Os cuento la manera tan bonita de cerrar mi viaje a Tailandia, me arrepiento mil de no haberme alojado aquí las primeras noches en Bangkok, cualquier hotel no tiene comparación ante este lugar; para las personitas que vayáis a venir, esto no es una recomendación, es una obligación tenéis que alojaros aquí, es de las experiencias más thais que vais a vivir. Me quedo con que las próximas veces que venga (sí, seguirá habiendo próximas veces), esta será siempre mi primera y única opción. Los dueños de esta casa, Tak y Ung, son un matrimonio que desde que entras hacen que te sientas parte de ella. Llegué anoche y Tak, me recibió con un té hecho por ellos de jengibre, miel y limon. Fue tan increible lo que sentí que cuando entré a mi habitación se me saltaron las lágrimas. Te dan a elegir entre distintos tipos de desayuno y os prometo que hasta la fecha ha sido lo más rico que he desayunado, el amor siempre gana como ingrediente extra. Les pedí que por favor me escribieran sus nombres en un papel, ya que no quiero olvidarlos, me fui a la habitación y escuché que tocaban la puerta, era la señora Ung que me traía una tote bag preciosa para mí, automáticamente se me saltaron las lágrimas, les pedí si por favor podíamos hacernos una foto juntos, el señor Tak estaba tardando un poco en venir y era porque estaba cortando una flor para regalármela también. He pasado muy poquito tiempo con ellos pero ha sido lo suficiente como para no olvidarles. Gracias Tak y Ung, volveremos a vernos.

Me he sentido como en casa.

La disponibilità dei proprietari è fantastica. Le colazioni fornite sono di altissimo livello. L'accoglienza top. Anche se la struttura non è certamente recente, si vede la cura dei dettagli e la volontà di cercare di mettere in tutti i modi a proprio agio i clienti.

Abbiamo trovato i letti non comodissimi, il bagno piuttosto piccolo. La doccia non aveva una cabina separata ma era aperta sul bagno, che non essendo grande si bagna dappertutto ogni volta.

Wir konnten von einem Frühstücksmenü aussuchen und es gab auch ein extra vegetarisches Menü. Alles was wir gegessen haben war sehr gut! Die Besitzer waren extrem nett und umsichtig. Da eine von uns eine Lebensmittelvergiftung hatte mussten wir länger in Bangkok bleiben und es war kein Problem das Zimmer zu verlängern. Außerdem haben die Besitzer sich lieb gekümmert (Obst, Elektrolyte und Tee gebracht; Gepäck zum Taxi getragen,...)! Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich und war eines der saubersten in denen wir in Thailand waren. Wir hatten sogar einen extra Raum zwischen Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Das Zimmer hatte sowohl Trinkwasser als auch verschiedene Heißgetränke bereit gestellt und der Kühlschrank war auch von Vorteil. Die Lage ist ein bisschen außerhalb, man erreicht verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten trotzdem gut. Der Besitzer hat uns am ersten Abend zu einem Restaurant gebracht wo man sehr günstig und gut essen konnte! Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Sfeervol verblijf, logeren bij heel gastvrije, vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Heel lekker ontbijt. Rustige wijk, Klong, markt, winkels, Chao Phraya, tempels en eetgelegenheden op wandelafstand. Als we nog eens in Bangkok zijn, komen we graag terug.

The hosts were just the sweetest, caring couple. From the moment you arrive, they’re so attentive and check in was super smooth. The breakfast cooked by the auntie chef is incredible, comes with a desert of seasonal fruit. Definitely want to come back for the next visit!

Authentieke houten pand midden in de stad met een rustige patio. Lieve gastvrije mensen, mijnheer spreekt Engels. Goede lokatie om de stad in te gaan.

The owners were very sweet. They stayed up to let us check-in late and made us a wonderful breakfast. Even made us delicious mango sticky rice. I wish we could've stayed longer!

We didn't know how to get in contact with them before-hand to tell us when we were arriving.

Tak and Ing who run the property are so warm and lovely, they took great care of us. Ing is a wonderful cook and even made us pad thai on our last night - it was incredible! Their property is beautifully decorated with lots of plants and water fountains - it was a peaceful oasis to come back to after a busy day. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and we really appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and toiletries. Location is also great - central but in a quiet area.

We loved everything.

I adore this small, cozy, green hotel. I'm always greeted so warmly. Amazing, kind people. I returned after three months, and to my surprise, they remembered my favorite fruits. It's so nice.

Tac and Ung are the most beautiful hosts you can wish for. They cared for us throughout our stay. Always welcomed us with a smile and to top it all off - they made us the most incredible vegan breakfasts. Every day we had a different dish which was tastier than some of the restaurants we've been to. The house is full of charm and character and always spotlessly clean.

Couple d hotes adorables, aux petits soins. Un petit dejeuner local et reconfortant, Une maison typique et atypique a partager, au calme dans une ville chaude et effervescente. Nous avons apprécié être au calme. Notre petit garçon a adoré cette maison et sa rencontre avec Taa, Hing...et les poissons :) Merci Taa et merci Hing !

Tak et Ung sont un couple vraiment adorable et aux petits soins avec les clients. Hôtel très hétéroclite mais très propre. Lieu très calme. Beaucoup de fleurs , de plantes. Un havre de paix, très reposant après une journée de visite de Bangkok. Le thé au gingembre servi à l' arrivée est un délice. Je les recommande très fortement

La gentillesse des hôtes prolonge le charme de cet hébergement á nul autre pareil à Bangkok. Dusit est un quartier calme et permet d’accéder facilement par bateau ou grab aux lieux les plus emblématiques de la vielle ville.

Poczuj gościnność Tajów,wybierz to miejsce zamiast hotelu ! Właściciele obiektu to przemili ludzie którzy zrobią wszystko abyś poczuł się u nich jak w domu !! Obiekt utrzymany jest w stylu tajskim,bardzo klimatyczne i ciche miejsce. Bardzo polecam !!

家的感觉，早餐就是家的味道，普通材料却难得的是什么都刚刚好，芒果糯米饭甜的刚好，鸡蛋煮的刚好溏心渐熟，没有网红的姿态，只有安抚人心的妈妈的味道。 小院安静优雅，不是最热闹的曼谷，却是最朴实的小巷人家，周围咖啡店按摩店餐馆都是本地人也消费的地方。 说实话，曼谷太杂乱了，不确定还会不会再来，再来一定来看店主人家，也希望您的女儿在墨尔本学习生活愉快！

We loved our stay here! The hosts were incredible! Attentive, caring and they have really thought about that people need. We loved the local area, there is great local Eating options where you can eat a good lunch for 50 baht or dinner for 300 baht per person. We would really recommend the restaurant at the other end of the alley to the guest house for dinner. I have been to Bangkok so many times and this place is what I have always wanted from a stay! It’s away from the hustle and bustle and is a tranquil oasis in a lovely part of town. The hosts went over and above to make sure we were comfortable, the bed and room were so comfortable and way better than they look in the photos. We loved everything and would come back again and recommend to everyone!

An incredibly welcoming and charming family runs this place. I was surrounded by exceptionally warm and thoughtful care. Breakfast was fantastic! The mango sticky rice was at least as good as at Michelin-recommended places.

What an amazing place to stay, the hosts really look after you, it’s like staying with family, and the breakfasts were excellent, well located in a quiet area, we would walk 5mins to the river and get on the river fairy/taxi to get into the city. We will be back next time we are in Bangkok, thanks for the great stay!

Décevant en regard des avis enthousiastes qui m’ont persuadée d’opter pour cet hotel. Chambre trop sombre, fenêtre donnant sur un mur à 50cm de distance de sorte que la lumière entre à peine. Impression de sous-sol mais peut-être n’ai-je tout simplement pas eu de chance et me suis-je vu attribuer la seule mauvaise chambre de l’établissement (no 1) car il y en a d’autres en étage probablement mieux placées.

I absolutely loved my stay at Baan Tepa! The owners are so friendly and welcoming, always smiling and chatting with you. I informed them of my arrival time in advance and asked about the possibility of an earlier check-in since my flight arrived early in the morning. I arrived around 9 a.m. and was so happily surprised that the room was already ready. They even offered me breakfast, which I was so thankful for. The room was really cozy and just the perfect size for me, and the bathroom was very clean. The yard was lovely with all the plants, and the breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from. The location was great: the area is calm, but you can still easily walk to more touristy areas or take a boat on the river. I was leaving later in the day for my overnight train, and before that I wanted to walk around the city so they kindly allowed me to use the shower before I left. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Bangkok.

Wonderful little property run by a sweet older couple who do their best to make your stay comfortable. I felt completely at ease with them, and the room was lovely.

The breakfast is delicious and we have choice. The couple taking care of the guesthouse are just wonderful and they are very taking care of their guests.

I was sad to not be able to open the window of the room. It's really the only thing and they have a very nice balcony so it was okay. Everything else is perfect :)

Breakfast was amazing - didnt need lunch.

Not that much in the area, but with Grab (or shanks pony) that doesn't matter one bit.

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Tepa Boutique House and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were traveling as a family with our two young children, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. The owners were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The house was beautiful. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, perfect for our family. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, a great way to start the day. Overall, Baan Tepa Boutique House is a very welcoming and family-friendly place with excellent service. We would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Bardzo klimatyczne i ładne miejsce z wygodnym łóżkiem i pysznym śniadaniem w cenie. Nie jest to główne centrum, dzięki czemu w nocy jest cisza, a w pobliżu znajduje się stacja promu. Wszędzie też można dojechać taksówka w rozsądnej cenie. Właściciele są przemili i bardzo pomocni. Gdybym mogła, oceniła bym na 11.

Do stacji metra jest dość daleko.

Ils sont adorables. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu à tout le monde. On s’y sent bien, on passe un bon moment. Beaucoup de sérénité se dégage de ce lieu. Les petits déjeuners sont incroyables !

Paret som driver hotellet är fantastiskt. De var otroligt gästvänliga och tog hand om oss på det allra bästa sätt! När vi kom fick hela familjen varsin liten gåva och dottern fick frukt av värdinnan för att bli av med sin snuva.

Very pleasant owners, delicious beakfast, quiet place, everything was clean and tidy. We would be keen on returning there if we stay in Bangkok again.

It is a husband and wife, family run accommodation. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked and served with fresh fruit, just delicious!
