1、冷氣、紗窗滿滿的灰塵。 2、蓮蓬頭很髒。 3、地下都是螞蟻。 4、床居然是用兩張床疊起來的，很軟不好睡，感覺睡在回收場。 5、一樓養貓很髒亂，戶外也都是沒整理像廢墟。

The kitchen is a diseaster seems like no cleans it and also like no one uses it. When u shower the whole room is under water ,the drain should be in another place.

已經是第三次來住了，大推！位置離潛店近，大廳有貓可以搓，而且平常超容易過敏的我，摸完毛都沒有打噴嚏！老闆人也超級好，晚上還帶我們去拍銀河！而且技術超好，幫我們排出很美的照片！

Absolutely love this place, great budget accomodation while I did a diving course nearby. Felt very at home, everything worked, nice big room, plenty of hot water, and the owner was a great guy, even let me ride a scooter

Was in Taiwan pretty much at its coldest time of year and was worried about lack of heating, but it wasn't a problem at all in the end.

There was no breakfast offered, there were only a few local places where you could buy breakfast. This was a small village so there are not many options. I had never visited this area before, so I did not realize the options were limited.

The location was further out but not a problem if you had a vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not have my own. Also there was a big storm that came around during my stay which limited any activity, but that was not something that could be avoided.

It definitely was a well-designed place, however it looks pretty old and tired now.

The host and the girls working at the location were superb. Otherwise, the hotel is very much like a lot of places in Kenting. But the people made the stay fantastic. The location is only for people with cars or scooters. For me, it was perfect, but without your own means of transportation, maybe choose something more in the city. Good value for money in Kenting. Very solid AC unit (even though it looked old). The beds were very comfortable.

The animals at the property, while lovely and cute, made the stay difficult. The dog wants to get out of the fence (she can't), so good luck keeping her in while taking your things in or out. There is also the issue of certain brown things being everywhere. Walk into it = extra trouble you don't want on holidays. The place is a bit run down, but understandable from the price. The water machine has hot water only. The parking is on the side of the road. I felt a bit uneasy knowing how many TW people drive (scratching is not a reason to stop your car to check the other one). The room with the view looks directly at the garden. It shouldn't be advertised as with a view, especially since the view makes your room and people inside visible to all the other guests.

Pets waste needed to clean a bit more often.

The manager was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Baishawan(the best beach in Taiwan) is a five minute drive away. The beds were comfy! Rooms were clean and we could have a quick BBQ one evening. I highly recommend this place.
