La ubicación es buena, tiene parking gratuito a 10 min andando, el desayuno esta bien aunque podría estar algo mejor ( los bollos se notaban que no eran del día). La decoración algo excéntrica pero tal y como viene en las fotos.

El lugar es óptimo para conocer el centro histórico de Agrigento. Las instalaciones muy buenas y el desayuno muy completo

No fue fácil llegar, es un b & b y coordinar para dejar las valijas y hacer el check in fue complicado pero es verdad que indica perfectamente el horario de atención a los clientes. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es q viajaba en auto y el hotel, si bien dice parking entre los servicios posibles, no tiene estacionamiento propio, pero el personal fue muy atento y nos explicó donde podíamos estacionar el automóvil. Hay distintos tipos de parking muy cerca del hotel.

El hotel es precioso, un antiguo palacio recuperado con muchísimo gusto. La habitación excelente, con muy buen aire acondicionado, cama amplia y cómoda y baño excelente. Bajando las escaleras se encuentra la plaza principal donde se reúnen los locales con un ambiente magnífico. Lo pasamos genial. Fueron muy amables aconsejándonos el aparcamiento, cerca del hotel y muy bien de precio, 10h por 24h.

El acceso tiene escaleras. No fue un problema para nosotros, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta para personas con mobilidad reducida.

This hotel is GORGEOUS! Stunning place, fab location in a little square close to town centre. Absolutely loved it & want to visit again. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Parking locally is a nightmare in peak season.

Bon accueil, bon emplacement, très bon restaurant, bas de l’hôtel, parking pas très loin. Par contre nous étions dans une chambre bruyante, les fenêtres n’étaient pas isolantes mais bon petit déjeuner. Décoration exceptionnelle, typique, j’ai adoré. Juste le bruit la nuit.

Full of character - both the hotel and the square. Loved my balcony and the sounds of daly life. Nice breakfast with savoury items - cheese, tomato, egg and ham. I am not a cake person, but there were lots. Coffee very good and also fruit on offer. The restaurant Expanifico nearby was excellent.

I wasn’t told about the breakfast when I checked in so I ate at the cafe downstairs on my first morning.

Super Lage für ins Zentrum. Sämtliche Restaurants und Bars waren in der nähe. Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Saison sind absolut Top. Überall fast Kostenlos parken möglich!

Das Frühstück war zu Süsslastig für unseren Verhältnisse. Hätte mir an so einem wunderschönen B&B ein etwas Authentischeres Frühstück gewünscht.

Das Hotel ist schön renoviert.

Das Zimmer war nicht gut gelegen. Sehr laut, da zwei Gaststätten abends lange und laut Musik machten. Die Zimmerausstattung war nicht gepflegt, z.B waren 3 von 4 Leuchtmittel im Bad kaputt.

La nostra stanza aveva una finestra con affaccio su una scala pedonale. Dovevamo pertanto lasciare le ante parzialmente chiuse ricevendo di conseguenza poca luce naturale nella stanza.

Emplacement, amabilité, literie, petit déjeuner. Déco kitch qui va très bien à ce palais.

Nous avions pris la chambre la moins chère qui était très sombre néanmoins c’était un excellent rapport qualité /prix

És un antic palau al costat de l'ajuntament, al centre d'Agrigento, molt ben conservat i actualitzat. La nostra habitació tenia un balcó que donava a la plaça de davant, amb molt bon ambient. L'esmorzar era molt complet i el personal molt amable i atent. Si vas en cotxe i tens sort, pots aparcar a la mateixa plaça. Si no, tens pàrking privat molt a prop.

No ens va tocar l'habitació que per les fotografies havíem triat, però ens van explciar que era un problema de Booking i ens van oferir una solució equivalent. En tot moment l'atenció va ser molt professional i atenta.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt an einer Piazza. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker und in einer wunderschönen Atmosphäre. Die Gastgeberinnen haben alle Wünsche der Gäste erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut restauriert und hatten neben einer Klimaanlage auch Zentralheizung.

Die Bar gegenüber war am Samstag vor Ostern sehr laut. Zum Glück war sie an den beiden darauf folgenden Tagen geschlossen.

There was a loud drilling noise about every 10 minutes on the 2nd night that startled me and kept me from sleeping most of the night.

La fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement, ce qui aurait pu nous protéger un peu plus du bruit la nuit.

Die Lage ist gut, direkt an der Piazza, ein paar Stufen sind hochzugehen. Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 5 mit Balkon zur Piazza, ist abends natürlich belebt dort, gegenüber ist eine Bar die bis 1.30 Uhr gut besucht war. Fenster und Türen sind quasi gar nicht gedämmt, den Lärm hört mal also - wir haben aber trotzdem gut geschlafen. Ca. 100 Meter entfernt ist eine sehr günstige Tiefgarage (10 EUR am Tag), mit Glück gibt es auch an der Straße gratis Parkplätze.

Das Frühstück war nicht gut, es gab an frischen Dingen nur aufgebackenes Brot, ansonsten Dolci (sicher nicht hausgemacht), die abgekochten Eier waren kalt, Marmelade, Honig... alles Fertigprodukte. Müsli gab es gar keines. Im Frühstücksraum war es kalt, die Signora die den Kaffee gebracht hat saß mit dicker Jacke mit Pelzkragen dort... Die Kleiderschranksituation geht gar nicht, will sagen, es gibt gar keinen sondern nur einen Abstellraum mit Kleiderstange (s. Foto), die weitere Decke lag uneingepackt im Regal. Im Bad gibt es eine Regendusche, leider läuft aus dem Verteilerhahn mehr Wasser als aus der Duschbrause.. (s. Foto). Im Bad waren einige schwarze Haare auf dem Boden (ich bin blond), das Zimmer aber ansonsten sauber.

Il Palazzo del teatro è una struttura splendida nel cuore della città. Il personale mi ha accolta con grande professionalità e gentilezza. Le colazioni sono davvero speciali, con deliziose torte preparate artigianalmente e prodotti di prima qualità. Tornerò sicuramente alla prossima occasione.

ottima posizione nella piazza principale di Agrigento. Bellissimo palazzo medievale ristrutturato. A due passi da un parcheggio multipiano e da vie dove è possibile, con un po' di fortuna, parcheggiare gratuitamente Dalla piazza inizia la via dove si trovano negozi e ristoranti.

A picturesque location and cool campy rooms.

Perhaps I should have been more careful when booking, but it was seriously loud because there is a busy bar just opposite. I wouldn’t recommend it based on that alone.

Schöner alter Palazzo in bester Lage im Centro, gutes Frühstück, sehr schönes modernes und gut funktionierendes Bad, sehr freundliches Personal!

Zimmer sehr schön möbliert aber etwas klein und dunkel, wenig Ablagefläche. Die Lüftung im Bad ist unerträglich laut, der beschichtete Matratzenschoner unter dem Bettlaken verbreitet Krankenhaus Atmosphäre

No se porque nunca tuve la habitación

Al llegar se sorprendieron que tuviera una reserva , al chequear su lista me dijeron que tenían un problema con el agua y que me iban a mandar a otro hotel . Me enviaron a uno cerca cuya única habitación libre tenía 2.00 m de alto de un lado y 1.50 m del otro (mido 1.80 o sea me dí varios golpes ) con el baño afuera cruzando el pasillo(yo había reservado baño privado) Cuando le reclamé a la señora me dijo que el problema era en la habitación no en todo el hotel , no me quiso mostrar la habitación para corroborar lo que decía , le dije que no le creía De terror

Viajamos 3 matrimonios desde Argentina, el hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones muy cómodas. La señora Linda, amorosa y super atenta. Lo recomendamos. Volveremos seguramente.

The moment we entered the hotel we knew we were in for a treat, reception was friendly and whilst the lady didn’t speak good English we were able to understand and received good information on the surrounding area. Room was exquisite. Breakfast was very good and the cozy atmosphere made a good start to the day.

- take a taxi! If coming from train or bus stations, its all uphill with no sidewalks and uneven ground. Brutal if hot out - room was spacious with high, vaulted ceiling and a small balconette into the square - weird layout of bed in middle of room and no side table for glasses easily accessible - breakfast spread was varied - yogurt, boiled eggs, meat and cheese, and lots of different cakes - bar across the street is very loud until 2am - no lift or English if that matters to you

Dit is een fantastische plek!! De locatie is perfect en de b&b zit in een prachtig pand. De inrichting is ongelofelijk mooi met veel oog voor detail. We hadden een zeer ruime en erg mooie kamer met een fijne badkamer. Vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo magnifico albergo situato all’interno di un teatro storico, ed è stata una esperienza positiva. Fin dal primo momento, si respira un’atmosfera elegante e senza tempo, dove il fascino dell’architettura d’epoca si fonde perfettamente con tutti i comfort moderni. Le stanze sono arredate con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, con soffitti alti e mobili d’epoca che raccontano la storia del luogo. Allo stesso tempo, il letto era extralarge comodissimo e i servizi impeccabili: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi veloce e un bagno moderno e funzionale. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a offrire consigli utili sulla città e a garantire che ogni esigenza fosse soddisfatta con professionalità e gentilezza. La colazione, servita in una splendida sala era abbondante e di qualità, con prodotti freschi e locali e rigorosamente non industriali. Un’esperienza positiva, che consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno al centro di Agrigento, immerso nella bellezza e nella storia.

Les photos sur booking sont trompeuses. La chambre n'a pas DU TOUT la même allure en vrai. L'éclairage blanc, trop cru, n'était pas agréable, pas plus que celui des lampes de chevet qui, lui, était vert... La porte de l'armoire qui refermait le frigo ne tenait plus qu'à un cheveu des charnières (faudrait vraiment la réparer) et enfin, les miniatures de produits (shampoing et gel douche) mis à disposition semblaient avoir déjà servi... pas ouf.

Not easy to find. Look at the alley next to the Cafe Concordia and go up the stairs. Cannot drive into that alley. The hotel is a couple of doors into the alley, on your right, above the cafe, and not on the left side, as google maps indicate. It's a lovely hotel indeed. Interior decor is great, view to the front plaza is also phenomenal. Breakfast is quite remarkable, delicious cakes and pastries personally prepared by the manager/owner(?). But very very delicious indeed! The alerts come mostly in the shape of false and misleading claims in regards to parking. They claim to have free parking nearby. Two half truths that don't go together in their case. There is parking nearby, but it is not free. There is free parking, but certainly not available nearby. The best option is the large indoor car parking a couple of blocks downhill. Upon arriving, it's adviseable to drive by building, leave your suitcases with someone at the bottom of the stairs in the alley and drive downhill to park. Dragging suitcases uphill will be a bit of a bummer. The hotel has some maintenance issues, with missing light bulbs and atrociously decaying piping. Upon explaining to the owner/manager? that our shower was leaking quite scandalously, with more water hitting the ceiling than pointing downwards, she cut me off, "Eurosplaining" that it was a matter of how I opened the tap. In the end, she was dragged to see that awful display of metal corrosion and apologise for her precipitated reaction. Would I stay there again? Yes, I would. Those pastries are savage!

Location close to old town center (Agrigento). Good restaurants and parking garage nearby.

Strange room set-up. Bright lights, LED lights in shower. Staff did not seem friendly or as accommodating as we’ve experienced in other places. Breakfast was limited.

Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Emplacement parfait dans la vieille ville et proche des parkings en voiture. Établissement bien tenu et décoré avec goût, idem pour les chambres. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix.

La salle de bain n'était malheureusement pas propre à notre arrivée : de nombreux cheveux et poils jonchaient le sol.. Petit déjeuner : dommage pas de jus de fruits frais, les gâteaux proposés étaient beaucoup des gâteaux secs et yaourts pas frais. L'excursion proposée en bateau à la Scala dei Turchi par l'établissement est magnifique mais cependant chère au regard de ce qui ce pratique au port (80 euros par personne) et l'apéritif prévu ne nous a pas été proposé.. si vous souhaitez la faire, comparez bien les prix avant.

El edificio sorprende una vez que entras. De afuera no dice mucho, pero está agiornado y decorado con mucho esmero y en estilo. El baño.es nuevo totalmente. La cama cómoda (me gustan los colchones más duros, pero.eso es muy personal) buenas almohadas. Espectacular desayuno!!!!!! Buena relación precio calidad
