Llegué de viaje a las 00:00 h y a las 8:00 a. m. ya estaban haciendo obras en la habitación contigua con un ruido considerable que impedia dormir .

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026El hotel es una maravilla, las chicas de recepcion son muy atentas por si necesitas algo; tiene una bañera en la terraza!! Q por supuesto usamos jejeje. Todo genial excepto que el desayuno lo cortan muy rapido y si estas de vacaciones no apatece madrugar, dicho desayuno es muy completo (buffet libre). La ubicacion es perfecta, al lado de la catedral.

Ahora han cambiado en todo el hotel la decoración con grandes cortinajes como terciopelo rojo en una ciudad con 40º de calor. Pero aún peor es que la puerta del baño de la habitación es casi trasparente y se ve todo.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Het hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie - naast de kathedraal en het historische casino (sociëteit). Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het ontbijtbuffet was enorm gevarieerd en heel erg lekker.
De kamer voelde iets kleiner aan dan we verwacht hadden. En het balkon was behoorlijk warm omdat de airconditioning erop uitblaast.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The hotel was in a great location, right near the cathedral square and in the centre of the old town. The hotel staff were nice and helpful, the bathroom in the room was was great and we liked all the toiletries that were there to use.
When we arrived and went to the room there was no toilet roll, there was a battery missing in the remote control for the air con, just little things that reception did rectify. We then found a half drank bottle of beer in the fridge which we put down to the room not being cleaned properly prior to arrival. Whilst the room was good, the bed really let it down, the bed was so hard and it was impossible to get comfortable so we didn’t really get much sleep. We are planning to return to Murcia next year but won’t stay at the Centina again due this issue.

Purtroppo la TV in camera non funzionava. Ma non abbiamo neanche chiesto alla reception se ce la mettevano a posto.

Las instalaciones, no habían repuesto el gel, tuvimos que pedirlo, no salía agua fría del lavabo, te dejan papel higiénico usado, el aire acondicionado funcionaba pero te quedabas congelado, no había manera de regularlo, no hay amenities…

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026We are really satisfied with our stay in the Hotel. We are lucky to be able to check-in before time because we arrive early and they’re really accommodating. Not all hotels are allowing you to check-in ahead of the scheduled time. We are happy and surprised with our bedroom. It was clean and all you need is there. Their location is on top of everything! They’re close to all the tourist spots which is really a walking distance from the hotel and of course the restaurants, too. We recommend to book the breakfast,too. We definitely coming back and we highly recommend you to stay in Hotel Cetina..

There were massive renovations going on when we got there, we should have been told, 8am to 8pm construction which meant even the basic facilities were not available, my wife needed water for medication at 5am, asked at reception and was told none available, we asked for ice previous also not available, the GM of the hotel with her communication would not come to meet with us as we wanted a refund so we could find other accommodation, she refused, really poor , avoid while construction is going on

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026El hotel tiene una ubicación super céntrica, junto al Real Casino de Murcia y a dos pasos de la catedral. Las habitaciones se ven recientemente renovadas. Ventanas bien insonorizadas, camas cómodas y muchos detalles en la habitación: albornoz, cafetera y tetera. El personal de recepción, muy amable y eficiente. Super recomendable.
Al encontrarse en el centro, no puedes aparcar por la zona, es todo peatonal. El parking más cercano (Glorieta de España, de pago) se encuentra a 700m.

Tuve un error al hacer la reserva y puse 1 Adulto, la reserva indique que era para un aniversario obviamente para dos, di por hecho que el recepcionista lo adapto cual fue nuestra sorpresa al subir a la habitación era individual enana y tuvimos que dormir los dos en una cama para uno, decepcionante.

El parking no está incluido en el valor, se paga aparte porque el hotel tiene alianza con un parking que está a unas cuadras en el cual no es seguro - dejamos el auto arrendado una noche y lo abrieron y robaron. El parking no se hace responsable porque para ellos solo son estacionamiento no cuidado de auto

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas, el baño con todo lo necesario y muy limpio. Hasta tienen agua de bienvenida, infusiones y café con cafetera. El personal fue muy amable y hasta nos dejaron guardar las maletas antes y después de nuestra estancia.
Por poner una pega aunque no diría que es algo malo, es que la habitación se abre con llave manual y no digital y que al estar en el centro y con calle peatonal, tienes que avisar para que te abran la barrera/pivote. Pero por su calidad precio está muy bien.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Excellent location for exploring the city. A few minutes walk from the cathedral, shops and cafes. As a solo traveller, I was pleased to have a small double room, which was well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a small fridge with free water, and a balcony to enjoy the early morning sun. I had a lovely shower room with plenty of toiletries, hairdryer, and even decent straighteners. The breakfast suited me with fresh fruit, yoghurt, lovely bread and pastries.
An English speaking channel on the TV would have been nice.

El hotel, realmente se nota que es de 3 estrellas, el ascensor súper pequeño y antiguo además de que la habitación con terraza era muy pequeña( la terraza estaba bien pero privacidad poca porque comunica con las demás terrazas de las habitación) mediante una pared de agujeros totalmente visible. En la habitación no podías dejar ni una miga de comida ya que estaba llena de hormigas y entraban por los bajos de la pared, no por la ventana si no que tienen acceso directo a la habitación por la pared, me parece que deberían de hacer una fumigación porque era un asco tener la habitación llena de hormigas. No recibimos limpieza en toda la estancia por voluntad propia menos un día que la pedimos porque íbamos a estar todo el día fuera y solo nos cambiaron las toallas, después de tres días no fueron capaces ni de cambiarnos las sábanas. El trato la verdad que al principio bastante bien hasta que llega el día de irnos y pedimos un late check out por no poder ir a por las cosas y se pusieron bastante insistentes además de que a mi parecer un poco irritantes y con poca amabilidad. No volveré .
