It has great rooftop and common rooms. Toilets and rooms were clean and the staff quite helpful

BED BUGS!!!! I’ve got bitten horribly the first and second night (literally the whole body covered in bites that didn’t heal for the next 2 weeks). Although I could change the bed, I’m not entirely sure the other one didn’t have bed bugs as well because I woke up with even more bites. I don’t think it’s a one time situation because all the receptionist didn’t even look surprised. They refunded me only around 3/4 of the full price and I got a laundry for free (although lost some socks unfortunately). Attached the photos of bites after 2 weeks If they managed the hostel properly, it’d be a great place

I really liked the location of the property- many things were in walking distance or a short, cheap Grab ride away. The hostel was also very social without it being disruptive to sleep at night. I found the bunks to be very spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. The breakfast is included in the stay and cooked by a neighborhood local everyday which I thought was a great touch. The staff was so kind and had many recommendations.

The staff here are so great, friendly and welcoming, they immediately made me feel at ease. The dorms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good and I liked how they varied the options throughout the week. I also left two large cases whilst travelling around for 10 days. The price for holding was good and I felt completely comfortable leaving larger valuables there.

Bathrooms for the standard dorms were a bit more outdated than I expected but they were clean and water was nice and hot

I stayed before in 2024, hostel was good back then, but even better now! Toilets and showers got an upgrade and are looking very modern. I also love the early check in time, free local breakfast everyday and the rooftop! Also the location is great to explore Bangkok. Would definitely recommend this hostel!

This time I was staying in a private room, everything was good and brand new. Only thing, maybe at a mirror in the room, that would be useful :)

Best Hostel in Bangkok

Good location and service. Bed and room was clean and comfortable, roommates were friendly and talkative. An ATM and a coffee shop are in front of this hostel, 711 is close too. And everyday breakfast is cooked by neighbours, which makes me feel so humanity. BTW, free sandwiches people can take from the refrigerator.

everything about this hostel was magical even though i stayed short term. super chill and the people whom i met were really nice, gave me really cute memories. it was super clean, big thanks to all the staff who were working really hard. hygiene for me is very important and i was highly satisfied. location is superb, neighbor is chill and local. i am really thankful for my friend who recommended this hostel, i don't know other hostels in bangkok but i'll definitely stay here again, as the name suggests!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It is located perfectly in BKK‘s old town with a lot of sights, restaurants, massage spots, etc. close by. I felt very safe in the area, also at night. The rooms were very clean. The hostel provided delicious free breakfast made by locals every day. It is ideal for solo travellers, as you can meet other people very easily. The hostel also organizes daily activities such as walking tours, badminton, family dinners in the evening, etc. There is an ATM right in front of the hostel and a coffee shop right next to the hostel. The staff was really friendly, funny and helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

Sehr gutes, unaufdringliches und sauberes Hostel in recht ruhiger Lage in der Altstadt mit freundlichem Personal, ausreichenden und relativ sauberen sanitären Anlagen, verschiedensten Aufenthaltsbereichen drinnen (alle klimatisiert) wie draußen (Dachterrasse, Eingangsbereich). Es gibt eine Küche mit heißem und kaltem Trinkwasser, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Besteck (keine Kochmöglichkeit) und ein täglich wechselndes Frühstücksangebot, nicht zum sattessen, aber als Start in den Tag dienlich. Der 12-Personen-Schlafsaal ist recht schmal, neben den Betten gibt es aber eine geräumige Gepäckablage inklusive Schließfach, außerdem blickdichte Vorhänge vor jedem Bett, Steckdose und gemütliches Licht. Das WLAN ist ausreichend zum Arbeiten und Streamen.

It is hot in the toilet, make it difficult to have a bowel movement.

Lo staff è gentile e amichevole. L’ostello è buono per chi vuole socializzare un po’ o per chi non vuole. I bagni e le docce vengono regolarmente puliti. Il letto con la tendina dà molta privacy. Se hai fame ci sono i toast con l’uovo, che ho adorato!

Die Vorhänge geben gute Privatsphäre. Es wird auf jeden Fall auch auf Sauberkeit geachtet und es gibt ein gutes Frühstücksangebot, welches variiert.

Das Personal war in Ordnung, aber nicht übertrieben nett. Zusätzlich ist es nicht ein wahnsinnig soziales Hostel, sind aber nur kleine Anmerkungen.

Das gemütlichste Hostelbett meiner gesamten Reise! Super nettes Personal und kostenlose Verpflegung sowie Wasser vor Ort. Das Hostel liegt in einer sehr schönen ruhigeren Gegend in Bangkok und trotzdem lässt sich alles schnell erreichen!

Le personnel est très agréable, l'emplacement est plutôt sympa et j'aime beaucoup le fait qu'on est beaucoup de place dans notre lit avec un coin rangement. L'espace commun est vraiment bien et le matin, un petit déjeuner local vous attends.

J'ai moins aimée le fait que les douches/Toilettes soit tout le temps humide ( l'endroit contient des encadreurs sans fenêtres donc il fait la même température que dehors )

It’s a very comfortavle hostel, great lobby area to chill or work from, amazing cool and friendly staff, many events that they do, there is also family dinner where they provide many different thai dishes, everything just great, I would come back for sure

The only thing I could say is that sleeping next to the door would be a bit difficult if you are a light sleeper

Everything about it. This is the second time I've stayed here. I especially like the street. It's close enough to restaurants and shopping but right across from the hostel is a beautiful quiet Temple that makes the street special

Man konnte sich sehr einfach mit anderen Menschen im Hostel connecten, aber auch ganz einfach für sich alleine zurückziehen. Das Bett war genug gross und hatte genug Stauraum für die Sachen. Sehr sympathisches Personal. Durch das ausziehen der Schuhe, war auch im Zimmer sauberkeit.

Höchstens etwas kleines bei den Toiletten, aber ansonsten hat mir nicht besonders etwas nicht gefallen.

⭐️Super social, friendly, spotless, and feels like home I had such a great stay at Once Again Hostel! It’s incredibly social, but also peaceful when you want to rest. All the staff genuinely care about the guests, they’re so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Special shout-out to Bonita and Peachy (and honestly, everyone on the team), they’re amazing and make you feel at home 😊 Another big highlight: this place is very clean. It’s always spotless, well looked after, and kept in great condition, which really makes a difference. The hostel has a cozy living room where you can relax and watch Netflix or Disney+, and the atmosphere is calm enough to sleep really well. You get good privacy, and it’s also close to excellent restaurants. What I loved most is how they actively create a community: they organize daily excursions and cultural plans around the city (temples, city walks, board games, and more), plus family-style hostel dinners that bring everyone together 🙌 Breakfast is free, very varied, and changes every day, such a nice touch. They also offer free sandwiches, and there’s coffee and tea available anytime. There’s even a nearby park with an outdoor gym and courts/fields for football and basketball, which is perfect if you like staying active 🏀 Overall, the vibe, the people, and the staff made this place special. I’d 100% stay here again, once again, as the name suggests 😉

Very nice, comfortable beds with lockers, outlets and light,, more like pods than hostel beds. Breakfast included, activities like walks and dinner together to meet people.

At 11:00, the AC will be switched off until 14:00 to save energy. The hostel officially "closes" during that time. Unless you are okay with basically getting kicked out of your room during that time every day and being unable to sleep past 11:00 while on vacation, avoid this place. No mention of this policy is made anywhere, neither during booking nor in the hostel itself. In general, theres a very corporate atmosphere of nickel and diming the customer.Towels cost a hefty extra fee, the integrated cafe is absurdly overpriced and the laundry service they offer will run you more than double the usual price for the area.

Every time I go to Bangkok I stay here. They are literally the best hostel in Bangkok with free breakfast, a rooftop, and activities planned for every night of the week.

Nice design, big beds, good breakfast

The staff sucks! I extended my stay, and had to move the another room for the last night. Old and new room where identical, same size, same number of people, some everything. I couldn‘t even leave my stuff in one of the rooms during this time, although there is more than enough place! Also, there was no Wifi in the first room, whereas the second room was next to the bathroom, including all the noises there… Note that there are major loud construction works going on in the building all day long!
