Aucune mention du supplément pour les draps et les serviettes avant de réserver !

De kamers zijn heel eenvoudig en de prijs is toch stevig voor de geboden faciliteiten. De bedden waren redelijk.

En lille ting Måske en anden vindues holder på vinduet, så der er mulighed for at kan sove med åbent vindue. Det eksisterende på vinduet larmer meget ved lille vind. Og værelset varmt uden åben vindue.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026We booked a 3 night stay at Danhostel Ribe. The location of the hotel/ hostel is just splendid on the grass grounds next to the river and overlooking the beautiful historical town center. As Ribe is small in size, it is easily covered on foot from out of Danhostel. Moreover, in less than 5mins walk, you are already in the heart of the old town and busy street. We loved our apartment/ hotel room with a lot of space, all conveniences. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We would recommend the breakfast as it offers a great selection and all fresh bread comes from the best bakery of Ribe with lots of other local produce also in the selection. The staff is very friendly, helpful and available. They have a lot of touristical information on hand too and can help you plan your trip/ stay. We would have loved to stay longer but booked rather late. There is no better place to discover Ribe, the Ribe VikingeCenter, local museums such as HeX! and the Wadden Sea area with the Vadehavscentret and the connection to the island of Mandø very closeby. Even if the town is touristical, all is very quiet during day and at night at the hotel site, which means we slept very well here. There simply is no better value for money venue than Danhostel Ribe. The location, facilities and services went far above our expectations. We will definitely return here for a longer stay and recommend this place strongly!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The staff was very friendly and accomodating when we arrived. The private parking was good to. The room was fine, nothing extra but all the basics were there. The location was amazing and made everything very walkable in the village. Recommend the hostel if you are looking for great access to the town with basic clean rooms.
Breakfast hours was not till quite late. No trashcans in the rooms available.

Gradevolezza e funzionalità degli spazi comuni. Colazione ottima per il salato. Parcheggio gratuito sul retro dell'ostello.
Orario per il check-in troppo breve. Pulizia della camera appena sufficiente. Nessun dolce a colazione. Tenda poco oscurante. Assenza di piano doccia. Moquette sintetica.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026De ligging van de hostel is heel centraal. Een prima (basic) ontbijtbuffet. Indien je er gebruik van wilt maken, is er een keuken en eetruimte beschikbaar. Gelegen naast een indoor activiteiten ruimte.
Zoals verwacht was het een basic kamer en dat was prima. Kamer is erg eenvoudig, badkamer wel wat verouderd. Optie tot gebruik van eigen lakens en handdoeken, of dit huren. Dit komt vaker voor in Denemarken maar was voor ons nieuw. Onze kamer rook niet fris.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Altstadt ist einmalig. Zu Fuß kann man vom Hostel aus die Stadt sehr gut erkunden. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Betten bequem.
Daß man nicht vor 16:00 einchecken kann, ist schade.

Gardiner var for små til at kunne dække hele vinduet. Der var ikke en baby/junior dyne til rådighed og det var ikke kommunikeret da vi bestilte weekendseng. Lys i gang og toilet var med sensor og meget skarpt, hvilket var meget forstyrrende aften/nat/morgen. Når man går i bad bliver hele badeværelset fuldstændig oversvømmet med vand.

unfortunately we arrived at 10:30 pm from Frankfurt ( train cancellation) and it was nobody to ask for help . Kindly they left me an envelope with our instructions/ keys but we didn’t have bed sheets or towels . It was my first time in a hostel , I didn’t pay attention to this when I book the reservation and I thought will be someone there to contact . Is a nice little city , great bakery around the corner and beautiful sights.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt, die Herberge ist etwa in die Jahre gekommen, aber man erwartet ja kein Luxushotel, wenn man eine Jugendherberge Bucht. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Ribe war es super. Das Zimmer war sauber.
