Nice hotel. Enjoyed having the suite for the price.

Never staying at B2 again, the only hotel that under no circumstances can you checkin before 2pm. Room was old and shower was dirty. Aircon was super noisy. This b2 needs refurbishment

Collect early check in money but no room available. Refund take 45 days. Shower head spoil, dirty lobby without any fan or Aircon. Staff not trained. Plus point is ample parking space. Bad location for those do not own a car. No mini mark around

I was amazed when I learned we payed only 390 thb for this hotel. We stayed only 1 night but it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The bed was comfortable and the aircon more than adequate. Also, the water temp of the shower was very nice. Overall, you can't beat the experience based on the value. Despite the fee not including breakfast, this was a TripAdvisor 5 star rating.

Far from main street. No English spoken. No markets near by. No restaurant or food or mini bar in hotel. Just hot n cold water. Poor shower drainage. Toilet seat broken. Toilet ran all the time. No coat hangers. No hot water in sink. Good: many electrical plugs. Softer Thai bed. I was next to lift and maids store room was adjoining walls, very noisy. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR OR SPEAK THAI FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.

The room - "Presidential Suite" looked good from photos and size was great but upon arrival the reception was not very friendly and had trouble finding my reservation. The room looked like it had been half finished when building and really needed a lot of maintenance on the simple things - paint throughout, wooden tables and doors with varnish none existent and some minor fittings damaged or broken. The size of the room was great but there was practically no furniture, beds and a tiny combined desk/ coffee table. Also the air conditioners were extremely loud and being in between the main room and bedroom it was very loud when the compressor for the A/C`s were running. Price was not expensive for "Presidential Suite" but value for money was quite poor compared to most hotels I have stayed in throughout Thailand. Really wasn't what I would class as Presidential Suite Class of room.

I was here two years ago. I was really impressed with the cleanliness. However, this time it was really disappointing. Thick Dust is on the refrigerator and chair. The kettle is really disgusting. It looks like it was never cleaned as the water stain and the smell of instant noodle inside the kettle are really stood out. The glass wall in the shower room has mold and stain. Also the water heater is really disgusting with water stain. I really don’t want to touch anything. Please fix this.

Resonable price and suitable for Everyone that need to relax in the peace area in Udonthani Big and cleaning room Deluxe room above have special bed that very comfortable and valuable to stay. This hotel is so awesome price indeed

The best hotel at Udon Thani, quite quiet environment but disadvantages is no 7-11 around or either restaurants. They provide best solution for those couple stay in this property. Hope to stay here again.

It was lucky that I traveled with my mother last time at B2 Resort (Udon). The transparent glass door would make it awkward if I have to share the room with friends and/or colleagues on the business trip.

Having already spent two weeks in Pattaya in a 4* hotel I was looking for a comfortable no frills bed for the night. Cannot complain as that is exactly 2hat we got. A good sized room, two comfortable beds ( a double and a single) clean fresh bedding and the basic amenities Busch as shampoo. We were both extremely tired after the drive up so would probably have found sleeping on the floor acceptable but that wa not necessary! Bit off the beaten track and not many places open to get food nearby but again that could well have been due to the tardiness of the hour. All said and done though, I would definitely stay there again.

We choose this hotel coz we used to stay at B2 in CNX , but this time we a little disappointed 1. Location is ok but unfortunately we were there when it is heavy rain and flooding we have to wait for 2 hour in order to be back to the hotel 2. Need to improve about the cleanliness. A lot of dust and esp for me I am Alergy to dust 3. The water pressure is very low, I am not sure because we are on 8th fl or not. When we came back and try to take shower it like just dripping 4. We stay there 2 rooms for 3 nights and we have to reissue the key card everyday! I don’t understand there procedure. Can’t they just make it for the whole period of staying? ESP I have a 2 yrs with me so I have to carry my babie up and down regarding to this matter 5. I understand this is the budget hotel and they will not offer evrything as 4 or 5 star but when we booked the room we already informed that there will be 2 adult and one 2 yrs. We got the twin bed and they told us to push the bed together to make the bed bigger. Then we call down to ask for the set of pillow and blanket for my babe and staff said there will be and extra charge of 300 THB for the bed set From my past experience with B2 brand is quite good, but this time I really think that I make a wrong decision this time

The price for a night was under 40$ Canadian but not sure if worth it...Upon arrival there was about 8 people working at front desk but still took time to respond to us and we were only customers.. .no one showed us to our room but instead were texting on their phones...about the room...we arrived and there was urine in the toilet which hadn't been flushed and hair all over the floor as well as dust everywhere... we had to ask someone to come and clean the room which they did...I won't be staying there again...compared to the B2 in Pattaya which we have stayed before which is very clean...

ทำเลโรงแรมอยู่ไม่ไกลเมือง แต่ทางเข้าจากฝั่งโฮมโปรเป็นซอยเล็กแคบๆ ดูเหมือนน่ากลัว ถ้าไปเข้าจากฝั่งศาลเจ้าปู่-ย่าจะให้ความรู้สึกดีและใกล้ความเจริญขึ้นมากค่ะ ควรมีรถยนต์มาเท่านั้นนะคะ ไม่แนะนำรถสาธารณะ ห้องพักสะอาดพอใช้ ห้องกว้างขวางดีเทียบกับราคา ดีที่สุดตรงเตียงไม่นิ่มเกินไป และกลางคืนไม่มีเสียงจากข้างนอกรบกวนค่ะ มาแวะพักสั้นๆ ก็ถือว่าโอเคเลย

If looking for a budget hotel in Udon just for a night and early leave for morning flight, B2 is a good choice. It's located in the heart of Udonthani city ,not far from UD town or shopping area. Just take around 20 mins. to the airport. I had a night there with another 2 family members in a room with 2-single bed and 1 double bed cost about 1,000 baht/night. (This room type is maximum for 4 pax) Room is very spacious, but quite dark. It would be great if there are more light bulbs. Other facilities meet the standard. Importantly, you'd better to have a car to reach B2 because the hotel is quite far away from main road and the way to the hotel is really dark at night. (Hotel shuttle bus is on service in case you have no vehicle)

This hotel like most in udon serves thais. Google translate on the phone is all you need. The quality of the room and amnities were high for the price. The staff were friendly ( limited english ) and if you want western food, restos are a few minutes away. I liked the quiet area too. laundry place right beside a bonus.

I took the connecting room so it is quite comfortable and friendly staff but facilities still lack of hair dryer which is necessay for woman who wash the hair in the noght before bed

We just wanted somewhere for a night's sleep. At the price this hotel was ok although not spectacular. The large parking space was full when we woke up on Saturday morning. The rooms are a bit spartan but clean, everything worked. No toilet paper in our case, but we always take with us. Accessibility: You need a car or a taxi, we were told not to walk back after dark as part of the road is not safe, best way is to head out of town and turn left just before Homepro store. TV: French and German channels, no English. I think that only Thai meals are served, there was beer in the fridge,

It's my first time staying at this hotel. The room is nice, and it's the reason I chose the hotel. I slept in the special mattress placed upon the elevated platform, so my bed was literally by the window, overlooking the green space outside. It's not a good view, though, but something for a change. My only complaint has nothing to do with the location, but the hotel staff. Having been traveling both inside and outside Thailand, I can tell the hotel staff were not well-trained. They were not bad, but they didn't really accommodate the guests. Perhaps, they had a long, tiring day, but this was not an excuse for not being friendly or welcoming.

It was very new hotel, I spent 2 nights here, from the bus station its cost 100baht by 3 wheels motorcycle. The room quite large and separate bathroom and toilet that is a good idea. I got a room in the 6th floors the view was so nice over looking the entrance and the field. I have got the extra set up for the 3rd persons for the bed and 3 bottles of water. The price is cheap but the facilities are very good such as a new television and minibar. The beds are so comfortable like 4-5 stars I really enjoyed it. If I come to Udonthani again next time I will stay here for sure.

Ever since my first B2 stay some years back which I was impressed, B2 had been sprouting out all over the country. And so it was for this business trip to Udon, when I learned they had a B2 here, I choose to stay in it. No regrets, on a budget and needing a better than average place for the night. Most B2 rooms are identical, sometimes I wake up confused thinking I am in another city. Being identical is good, it means I can always find the same quality of sleep on their standard bed so comfy whichever B2 I can find. It’s like if you like one, you will like them all.

When i first saw the room, i can believe with this price. It is clean, comfy, and nice decorations with warm tone. Wi-fi connection is good. Btw, the location is quite far from the mall named UD town unexpectedly. Previously, i thought i am able to walk there. So it might hard sometimes to find the tuk-tuk to go to somewhere. And this also mean that it is hard to find food.

Wouldn't bother with the breakfast. To say they have no idea about American breakfast would be understatement. Burnt scrambled eggs. No fruit. The rooms are excellent for the price. No help or trolley for the bags.

The hotel land is quite deep but the price is reasonable . the rooms are big and very comfortable. they provide many things that we need to . Some room the wifi didn't work. Some rooms work well. However this hotel is my first thought when i stay at Udonthani.

Staff are good service and have free car sent you to airport

I been here 3 days. With me, here really cheap price. Room clean and very nice staff. But they need to learn more English. Because sometime, i ask her about food but she don't understand what I mean. I didn't upset but I think first, they must learn more English to communicate with foreigners

The hotel is in a poor location, and the staff on the front desk can not speak English. I would not stay there again.

Room so smell, the location far from the shop, no food or drink close to the hotel, you cant borrow knife and fork from them and they lie to you said they dont have it even i saw on the table then theY said the resturant were close and no key but i saw somebody there and the door open!!! finaly i got knife and fork but they complain alot, it not a big thing but it show how they are not try to help you at all. Internet quite slow, kid screamed so lound.

We booked in here for 3 nights as a family of 4, plus an extra room for our brother for 2 nights.. The hotel is located about 10-15 min walk from the main road or 5 mins by Tuk Tuk (hotel provides this) Hotel itself is pretty basic which is reflected in the price.. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty bad for the 100 baht charge per person.. Cheap hot dogs and one fried egg and some ham - it did the trick though as we were far away from shops/restaurants. Wifi fine but slow if lots of people use it:( On the day before we were supposed to check out we decided to pay our room bill, however we felt this was wrong and the hotel had undercharged us, we even called from the room to say there was a mistake but they were adamant that the price was right! Next day during check out we were asked for the full amount!! We said we paid yesterday and they denied it at first. We argued and said check the cctv as we have already paid as we were told it's the hotel policy not to give receipts apparently??!! then we were asked for more money as we had paid short, to which we explained we tried to say this yesterday. Was getting to the point where we were getting angered by the incompetence of this hotel and general lack of communication between the staff, so we paid the rest and left. The hotel did not create a good impression and there are similar priced hotels in the area.. Probably would not return.

The rooms are very clean and tidy air con works well.15 mins walk to centre of town. Short cut across railway. Little shops across the road has all your needs

I stay 1 night at B2 Udonthani. - location is a bit far from center. You need to have vehicles, around hotel dont have minimart and restaurant. - I pay 650 bath per night. I got big room and clean. It deserved for 3 persons that i though. - breakfast is available. You have to pay 100 bath per person. - wifi in room is so bad. - I hear sound from outside room when people walk and sound from another room. If you concern about this, find another.

paid abt 800bhat per nite for 3 pax occupancy room. so its pretty gd deal for the $. like what most has said. this place is gd for those who has vehicles. its pretty out ...from rest of the shopping/eateries. UD town is like 2km drive away. unless u can cross / cut thru the rail track by walking. the hotel is undergoing reno right now. walls like unpainted. but overall. .. still pretty gd deal

We stayed for 2 nights at B2 which turns out to be a chain with locations across Thailand. The room rates are from about 600 to just over 1000 baht and the rooms clean and comfortable. This being literally on the wrong side of the tracks it's not convenient for shopping and the like without your own transport. The resort did appear to have a service but in any event this be restrictive. No nearby restaurants and even the small massage business across the road remained closed for the two days we were there. Most of the rooms sleep 3 people with a single bed perched on an oversized window ledge but the bathroom and toilet arrangement would call for an immodest triple or a level of coordination as the shower space is too small to finish drying and change clothes. The breakfast buffet which can be excluded from the price is quite unremarkable. This is a new building but the exposed) unpainted) cement rendered walls seems to be an architectural feature rather than running out of paint. Similarly mist of the floor areas are smooth trowel finish with no covering. It's an OK place to stay but quite ordinary and inconveniently located
