The access and closer to the beach . The room was spacious and clean beds.

Small house very run down. Not kept up. Not very clean. Trash piled beside house so no picnic table or yard to use as was promised.

Absolutely nothing as they provided the wrong room could not accommodate a new room and I’ve been on the phone with them for 8 days now trying to get a refund

I liked the location. I also liked the peace and quiet there. The room was pretty clean. The linens seemed to be clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. I did like the communication. Rooms were easy to access as soon as we booked them, no mix ups etc which was nice.

The rooms need renovated somewhat. I’d recommend mostly just a refresh, new trim and fresh paint would go a long way. Also why not remove the old heat units that are now defunct, not working? Tacky looking in an overall decent looking room. The pics online are much nicer than the room was in person.

The location was extremely close to the beach.

Our group stayed in the Bosuns cottage for our 2 night trip. First, the pictures are very misleading. The images must be from when the cabins were first built because the inside of the cabin was dated. It wasn’t messy but very worn. The bedroom with one full size bed was fine, but the guests staying in the secondary bedroom had no ac unit and were extremely hot. When we arrived the group staying in the second room was seriously considering leaving and getting a hotel room because it was uncomfortably hot. The bedroom frames in both rooms were very thin metal frames that creak very loud with little movement. The bathroom was quite small and had some issues. Upon arrival the knob to adjust the shower temperature and to turn the water on fell off multiple times. If you are above 6ft tall you will have to bend down to shower. If you are larger than average size you will also have trouble maneuvering in the shower. At one point I had to contact the 24/7 call center to request towels which was a very interesting phone call to say the least. The location is very nice and we had a place to sleep so we are giving this 2 stars. The location greatly increased the rating but beware if you have a few extra bucks to spare I would highly recommend a different location. Do not expect what you see in the pictures. Also bring an AC unit with you.

There was some mouse droppings in the kitchen. Maybe just put out a couple traps. I know this is a hard thing to control sometimes as I live in the woods and winter is the worst. Others may not understand this though Hard to cool

Very nice and quite comfortable vacation area! Coming from out of state, we enjoyed the clean environment and respectful people!

Amazing location, close to the beach with private beach access! We really loved it! The cottage was also lovely and clean, a little bit run down and old, but for a couple of days more than enough.

Check in was a little bit confusing, no one answered the phone even though our check in time was approved. Until we found out that they’ve already sent a message (my service is not working here, since I’m from Europe).

Mattress was nothing but springs.. Box spring was filthy. Ouch had sand and filt from years of spillage in it. Asked for towels and wash clothes and never got any had to use what we had for 3 days.

Bad is stated above sorry.

I liked that my daughter was just as comfortable as us.

The other guests didn’t respect the parking assignments.

Was clean and good location. Was ok size for 6 people and had utensils and pans. Nice pavilion on the dune. The beach was perfect. Not to crowded.

Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed and shower was ridiculous small. Only one towel per person . Parking was very cramped and maintenance staff parked a van right behind us. Was also garbage and alot of sand on the pavilion that was on the dune. Wasn't cleaned up the 4 days we were there. The walk down the beach from pavilion was tough. Need a little more walk and steps.

Close to beach, air conditioners work, beds were comfortable.

It was a great location to get to the beach easily

I love that it’s right on the beach and close to places we like to go. I like that it has a full kitchen.

The keypad wasn’t working, and we had to wait 1.5 hours past check in time to get let into the cottage.

Nothing really. Our stay was from June 5-8th.

Property was too far from beach than expected. It was not the property listed in the rental. It was smaller than the one we were given details on, and way too small for 4 adults. It was not kept up as far as maintenance and cleanliness.

The location in proximity to the beach was great. The cottage was good value for the money. We had everything we needed in the cottage for the week.

The office needs to be marked very clearly, we had 4 people in one day try to get into our cottage thinking it was the office. This was very disturbing . We stayed in cottage number 12. The microwave needs checked and the toilet in the bathroom on the first floor bubbles.

I loved the location, and the house was clean. Exactly like the pictures that we saw. The bathroom is really small, but overall, Loved this place and will definetly will be back

Located directly at the seaside. Easy access to beach. Parking directly in front of the house. Bbq place available. Easy-to-clean vinyl flooring. Restaurants close by.

Unfortunately, it was not in a good shape. Window in one bedroom could not be locked, shower valve lose, A/C dirty, fridge stained and greasy.

This place is very old and should be remodled. At least re painted. Especially the bathroom. The bathroom wall and wall trim near the.floor is very dirty. Even just a paint job would freshen it up although it needs an entire remodel

No major complaints. There were ants in the kitchen and the shower could use an update. But nothing that would keep us from coming back.

Oh it was absolutely beautiful the beach isnt even 5 mins away. Great for fisherman i just saw a guy catch some bait fish today. It was awesome. They also were very understanding about me screwing up the time of check out and let me hang out until my ride came. 100 percent will stay here again if they allow it.

There wasnt anything I didnt like. You need to come check it out.

We loved our room! It was big and spacious. The staff person (i think her name was Billie) was very friendly and very helpful. Don't let her go! She should get a raise! She's a wonderful person.

One of the mattresses wasn't comfortable at all. We could feel every spring in it. That's the only complaint we had.

I liked that I was right there on the beach

The house itself. It was dirty, the shower didn’t work properly, the bathroom flooded, there was dirt, trash and dust bunnies under/in the room with one bed. There was sand on the floors, felt old.

The door lock was hard to use. The beds were awful- the ac was loud and the vents dirty, the kitchen barely cleaned- dish drainer dirty, coffee makers dirty, no pot holders, floors were not mopped as there was dust in all corners , under dressers, just gross- We feel like we were ripped off. Paid a lot of money for shity accommodations. NOT HAPPY. The staff does the bare minimum.

THE AIR CONDITIONER FILTHER AND SCREEN WAS THICK WITH DUST, HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN A LONG TIME, HAD TO CLEAN IT OURSELVES,STREAMING FOR TV SERVICE WITH NO ACCESS TO CERTAIN CHANNELS, BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, YOU COULD FEEL THE SPRINGS IN THE MATRESSES, SHOWER WAS COMING APART, BATHROOM DOOR WOULDN'T LOCK

Everything was clean and loved the beach access. The apartment had every possible cooking/storage ware possible! If you’re here for more than a couple of days, this is VERY helpful!

When booking, I was never told which room we had. Upon arrival at 4pm check in time, my door code did not work. There was no staff in sight, nor any sort of office. A sign saying “please call this number for check in” was on the building. However, the line rang and rang and no one ever answered. Luckily, I did get into my room with no further issues. The parking is very strange as each room has an assigned parking space and ours was far from the room and ended up being in direct path of sand blasts. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I haven’t slept in 4 days but just happy to be here!!

Location was excellent, a minute walk to the beach from our room. I was also able to walk up and down the main stretch of road and make it to nearby attractions on foot.

The beds lacked any kind of support and are in dire need of replacement. It felt like the cheapest available mattress that had been slept on for decades.

Great location and the fact you have your own space is great! Budget friendly during a prime season. Very clean when I first walked in.

The beds were not very comfortable and the TV being attached right beside the AC makes it hard to hear when it’s on. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty and I know this is out of your control but the garbage truck will wake you up shaking the big dumpster.

The property was convenient. Our neighbors were nice.

The location is great, and the gazebo on the dune is nice. That's all you are paying for.

The unit was filthy. The kitchen was very dusty, the worst being right over top of the open coffee pots. The dining room table was so wobbly I don't know how anyone used it before us. My husband fixed it along with the running toilet within the first hour we arrived. The doorknob to the bathroom needs replaced and the sound on the TV was broken and stuck pretty loud. The window in the kitchen is broken and doesn't lock. If you're hoping the beds are at least decent, think again. Definitely paying a bit more for a better place next time.

The place was terrible would never recommend it. It was dirty and not swept from the last tenants with sand and dog hair everywhere. There were roaches crawling on the ceiling at night. We had issues getting in the unit and had to have the code changed twice, then a third time after somebody tried to get into our room while we were gone. The toilet was broken. We called for it to be fixed. It ran all night the next day the technician fixed it, but ultimately really did not the next morning. It was running and not flushing like it had the day before and we noticed he did not actually change the plug in the toilet. The TV was broken and when they try to fix it, it just cut off again and again so we gave up the only positive thing I can say is the staff on site were nice. They seem to have their hands tied dealing with Kees vacation rental company. Just overall a very disappointing experience and I would never stay here ever again. Let alone for a week at a time.. the oven inside was also dirty and just smoked if you turned it on. We really could not cook in this place and honestly it was disgusting and I would not drink out of the Keurig or the coffee pot.. I would have left. Had I’ve been able to get my money back.
