Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Carrollton and Carrollton Conference Center

I was surprised paying for the breakfast. Some of your counterparts don't charge for breakfast.

Paying for the breakfast.

Super clean environment

Excellent

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was phenomenal. The staff was absolutely amazing. I hate that I didn’t get her name but the young lady that checked us in provided over the top, excellent customer service and should be commended. She was so sweet, she guided us on everything, she explained all the amenities, told us about the Bistro, local sites and everything

The property was very easy to get to, staff was super nice and my room incredibly comfortable. I will definitely choose this as my next stay.

Great place to stay Fantastic customer service

The bed and the bar.

Nothing

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable! It was overall a great experience and I'll definitely stay there again!

Location wasn't around anything

Very clean, and great location.

It was clean.

I stayed overnight, but I received two payments. I'm requesting a refund. When I arrived at the hotel, $230 was approved once more.

Super clean! Convenient location

Nothing

Great location, nice pool and lobby is great for quick meetings

Gym was very warm Idk if AC was not working, not a dealbreaker though

Proximity

No fan in the bathroom. Poorly maintained furniture and sloppy details. A real train wreck

Staff was very welcoming. Also the facility was very clean.

Everything was great, including the location.

I stay at this Courtyard frequently. The staff is always nice and helpful. It's always clean and comfortable.

Nothing.

Todo la ubicación

Que las fundas olía a remojando

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

No free breakfast.

It was a great location for where we were going. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are perfect! I’d stay again for sure.

Nothing at all.

El servicio

Didn't make it in time for breakfast.

Construction starting at 6am was terrible. Being woke up from the beeping of backing up vehicles was disappointing.

Love the location. We always stay here for the convenience of having all the stores/plazas right down the road.

Didn't like that there was a conference of kids there. Lots of them were running up and down halls, making loud banging noises in their rooms, etc. Second time we've stayed here where that's happened, which is unfortunate because everything else is amazing.

The staff was efficient and welcoming. The room was large, and extremely clean. The bistro's food was very good. The noise level in the room was low, and the view of the surrounding countryside was as good as possible, given the flat nature of the Texas landscape.

It would be nice if the hotel had either a business center, or had a place where you could bring a thumbdrive and print out documents and photos. This is somewhat of a drawback, and the only issue that might make me likelier to use a different hotel.

well built hotel, clean and comfortable.

three pieces of face tissue left on arrival and front desk would not deliver more even when we said we were in our pajamas. light switch behind the pillow turned on the lights 4 times during the night, bad design

Spacious room. Nice blackout curtains. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Big bathroom with good shower and lots of counter space.

Could hear people talking in room next door. Light extremely bright in bathroom for night time visits.

solo hacen aseo cada ciertos días, personalmente me gusta que hagan aseo en mi habitación diario.

Clean

Location , luxury,

Beautifully designed and furnished. I especially liked the bar area.

The a/c in our room would not cool down below 70. My partner and I are both very hot natured people and can’t sleep if it’s not cold in the room. Additionally, the pillows on the bed were too “weak” and flat instead of fluffy and full.

Awesome property

Love this place

Tidy organized, staff very friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms that I booked were perfect for my friends to stay during my elopement weekend. Parking was easy to come by and the hotels was close to lots of fun places!

.

Housekeeping is only available every other day.

Convenient.

On going construction, lack of clear signage a problem. Hallway carpets dirty.

Staffs are very kind

Clean, quiet, and spacious.

Staffs are very kind and helpful. Little noisy due to A/C and construction nearby.

The room was very nice and comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower.

The Ruben sandwiche was anything but "enhanced." The rest of the menu was good. A restaurant is often judged by their Ruben Sandwich. This was ok, but not great. The meat appeared to be lunchmeat and not really sliced corn beef. If you can't do it great, don't do it.

Good

Room was great and ac kept room cool. Had microwave and fridge so that was a plus.

One of the staff members was very rude and argumentative practically accused her of lying and after they told her she was being rude she said “Thank You” That response alone tells you she is used to getting away with her behavior. Also my coffee was terrible and to hot to drink I wasted $20 on drinks

Very clean, spacious room and quiet

Towers must be renewed

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and bright.

Windows in the room were dirty on the outside which made it feel in need of an update. No real restaurant with actual wait staff.

It was excellent. Very clean. Helpful staff

The room was quite clean and the bed was really comfortable to sleep well.

Perfect place to stay in the area

Good

Everything was great but I didn’t like that there was no breakfast included

Had good service reply people working

Very nice, clean, and quiet

I love my room it’s clean and comfortable

No continental breakfast

If was very nice to have an in-house food option. The burger wasn't that great but the other food was very good. The staff was lovely and very accommodating.

Very nice property ,clean ,friendly staff.

The staff is always so nice and helpful. They didn't have the room we book so they compt breakfast. 😋

Nothing, I always have a wonderful stay.

Great property.

Very conveniently located. Easy parking. Spacious and well appointed room.
