Chambre 007

Not so Wonderful ….

Enfin ratio qualité/prix correcte - Client satisfait!

Average hotel. Quite basic facilities. So so on cleanliness. Good mattress but didn’t sleep well. Location practical but difficult to find. Hotel stay one pensive at 70€ so quite basic.

No staff on site to do check in or address issues with constant noise from other guests and dogs through the early hours. Vending machine broken down, no tea or coffee in room. I wasn’t expecting much but got even less

All B&B hotels do exactly as they say on the tin - no fuss, basic.. Clean, tidy and sparse so its ok for a stopover. A bit of a walk into town which was practically deserted, where are all the people at 6pm on a lovely sunny day? Tv with no option for anything in English so for a solo traveler, a bit dissapointing

All Ok but one of the beds did not have a duvet cover on it. Not so much of a problem as the room was very hot and the fan/air conditioner... didn't. Just be aware that we were on an upper floor and there were no restrictions on opening the window and you could easily have climbed out to a 40 foot drop. If traveling with younger children that might be a concern (We were in a family room).

Hotel prima inchecken op machine vreselijk

Accueil sympathique.

I arrived late. Parking was difficult to find.

Nice hotel, nice room, quite small. Really friendly staff and in a nice location

Mold in bathroom, shower head did not function properly and filled bathroom with which also leaked into the room, no shower gel or hand soap. Other guests in thw corridor making noise and shouting all night. Hotel sent instructions to check in which were incorrect. Beside light broken and other side didnt work.

Hotel correct. Propre.

Breakfast was very limited on choice & amount available

Exactly what we were after for a 1 night stop over

The check in process was really easy using the machine at the front. We got an email explaining how to use it if staff weren’t around. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast options were very limited. The rooms are very « bare bones », there is no hair dryer, or mini fridge, or little coffee station in the room. Limited supplies in the room, one small garbage can, and only a partial roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Overall, it’s a good option for one person or a short trip.

Très bien entretenu et personnel au top

Excellent position for overnight stop en route from French alps to Eurotunnel. Discount at nearby restaurant and a bakery nearby for breakfast goods

It was fine nice stay!

Nice simple hotel we stayed at on our way to Disneyland very clean and comfortable room. Only criticism I have was the check in on the machine was a bit longwinded as it’s not as straight forward as you like

Took me a minute as I've never checked in with a hotel computer before but it was easy. They offered a breakfast with good choices as well. We enjoyed dinner both nights at the Au Bureau Pub, it was a close walk and had great food.

.

We enjoyed this hotel. We used it as it was close to the Canadian National Vimy Memorial, was easy to take an Uber to it from there. The hard part was trying to get a ride back, no taxis were available but eventually Uber came through. The area is a little less tourist oriented so the people don’t really speak a lot of English, so bring your translator app, that worked well for us. Everyone was nice and we had fun with it. It’s also just down the street from the Lens Louvre. Would stay again.

This hotel is a bit off the beaten track, however, in this instance was just what we wanted as needed a quick start the following morning to head for our Ferry. Difficulty in signing in via electronic system meant had to wait for the mahager to open the reception and check-in person to person. Had an issue with the shower flooding the bathrom as water flowing quicker than the outlet could deal with. Didn't cause to much of an issue as the manager provided buck and mop along with lots of towels to dry floor. Whilst the hotel is iisolated in a commercial area there are a number of eateries in the vicinity.

Booked 3 rooms for 3 people but could only access 1 when arrived. Spent ages on phone. Room smelt of smoke and shower was blocked and flooded room.

Very kind staff

On demande trop ?

Nice hotel with self check in. The room was nice and quite modern. One problem was that if you took a shower the water run out in the room insted of down the drain because it was blockage in the drain. The staff doesn't spoke any english. It wasn't possible to add the breakfast when check in.

....

It was a good stay, but the reception was almost never open

Parfait

Personnel accueillant. Hôtel calme. Petit-déjeuner copieux.

Basic hotel but clean, quiet and comfortable!

Hotel in area with no where to eat drink after 9 pm. Only a small double bed so no room to sleep comfortably. Weird decor in room pretending to be middle earth (they actually gave us a certificate to say we slept in middle earth) 🤔🤔 showers good and clean but wouldn’t stay again. Parking was free in station car park with ticket from hotel which was a bonus

Compact but clean and quiet. Lidl within walking distance. Very good breakfast.

Disappointing for a BB hotel. Just a grin and shrug when struggling with the Wi-Fi which requires SMS. Just a grin when hot breakfast ran out 2 hours before end of advertised time. Worst of all the shower tray drain was completely blocked which should have been noticeable when cleaning. This resulted in a messy flood. Expect better from this brand

Good value

Volgende keer voor twee personen inrichten: 1 kussen, 1 bekertje.

Dog wasn't allowed at breakfast. Had to be alone in room. Ridiculess.

Location, ease of access and buffet breakfast.

Stopped overnight on the way to the Alps. Easy to get to and everything you need for stop over.

Bon accueil, chambre propre, parking accessible

Very comfortable & convenient location for an overnight stop.

Nice, clean, tidy and easy to deal with

The hotel has free parking and is close to the Louvre Museum. We arrived late at night so we checked in through a touch screen by the entrance which was quick and easy. The room is basic but clean.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre simple. Ok pour une nuit.

Cheap clean

Nice hotel, my second stay here and enjoy this comfortable hotel for visiting Lens. Nice friterie nearby handy for town at 3km approx

Good value. Clean, functional room for us to lay our heads

Nice clean hotel but thin walls so a bit noisy

The room was clean and secure. Checking in was fine through the machine however the parking was awful. There was no spaces so we had to park On a grass verge.

Clean but very minimal in supplies towels etc! Basic in every way but functional. Breakfast was ok!

Great location, easy bike ride to Vimy Memorial, quick walk to the Louvre Lens museum. Crocodile Restaurant gives you 10% off if you tell them you are at the B&B hotel. Close to a laundromat, grocery store, tons of restaurants, shops, etc. Bed was usual European hotel, rather firm. Great shower. Nice little closet. Everything was very clean. Service was fantastic. Will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

Easy access to motorway. Pet friendly. Great eats and supermarkets close at hand.

Self service check in, as reception does not have 24/7 staff, carpet was not clean, had some spillages on it. WiFi was very poor. Broken soap dispenser and leaking shower, which flooded floor all over. The price is very reasonable, so can not complain too much, however for the same money we had better stay at another hotel network.

Clean tidy hotel. Everything you need close by

We liked the fact that both of our children had their own bed. Our only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was so strong, it flooded the bathroom floor when you had a shower. A door or shower curtain would have stopped this from happening.

Very friendly staff and good clean rooms , great combination.

Basic, simple, no frills. For what you paid you get a tiny, clean room with nice beds and a bathroom. And that's it. Great for a quick stop and sleep. Breakfast was pretty good and a nice bonus.

Room was basic but clean. Restaurant opposite was closed.

Liked the automated check in and the handicapped room was extra large

Room ok, basic bit adequate. No soap and no staff to ask for replacement. Only a small bin in shower room.

Staff were not very helpful in trying to accommodate our bicycles. Bathroom floor floods from poor design of showers. OK breakfast and location is close to the Louvre-Lens.

Check in was no good. They made me pay again even though I had pre-paid. Hotels.com was great and credited my first payment. The vending machine took my money and when I let the desk know they told me to call and ask the technician for my money back. Staff just wasn't friendly. Will not use again.

It was a bit of a problem actually getting in to the hotel, as it appears I hadn't booking in prior to arriving & its was all automatic, there was no one there, we couldn't get passed the automatic doors to reception anyway. But ..... we pressed the button & a friendly voice helped. The room was small, perhaps because we wanted a twin bedded room, I think my husband only had about a foot between him & the window wall! Breakfast was very good. We visited the amazing Vimy war memorial, very moving. Many of the local houses were flying the Canadian flag in respect.

The location was very convenient for our activities. We were able to walk to most locations we wanted to visit. Room was tiny but provided a clean comfortable place to sleep. Does not have a lot of amenities but it satisfied or needs. WiFi reception was spotty in the room but worked better in guest cafeteria
