Location was perfect Staff very helpful and friendly

Very squeaky bathroom door quite annoying in the night WiFi didn’t work but it was sorted very quickly by the staff

The car park my car was covered in bird poo really bad .But I got there late and no other place was available. I had to go through a car wash

It was convenient for what we were doing that weekend and it was easy to find. The room was clean and as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful

The rooms weren’t cleaned. I was aware that this would be the case and it wasn’t a problem but it would have been good not to have to phone housekeeping for milk etc.

They have looked after me for at least four visits and although the festival is moving and we probably won't be back I can recommend The R Inn

Great location for our local needs and relatively cheap.

My single bed mattress was extremely soft and thus, uncomfortable. There was black mould on the shower tile grouting and the bathroom smelled stale

The facility at R hotel is excellent we ran out of milk staff were quick to replenish it for us in matter of minutes They we’re extremely busy with a private party going on

Every thing was excellent

Central location for me. Clean room small double bed in a single room was a bonus. Larger en-suite also perfect. Staff lovely.

The bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell. It was also outrageously hot! I do realise we were there in a heatwave but when we arrived in the evening, when it was cooler outside, all doors and windows were shut and air con in corridors was off. The bathroom floor and toilet seat were hot. When we got in later from visiting a friend, despite having done our best to ventilate the room the walls were hot to touch and the drain smell even worse. When we left in the morning the corridor air con was on. What a difference it would have made to have had it on the previous day, and for someone to have thought about ventilation.

Recepcionista muito gentil, esquecemos o adaptador de tomadas e ela nos emprestou. As camas eram confortáveis e havia dois travesseiros por pessoa. Estava relativamente limpo. Check-in foi fácil. Ter estacionamento. Embora sem Pequeno-almoço, havia um local para tomar café muito próximo.

Do horário limitado de check-in. Os quartos estavam extremamente quentes, a ventuinha não refrescava, e a janela apenas abria muito parcialmente, então passamos mal com o calor.

Friendly staff. Pay for what you get. If you don’t expect “the ritz” for minimal money it’s perfect. I stayed here when down for formula 1. Will stay again next year

Only problem was no air conditioning.

Super nice and clean, private quiet rooms.

Road outside was extremely loud throughout the night and early morning. Shower gel was provided but sachets of other self care products would be useful.

This is a lovely hotel. I've stayed here lots of times. Vicky, Beth, & Kris are the best.

There is nothing to dislike

The staff were super friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. It was the perfect pit stop. With a fantastic power shower. And on-site parking. Always grateful when there is a kettle to start the day with a brew.

The room size was ok.the wash basin was very tiny and clogged.the shower not great.the low point was the mattress.the springs were sticking to my back.had to readjust the position to sleep in awkward position to avoid the springs.very very uncomfortable,not sure how the management have not checked them.

Could have been cleaner. Generally ok but carpet a bit musty. Toilet seat broken. Walls were paper thin and I could hear other peoples conversations.

I didn’t like the bed . It was 2 single beds made as one and was not done properly as was a gap in between them. And the bathroom is a bit small.

It was beautiful room .plenty of room and so clean couldn't have asked for more .lovely hotel .The price was good as well .No complaints what so ever I'd stay there again

Reception were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bathroom was roomy and well appointed.

The room itself was a little worn, however there were improvements being done and I guess part of that would be updating the rooms.

Friendly and helpful on arrival and the room had all I needed, coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water supplied. Didn't use the shower, but the bathroom was modern and clean. Very quiet, so easy to get a good night's sleep.

The taxis advertised on the reception desk were not local and charged more as they were coming from Market Harborough. I googled a taxi from the Kettering area and this was about £4.00 less.

Amazing for the price..room was spacious.. had everything in room..hairdryer.. little table. Staff at reception absolutely amazing both seem happy and warming, helped us with Internet access as I didn't work to begin with. We asked for plates and cutlery so we could get a take away and even offered us an area we could go and sit.

Just needs a little extra clean around bathroom.. top of bath quite dusty and door handle to bathroom quite sticky but that's just my ocd sorry

Reception unmanned overnight. Small single rooms, but clean and fresh. Not a problem for me for a single night, at a reasonable price. I will stay again if in the area.

The room smelt of sewage and when I asked if they could sort it or change us rooms their response was the only other room that is available is next door, we then went next door to check and next door smelt even worse so I was told that if I’m not happy she would give me a full refund and I can leave as it was late and I hadn’t had nowhere else to go, I thought that was abit rude.

There was a private party in the hotel environment until after midnight, the music was loud, only managed to sleep after the party was over, it was really selfish of the management to sacrifice the rest of its customers for a party.
