Chambre bien isolée,literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux (salé et sucré). Un très bon rapport qualité/prix à 15 minutes de Zermatt !
Rien d'important. L'hôtel est peu vieux,pas de déco. Pas d'ascenseur.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026lekker buiten de drukte van Zermatt, maar wel op fietsafstand en naast treinstation indien gewenst. Marco was een zeer gastvrije host. Hij bood ons de mogelijkheid om fietsen binnen te stallen. Hij gaf tips over te volgen routes in de omgeving.
Eenvoudig, maar voldoet aan alles wat je nodig hebt.

O quarto é bem simples, como já era esperado. Poderia ter mais ganchos na parede, além de mais tomadas.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a larger room from the boss Marcos. We had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a big bathroom, a separate toilet, and a large kitchen that had everything we needed — including a fridge. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Honestly, it was the best night’s sleep I’ve had during our 6 days in Switzerland! Marcos was such a wonderful person. He personally showed us our apartment and explained everything clearly. The service felt warm and welcoming throughout our stay. On top of all that, our apartment had amazing mountain views, which made our stay even more memorable. Hotel is right next to the train station, a minute walk. You wouldn’t hear about train coming at all. The service throughout my visit was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

Nous avons très bien mangé, c'était parfait pour notre soirée. La serveuse était aussi très gentille et attentionnée. La chambre était confortable, la literie neuve. Adresse que nous recommandons chaudement !

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Super Lage, direkt am kleinen Bahnhof. Mit dem Zug ist man schnell in Zermatt. Frühstück ist ausreichend und das Abendessen sehr sehr lecker. Wir waren das 2x mal dort. Marco, sein Personal und auch die Einwohner sind Herzensmenschen. Man wird mit offenen Armen aufgenommen, man ist Willkommen. Zum wandern, eine schöne Lage und wer nette Gespräche und lustige Abende möchte, dann ist man dort genau richtig. Für uns sind sie Familie geworden und wir fahren wieder hin.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Marco is AMAZING and is an absolute sweetheart! We travel extensively and have never felt authentically CARED FOR as we did by Marco. We loved the dinner; I counted ten vegetables plus chickpeas on my plate! He was exceptionally accommodating for our early departure the next morning. We would stay there again in a heartbeat just to see Marco and again express our appreciation for him and his staff.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Il nous a surclassé dans un appartement plus grand, nous a permis d'acheter du pain malgré la fermeture de tous les commerces et il avait des super conseils! Il nous a donné des très bons conseils pour découvrir la région (le pont suspendu le plus long du monde) et les randonnées !

La struttura è ferma agli anni 70 molto sporca con un cattivo odore all’ingresso e nella camera senza nessun tipo di servizio funzionante la TV spenta senza decoder, il forno staccato, le posate sporchissime, l’asciugacapelli bisogna richiederlo ed è poi stato ripreso entrando in camera in nostra assenza per essere fornito ad un’altra camera, senza microonde, senza Una macchinetta per il caffè neanche una cialda, cuscini pessimi, persino il lampadario ha solo una lampadina per risparmiare. Il costo di 300 € a notte per l’appartamento in estate in quella località non merita assolutamente. Il proprietario sembra gentile, ma la sua furbizia non paga assolutamente. L’ingresso, la reception piena di mosche e la sala dell’area della colazione è fatiscente. La balconata è pericolante con un legno vecchissimo che funge da ringhiera sul balcone c’è un letto depositato da chissà quanti anni. Il cestino della spazzatura in metallo Dimostra i cinquant’anni dell’hotel senza ristrutturazione.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026I didn’t stay here in as the hotel called me just as I was taking off at the airport on the day of my stay. They cancelled my booking. Unclear of the reason . I was moved to another hotel in different village so different train stop. I had to sort my train tickets on landing in Geneva as I needed an additional ticket to get to my original destination /Randa on the following morning.

It is a creepy place. We were alloted room in basement after too much waiting and the room opens up in bathroom. They alley is super creepy. Don't waste money booking this place. Rather go to tasch. Zermat itself is overhyped if you have been to other nice swiss places. For sure refrain from this place. It was the worst. Otherwise we had amazing experience in Switzerland overall.

Der Chef ist mit rührender Umsicht um seine Gäste bemüht und man fühlt sich augenblicklich willkommen, wir konnten einen Teil unseres Gepäcks für zwei Tage gratis deponieren. Achtung: nichts für Lifestyle-Artisten! Wunderbarer Gegensatz zu Zermatt und: um einiges preiswerter!#

We guided us to take taxi for 3 people instead of train because of overall cost. He called taxi for us. Hotel has parking lot so our car stayed whole day for free.

Unser Zimmer nach Süden war leider kein Hit....Das Badezimmer war auch nicht einladend zum Duschen.... Eine Auffrischung der Zimmer wäre schon mal nötig... Der Preis für die Unterkunft erscheint uns nicht passend

Zamówiłam apartament z 1 livingroom , dwie oddzielne sypialnie , jedna łazienka, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem. Otrzymaliśmy dwa pokoje , z przejściem między nimi. W jednym niezbyt dużym pokoju był aneks kuchenny i mały stolik z dwoma krzesłami ( więcej by się nie zmieściło) dla czterech osób to zdecydowanie za mało. W drugim łóżko, szafa , nie działający telewizor, szafki przy łóżku. Tu nawet krzesło się nie zmieści. Do jednego pokoju można wejść przez drugą sypialnię lub przez łazienkę z korytarza. Nowocześnie urządzone pokoje z opisu na booking nie dotyczą tego "apartamentu". Mieliśmy dwie oddzielne łazienki. Wolalabym jednak mieć pokój dzienny , gdzie moglibyśmy usiąść wszyscy przy jednym stole. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni. Zmywarka nie działająca, brak kapsułek. "Apartament" był na poziomie piwnicznym. Otrzymałam nie to co zamawiałam a cena ta sama. Cena wskazywała na większy komfort. Za taką cenę w Chur mieliśmy piękny, nowoczesnie wyposażony apartament w centrum miasta. Zastanawiające jest to, dlaczego nie otrzymaliśmy tego co zamawialiśmy.

Check in closes too early although the host kept it open as we were delayed by our flight. Breakfast was not great and was a bit pricey for what it is. They could keep food covered as there were lots of flies. We felt pressured to buy breakfast there and then, and we were put into the basement of the building.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026De eigenaar heeft ons super geholpen, met eerder dan normaal ontbijt omdat we de bergen in wilden. Nadat we 1 van de nachten in een hut moesten blijven vanwege tijdsplanning hebben we korting gekregen op die nacht en hij hielp ons bij alles regelen.

Possibilità di parcheggiare a prezzo contenuto. Menzione particolare per l'host, davvero cortese, accogliente e generoso. Quando torneremo nella zona sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo qui.

Reviewed May 28, 2026From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was amazing. I ended up arriving later than expected and Marco waited for us so we could check in with him. He even sent an email asking if we would need dinner when we arrived. I have never had that level of care before and it was really appreciated. We also had breakfast there which was very tasty and priced well. When I inquired about breakfast times, he asked me when a good time for me was so it fit into my schedule. His level of consideration will not be found at any other hotel, and I can guarantee that. My room was quiet and everything was comfortable. The location was perfect because we were right by the train station, which has been my main transportation. There was even a pretty view from our window. Noise was not a problem either. This was the perfect stay and I would be more than happy to come back.

One of the rooms bathroom sliding doors are torn. Should change or fix it back. Water flew out when having shower. Another room with light cooking facilities, dustbin compartment got to repair cos a bit rusty. No store to buy food if wanted to cook within. Got to go of its town to get the necessary stuff. A small spider was in the 2nd floor room.
