです。 部屋は、別として御殿場駅周辺だと1万円以上取られてもおかしくないのが、1万円以下で泊まれるのは、嬉しいです。

施設が古く、駐車場も分かりづらく遠い。2人で申し込みしましたが1人分のアメニティしか有りませんでした。コスト面を考慮すればやむを得ないか？

到着しましたら、20時までのウェルカムドリンクとカレーのサーヴィスがあり、朝食が盛り沢山のバイキングで良かったです。 お部屋も快適でした。

御殿場駅から道路一本隔てただけの駅直結の立地で非常に便利だった。

朝起きたら富士山が見えた。17時から21時のアルコールとソフトドリンクとカレーの無料サービス

部屋は清潔でとても良かったですが、窓が防火用で富士山が網状に見えたのが残念です。 あとは、浴槽の下部分に白テープが貼ってあるもののカビではないかと言うものが見えた。 バスルームの段差も気になります。 チェックイン等の対応は大変良かったです。

写真と違いすぎた為このような評価にさせて頂きました。

兎に角、汚い。ロビーも廊下も部屋は最悪に汚い。 壁紙は剥がれてる。狭い。 もう、絶対に泊まらない。 絶対に泊まらない方がいい。 近くにルートインがあるのを知らなかった。知っていれば、ルートインにした。 ホントに最悪。

宿泊者に無料でアルコールとカレーが振る舞われるのは凄いサービス。

タイミングが合えば敷地内の駐車場利用出来たが、第二駐車場の場所が分かりにくかった。

駅から道路渡って直ぐの立地！ とても便利です。受付の方も親切でした。 エレベーターホールからの眺めも良く、 部屋の窓からは富士山が見えました。 ただ床のお掃除だけが…少し残念でした。

少し古い建物でしたが、別に気にはなりませんでした。 富士山さんが、部屋の正面で景色は大変良かったです。 残念な点は、浴槽の中に汚れみたいのものがあった事です。

フロントの方にも伝えましたが、敷地外の駐車場の表示が分かりづらく、看板を大きくする等改善された方がよいと思います。 ハッピーアワーの飲み物は紙コップに生ビール一杯だけはさびしかった。

寝る時にカサカサ枕元で他の部屋からの音がして熟睡できなかったので。

隣りの部屋の大騒ぎが夜中まで続いていた事が苦痛だった。

建物が大分古くなってきて部屋の印象が少し汚く感じた。立地は駅前なので良いと思います。
