Personel miły, pomocny, pokoje czyste. Hotel dość blisko metra i bardzo blisko przystanku tramwajowego. Śniadania smaczne, ale ubogie (bagietka, croissant, jogurt, mleko, płatki śniadaniowe i owsiane, masło, drzem, miód, jabłka, przecier jabłkowy, ser i szynka oraz soki, woda, kawa, herbata).

Curatenia in camera era minima. Exista un miros foarte puternic in toate camerele de la mocheta veche si folosita. Este nevoie de o renovare a camerelor. Micul dejun este defapt o selectie de cereale si gemuri cu Croissant si lapte.

Номер отличный, завтрак очень вкусный и сытный! Выдавали нам чайник и фен. В номере чисто и комфортно. Пастельное и полотенца чистые. Уборка в номере регулярно. Очень вежливый персонал. Распоолжение отличное, рядом весь транспорт.

Ничего. Все было отлично. Рядом магазины и супермаркеты. Еда в отеле достойная. Есть зоны отдыха. Уютный дворик, где отдохнуть выйти можно.

El baño más sucio en el que me he hospedado en mi vida , un mal olor que salen de las tuberías y el Toillete sucio y manchado , asqueroso , la habitación también olía mal , no tiene sistema de ventilación ,no lo recomiendo .

L’établissement est super propre, check-in facile et rapide, accueillant, chambre correcte et assez grande. Bouilloire, sèche cheveux et ventilateur à disposition si besoin. Petit déjeuner en self, très varié il y’a du sucré et du salé. Nous sommes ravis dans l’ensemble de notre séjour et reviendrons à l’occasion !

Climatisation commune donc pas de moyen de l’éteindre la nuit mais une couette supplémentaire peut être demandée. Les grilles de la clim étaient très poussiéreuses. L’un des lits avait un sommier en grillage très bruyant et peu confortable j’ai dû prendre le lit du dessus avec un sommier dur c’était beaucoup mieux. La salle de bain est spacieuse mais un rideau de douche autour de celle-ci serait le bienvenu sinon on met de l’eau dans toute la salle de bain. Le soir on a voulu demandé l’accès à un micro-ondes pour réchauffer notre dîner cela nous a été refusé, ce qui est pas terrible si vous avez un bébé ou si vous souhaitez manger sur place. En dehors de ça l’hôtel et pratique et pour le prix c’est + que correct.

The location was good and well connected to the city center by public transport, although it can take up to an hour to get around. The amenities were quite basic, but overall reasonable for the price. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, only one of the power sockets in the room worked, which was quite inconvenient when we needed to charge multiple devices. On the positive side, the luggage storage was really convenient, especially since our flight was in the evening, and the fact that it’s available 24/7 was a great plus. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but there were a few things that could have been better.

Frühstück etwas mehr Auswahl bieten. Klimaanlage läuft 24/7 und man kann sie nicht abschalten. Besteht Erkältung Gefahr da. Kein duschvorhang bzw. Bodenflitsche da.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Parigi e Disneyland, a 5 minuti da metro 6 e 9, tram T3b. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura pulita, stanza spaziosa, collazione semplice ma con tutto il necessario! In vicinanza Carrefour e tanti piccoli negozi alimentari, fast-food e pasticcerie.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel. Je renouvelle ma satisfaction. Bon rapport qualité/prix, bon emplacement, calme, personnel sympathique,... Aucun problème à signaler.

Le plafond de la chambre 112 s'écaille. Ça manque d'entretien, c'est dommage. L'hôtel n'est pas très bien indiqué de l'extérieur. Un grand panneau ou une grande enseigne est a envisager...

The location was pretty good and well connected to the city center by public transport, although it can take up to an hour to get around. The amenities were basic, but honestly, good enough for the price. The room was clean, and the staff were really nice and friendly. Overall, I think it was good value for money, especially if you don’t mind spending a bit of time on public transport.

Gostei da tranquilidade do bairro e de como a estadia foi silenciosa e tranquila. O hotel é perto de metrô e do elétrico, que facilita a ida para as localidades mais centrais. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom. E os funcionários foram todos muito gentis e solícitos.

As fotos não mentem, mas certamente foram feitas quando acabaram de reformar e as instalações já não estão mais tão novas. Uma coisa que pode passar despercebido nas fotos, como aconteceu comigo, é o fato de o banheiro não ter box (nem de vidro e nem de plástico) e fica tudo molhado. Faltou informar que durante a noite a entrada para pedestres deve ser a mesma de carros — quando se é mulher andando à noite não queremos dar bobeira na rua à toa procurando a entrada.

La atención del personal muy cordial. Estaba todo limpio y te cambian las toallas todos los dias, un detallazo. El guardaequipaje es gratuito. El desayuno incluido para todos estaba optimo y podías repetir si quisieras. Sin duda volvería.

Die Klimaanlage lief die ganze Nacht und konnte leider nicht abgeschaltet oder reguliert werden.

Personal war sehr Freundlich

Klimaanlage konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden! Das Zimmer war wie ein Eiskeller. Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, war abgeschlossen. Bad war Schimmlig und ohne Vorhang so das jedesmal alles Naß wurde. Frühstück war grausam keine Gurke oder so zum Frühstück. Es gab nur Emmentaler und Schinken was lieblos angerichtet waren. Fazit für das was wir bezahlt haben hätten wir besseres bekommen!

Das Hotel hat komplett überwachte Parkmöglichkeiten. Hiervon ist sogar einer nur für Motorräder. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, sodass wir sogar schon eher einchecken konnten, da unser Zimmer schon bereit war.

Die Lage is nicht so gut. Bis zur Innenstadt braucht man mit den Öffentlichen einige Zeit.

Нас такими районами Парижа не удивишь. Не страшно. Что касается отеля- мы поняли, что это не "общежитие" как некоторые пишут в отзывах, а база для спортсменов. Вместо двухместного номера дали чеиырехместный. Странный душ. Завтрак - "хорошо перекусить", не более. Чисто. Цена привлекает. На метро до центра- никаких проблем. Единственный огромный минус - очень, очень холодно. Кондиционер не выключается. И еще - наматрасник из пластика. Зачем - не понятно. Хорошо, что у нас были ещё кровати - на одеяло легли, другим укрылись.

Je pense que le préposé a été réveillé (23:00) et qu'il nous a raconté n'importe quoi. Dommage car le reste était bien. Nous n’avons pas dormi au point que les draps étaient humides :((((

Dass im Bad kein Duschvorhang war oder eine Wand. Das ganze Bad ist geschwommen nach dem Duschen und es gab auch keinen Vorleger Wir bekamen ein Lunchpaket weil wir so früh zum Zug mussten, aber mussten 2€ dazu bezahlen obwohl das Frühstück incl. War.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war für uns als Familie optimal. Wir würden wieder buchen. Das Frühstück war im Preis-Leistungsvergleich sehr gut!

Wenn man das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis betrachtet gibt es nichts auszusetzen!

La atención estuvo bien, atendieron a nuestras dudas.

Las instalaciones no son tan agradables parece instalaciones de un antiguo hospital. La ducha no tiene cortinas por lo que se moja todo el baño cuando se usa la ducha. El inodoro tiene un olor a orines todo el tiempo y en la parte del fondo del sanitario es de color café le han dejado coger cal y se han manchado. Las literas no son cómodas para subir una persona con problemas de piernas o pesada se le dificultaría acceder arriba de la litera.

Great location. Close to two metro stations. The path from the closest one (Porte de Bagnolet) seemed safe, we did it at midnight without any problem. Staff friendly and helpful, they lent us a kettle and a hair dryer without additional costs. The towels were changed everyday.

The pillows were the weakest part. There is no division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so water can spill everywhere, but just be careful and use the floor towel after and it will be fine.

Durant notre séjour l établissement ne nous a pas prévenu qu il y aurait des travaux mitoyen. La chambre 135 premier étage est horrible de 8h du matin jusqu'à 17h non stop bruits de perceuse marteau piqueur et j en passe . A fuir !!!! Réveil en sursaut. Les distributeurs automatiques de boissons et autres sont HS . Bref je déconseille tant qu'il y a des travaux ! Normalement on ne devrait pas octroyer les chambres dans des conditions pareilles .

Közel volt a metro, így könnyen be lehet jutni a belvárosba. A környék csendes társasházas, több sportpályával. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Kaptam segítséget parkoláshoz.

Nagyon hűtött a légkondicionáló. Az emeletes ágy nem volt praktikus, de végül nem okozott gondot.

La chambre n’était pas propre plein des poussière, de microbes en bas , le couverture y a des tâche . Le pire c’est le Clim vraiment forte , ce trop trop froid dans la chambre vraiment catastrophique et quand on met 2 couvertures on transpire , avec mon bébé il a mal au ventre, mon grand en rhumé

El sector, presencié venta de drogas al aire libre y a cualquier hora del día, varias peleas. En cuanto al hotel, di las indicaciones para limpieza de la habitación y sólo dejaban las toallas encima de la cama sin arreglarla durante 2 días seguidos. Así que pésimo el servicio de limpieza.

Der Preis inkl. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Es fehlt ein Duschvorhang im Bad, beim Duschen wird das komplette Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Eine Zimmerreinigung gab es nicht. Das Frühstück war zeitig leer und wurde nur auf Nachfragen aufgefüllt. Das Hotel wirbt mit Parkplätzen, die aber so wenig sind, dass man keine Chance hat. Die Umgebung ist auch mehr als sicher, abends hätte man große Bedenken von der U-Bahn zum Hotel zu kommen.

La literie dommage pas de literie double pour les couples. On se croirait dans un hôpital.

Es ist etwas ausserhalb von Paris Centrum, aber in Metro Nähe. Es waren einige Schulklassen im Hotel, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Für eine Städtereise komplett ausreichend. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar, da sogar ein einfaches Frühstück dabei war. Man konnte Wasserkocher fürs Zimmer ausleihen.

Die Mitarbeitende sind sehr freundlich, reagieren sehr schnell und sind hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr sicher.

Die Lüftungsanlage ist laut und in der Nacht kalt gewesen. Es wurde schnell reagiert aber ohne große Veränderung, da es zentral eingestellt wurde. Wir haben netterweise decken bekommen.

El recepcionista de la noche no es nada amable. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones estaba muy fuerte y nos ponía malos dormir con él encendido toda la noche. Lo comentamos en la recepción por la noche al llegar y la respuesta del trabajador fue que éramos los únicos que nos habíamos quejado, que iba a hacer calor por la noche (no era así) y que nos tapáramos porque era automático y no se podía regular hasta por la mañana que llegara el técnico. Por la mañana fuimos a comentarlo otra vez y esta vez sí que fueron más amables, pero nos dijeron que no se podía cambiar. Eso sí, por lo menos nos dijeron que podían darnos más edredones o un pequeño calentador. La entrada y salida al hotel es liosa y otra vez, el mismo trabajador, esta vez nos echó la bronca por empujar la puerta para entrar al hotel por la noche (habíamos tocado y no nos había abierto). Las tarjetas de la habitación se bloquean si has tocado el pasador por dentro de la puerta, lo cual no te avisan cuando te registras en el hotel. Tienes que volver a bajar a la recepción y esperar a que te atiendan para poder entrar a tu habitación... Y si tienes prisa, es bastante incómodo.

L’odeur des lieux. On sait qu’il s’agit d’un ancien hôpital mais on a aussi l’impression d’y être à cause de cette forte odeur d’hôpital qu’on ne saurait ignorer même si on le voudrait. Les lieux n’étaient pas propres comme d’habitude. Je le sais car cela faisait la quatrième fois que j’y retournais. Le sol de la douche était sale, j’ai glissé et failli me casser la jambe. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas comme les autres fois. Très peu de choix contrairement à mes autres séjours où il y avait plus de choses salées. On ne propose même plus d’œufs et la charcuterie c’est que du porc alors que tout le monde n’en mange pas. J’avoue que j’ai été très déçue car j’y ai emmené ma sœur en lui disant que tout était top là-bas. Elle m’a dit avoir aimé très peu de choses comme l’espace et l’accueil et surtout l’agencement dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Elle a mis surtout l’accent sur l’odeur d’hôpital dont elle a parlée dès qu’on nous a remis nos clés et que nous avons avancé vers nos chambres.
