Amazing place
My partner and I stayed here for five nights over the Christmas holiday. In addition to being clean, safe, and private, the staff were extremely hospitable and professional. While my husband was working, I enjoyed the on-site spa services and delicious dining menu at the Clau Clau bistro. I would recommend La Bannik for those who are looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat that takes full advantage of the natural beauty of Lac Temiscaming.

J’y ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises. Les chalets sont agréables et très confortable. Le restaurant excellent, même si le menu n’était pas très diversifiée mais tout le monde trouver un plat qu’il satisfaisait pleinement. Les indications pour s’y rendre à motoneige à partir de Ville-Marie sont excellentes

Beautiful property with exceptional view of the lake. Well appointed cabin and very nice restaurant on the property.
My husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary at La Bannik and loved it. Our bachelor chalet was perfect and we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant. Beautiful setting. The interesting Fort next door was an unexpected bonus.

Beau séjour! Propre et très accueillant. Seul bémol, la salle à manger est maintenant fermée le matin et le lundi soir. Bien-sur on a lrs commodités dans les chalets pour réchauffer les plats achetés au village mais en affaires, on a parfois moins le temps. J’espère que la salle à manger va réouvrir prochainement. Nous comprenons bien entendu que les temps sont plus pénibles avec la crise COVID.

Very cozy cabin in a quiet corner of Quebec surrounded by nature. The restaurant on the property has a stunning view of the lake. Staff was friendly, helpful, and bilingual.

Un site remarquable avec la vue sur le lac! Le chalet chaleureux et très confortable était prêt à mon arrivée: entrée déneigée, musique, lumières et chauffage allumés à l'intérieur.
The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The grounds and views are magnificent. Our dinner and breakfast were deliciously prepared and beautifully served. The view from the dining room with the fall foliage in full bloom was wonderful. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Unfortunately upon our arrival our booking was not made. Because of the long distance and our wish to stay at this specific location we ended up paying almost double to stay in a larger cabin since it was the only thing available. Not sure where the mix up occurred, with La Bannik or Expedia but this situation is the reason that all feedback is not glowing.
If i ever have to come back to Temiscamingue Region, La Bannik is will be my first choice!
The staff was absolutely amazing! They were fast and friendly and really made us feel like we were at home! Very clean cabin and pillows were comfortable and fresh scented. Restaurant was very good!!! View was amazing!!! My family will definitely be back again!!!

Petit nuitée pour sortir de l’ordinaire bien réussi. On a profité d’un vendredi soir de congé pour profiter d’un chaleureux chalet en famille et relaxer en forêt. On a adoré passer du temps à la Bannik, le déjeuner était succulent. Le souper était bien et c’etait En prime gratuit pour notre fille (souper et déjeuner gratuit pour les 0-4 ans). La direction a assuré un suivi après notre départ pour corriger les petits détails qui nous avait moins plu afin d’assurer une qualité encore meilleure pour les prochains voyageurs.
Cetait trsmes bien et accueillant mais jai reserve le chalet l’oliver il est magnifiqUe mais jai une petite remarque... le matelas est tres inconfortable. Mais a part ca cetait super je vais y retourner!

Overall our stay was excellent .We had a very nice evening meal and breakfast was pleasant .The downside of our visit was we were unable to get the TV to work. The instructions available were in French as Quebec is predominately French speaking in a bilingual country.When asked for help at the reception desk at 6 ( checking time was 4 ) and we were told no help was available until the following day We were only staying 1 night.
My husband and i spent our wedding anniversary at the Bannik... Beautiful cottages, very clean, friendly service, beautiful scenery and great food especially the Sunday brunch.. We ejoyed our stay very much😄
Je suis arrivé après environ 7:30 de route. J'ai trouvé un paysage à couper le souffle, un chambre très propre et confortable. Après une bonne nuit, j'ai été manger au restaurant de l'établissement ou j'ai été très bien servi et la nourriture était excellente.
