This is a great place to stay. It is close to the motorway and easy to get to. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Está situado a 20 km de Vitoria. El duelo muy amable y nos envió a un montón de sitios muy bonitos y poco conocidos. La habitación era amplia al igual que el baño.

Que cerca hay un paso de tren y suena la barrera a cualquier hora del día, pero tampoco es culpa del dueño, ya que la han puesto después

The accommodation is basic but very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, with lovely quality bedding. The communal kitchen and dining area was an excellent addition and a great space to use. The host was very welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. There is a car park behind the property, which was gated and felt very safe. We chose this accommodation because it was approximately an hour from the Bilbao ferry terminal, making it a very convenient stopover before or after the ferry. We would definitely stay here again.

The railway line can be noisy when freight trains are passing. Remember to take earplugs!

Het was nogal onBaskisch warm dus het was ondanks dat het een heerlijk koel huis was wat warm om te slapen maar dat overkwam me deze zomer thuis in Nederland ook wel eens.

No air conditioner and it was so hot that we had to sleep with our window open, would have been ok if the it wasn’t near the train line which was very noisy.

The owner is super friendly and welcoming! And the surrounding area is lovely and quiet.

As a vegan the breakfast didn't offer a lot, but that's to be expected outside of cities. But there was soy milk for my coffee and that was a huge plus!!

Ik had langer willen blijven en kom zeker terug in deze accommodatie. Er is een spoorweg in de buurt, dus met het raam open slapen is misschien niet aan te raden.

Establecimiento limpio, acogedor, pet-friendly y, en mi caso, con desayuno casero incluido. El propietario fue muy amable, me ayudó a encontrar forma de moverme y me aconsejó lugares y eventos que visitar en Vitoria. Atención 10/10!

Es difícil moverse si no tienes coche propio. Si quieres ir a Vitoria hay una sola línea de buses de poca frecuencia que te lleva.

Hemos tenido una estancia estupenda en la casa rural de lagun Es una persona muy amable, servicial y atenta. Nada más llegar nos explicó todo perfectamente y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Además, nos recomendó un lugar para cenar que nos gustó muchísimo. La atención ha sido excelente y nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidos. ¡Muchas gracias, Xema! Sin duda, un sitio muy recomendable y para repetir.

Large room with AC, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was traditional with super cakes and biscuits. Good location for travellers , local swimming pool a few minutes walk, 6 euro entry for all day use with sun loungers/umbrellas and changing room. Has a nice cafe area with food for reasonable price.. Easy parking nearby in large car park or off street.

La chambre était confortable et avait sa salle de bain individuelle. L’hôte est très accueillant et connaît parfaitement la région.

De kamer was ontzettend warm, geen airco. Raam kon niet open blijven voor frisse lucht ivm de trein die best vaak langskwam. Het gebouw is heel gehorig. Ontbijt was ok. Bedden waren goed! Persoonlijk vind ik de prijs aan de hoge kant voor wat je krijgt.

Glücklicherweise ist ein öffentliches Schwimmbad fußläufig entfernt. Der Eintritt ist moderat. Das Frühstück in der Unterkunft war vielseitig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer zur Straße war sehr ungünstig gelegen, da der Verkehr sehr stark und laut war.

Txema, el dueño, es muy amable y te da todo tipo de información y facilidades. El desayuno buenísimo, con pan de maíz de un panadero de la zona y un bizcocho de naranja buenísimo que hace él mismo. Ya es difícil encontrar propietarios que hagan la estancia tan personalizada.

El zumo de naranja, que no era natural. Hubiera estado bien una lamparita en la mesilla para poder leer.

Notre hôte était charmant et attentionné, nous a recommandé un endroit pour ce restaurer très agréable, petit déjeuner varié. Et idéalement situé pour notre étape pour le Portugal. Un grand merci pour la propreté des lieux.

Unfortunately there is a industrial railway line over the road, so don't expect an early night, the crossing bell sounded quite often but not all through the night!!

Txema, o anfitrião da casa foi espetacular, muito prestável a esclarecer várias dúvidas e perguntas que fizemos sobre locais que pretendiamos visitar. A vantagem de ter estacionamento privativo. Quartos com boa apresentação, limpos e camas confortáveis. A possibilidade de utilizar a cozinha para preparar-mos as nossas refeições também foi muito bom. Pequeno almoço simples mas completo e com produtos locais (um pão de milho delicioso 😋)

Lo que más me gustó fue el trato tan amable del dueño de la casa rural. Y, el desayuno ha sido muy bueno, variado y muy rico con productos locales y un bizcocho casero riquísimo.

Struttura pulita e accogliente. Host gentilissimo, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste e a darci ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni.

La ubicación, el silencio a la noche, el desayuno muy rico, y sobre todo la agradable actitud de Txema; nos propuso un montón de planes que podíamos hacer por la zona, cada cual más interesante; hay mucho para ver, pero para ello hay que saber a dónde ir. Wonderful from the moment we arrived! Such a friendly welcome and very dog friendly too. We stopped off for 1 night on the way to Bilbao after a 2 week tour of southern spain. Secure private parking. We’d had a big lunch so just popped to the local friendly bar for a drink and then ate some food we’d brought along on the terrace. Breakfast was lovely - especially the soufflé style cake! We’d definitely stay again

Room nice, bed comfortable, breakfast very nice and owner very friendly and pleasant.

This is not a reflection on the properly or the owner - very close to the casa rural a pre fiesta gathering took place with continuous loud thumping music throughout the night until 0700. Also, due to the San Isidro fiesta, the bar/restaurant opposite the property did not open at all and the other bar/restaurant in the village had no food available!! After a 9 hour drive from the south coast we needed to eat! We therefore had to drive several kilometers in to the countryside to a campsite to have a meal.

Un grand merci pour l’accueil très chaleureux de l’hôte, qui nous a donné des conseils très utiles pour les visites à faire lors de notre séjour à Pobes. La maison est bien équipée et très propre. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La salle de bain, bien éclairée et naturellement ventilée, est équipée d’une douche bien chaude. Le petit déjeuner, préparé avec soin, est complet et frais. Je recommande ce gîte.

Une instabilité,voir absence d'internet. Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de chauffage dans la chambre étant donné les températures extérieures.

Lo que más me gustó fue sentirme como en casa, la traquilidad y sobretodo el trato recibido. Txema és un 10 !

L'hôtel a annulé le jour même. sans proposer d'alternatives à proximité, en nous laissant dans un total embaras.

The room was very comfortable, if a little on the small side for the two of us, plus the dog. The bathroom and shower were compact but modern and clean.The breakfast was continental and a little basic, though pleasant enough. Parking is off road, round the back of the house, and very good. Txema, who runs the place, is an absolute gem and cannot do enough for you. He is very welcoming to pets too. Txema is a proud Basque and, as such, is a mine of information about the whole region. If you are happy to listen, he is a duracell bunny and he gave us a wealth of local knowledge, and recommended a couple of places which were completely out of the way and very rewarding

There is nothing not to like, as such, the house and room are just an 8 rather than a 10, for reasons explained above.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fußläufig mehrere Restaurants erreichbar. Betreiber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr hundefreundlich und große Wiese in der Nähe. Sicher parken hinter dem Haus.

Ziemliche hellhörig, da auch Unterkunft für Arbeiter. Frühstück OK, aber nicht dem Preis entsprechend.

Las zonas comunes se reducen a la cocina y su comedor. Suele alquilarse por habitaciones para trabajadores industriales, lo que provoca que las zonas comunes sean insuficientes y que el horario para disfrutarlas sea muy limitado a partir de las 22:00 por el tema de ruidos. Está al lado de una autopista y una vía de tren.

Wir übernachten schon 5 Jahre in dem Haus. Sind immer sehr zufrieden!

The only niggle was the internet was very slow but tbf we arrived late after a long drive and just wanted somewhere to bed down

We just stayed for 1 night on the way to south of Spain. The place is very nice with a big and comfortable bed, in a quiet area, very good parking spot and the star of our stay was the owner, which is very friendly and helpful.

Txema es superamable y lo tiene todo limpísimo y acogedor. Me encanta que se puedan llevar mascotas. Es un buen lugar para quedarse unas noches y hacer excursiones a partir de allí. Tiene enfrente el bus que lleva a Vitoria.

Dueño muy amable, solo fuimos de paso pero repetiríamos más días sin duda.

El desayuno muy bueno. El bizcocho casero, el pan de maiz con pepitas y el tomate con ajo y aceite, muy buenos.

La decoracion de la habitación, muy simple.
