Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Quiet room. Size of the room is really OK. The washing machine works. Check in worked, but a member of staff was around and helped. Great value for the price that I paid.
Some things are a bit special.. The DIY - check in. Understanding the door - lock -system. However. Considering the price, not much to complain about.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026自助入住及退房，J人推推 有獨立的洗衣機跟陽台 洗好的衣服可以曬在浴室乾燥或是陽台 還有附贈一次洗衣精跟柔軟精 距離最近的地鐵站 以台灣人的腳速走路大概8~10分鐘 如果是難波站的話，大概要15~20分鐘 附近生活機能很方便 走路3分鐘就有7-11 稍微走遠一點點還有業務超市 房間設備齊全，但活動空間不大 兩個大行李箱不能全開 但是稍微移動一下，半開是沒問題的 枕頭是偏高的款式，睡起來很舒服 有浴缸，可以天天泡澡泡腳 最棒的是不用做垃圾分類 這點對外國人非常友善

Old furniture. Better toiletries needed, like we had in the other accommodations in Japan.

鍋子都是不沾鍋，鏟子是金屬的，有點不妥，希望可以有不鏽鋼小鍋 All the pots are non-stick pan but with metal spatula. It's better to have a silicone spatula and a stainless steel pot.

因為格局的關係，衣櫃跟房間門會互相卡住，有點不好使用，但不影響住宿

シャワーめちゃくちゃ弱く故障しているのかと勘違いするほどでした 私の綺麗な長い髪を洗い流せるほどの水圧が無く湯船に頭突っ込んであらいました シングルベッドが折りたたみならよう記載してほしかったです

Reviewed Aug 16, 20261.雖然步行到最熱鬧的心齋橋大約要走１０多分鐘，但從民宿走到大馬路上就有千日前.堺筋線.近鐵電車的入口，如果有地鐵吃到飽可以盡量搭乘很方便，地鐵也有電梯，但是在斜對面～也不算太遠 2.一個人入住，進房已經開好冷氣（加分）比我想像中大，冷氣也夠冷，一個人亂放戰利品怎麼擺都很舒適，可能就是那張小桌子太小了點，椅子稍微硬了點^^ 3.垃圾為了方便遊客，不需要做分類，包一包帶下去一樓後門丟棄即可 4.附近有黑門市場（太貴我沒有去）有一間業務超市（但是沒有賣當季水果），冰箱是雙門的足夠使用，搭乘近鐵到奈良也很便利 5.一樓大廳有沙發與冷氣，不管何時進入一樓大廳，冷氣都是十足冷冽爽快，在８月初的大阪真是良心 6.離南海難波步行也大概１０分出頭，很方便 7.走路三分多鐘有－ヤマト運輸 黒門市場営業所，民宿不能收宅配物品，可寄到這自行去取件 8.一直看到有人反應床很軟床架很吵，我對床跟枕頭很挑惕，卻很好睡，可能是一個人睡所以不會搖晃床架因此沒感覺到雜音
1.有提供拋棄式拖鞋，第一天進屋急著想吹冷氣便赤腳走入，走一走發現腳底有粉感，原來是地板有灰塵腳底板也灰黑髒了 2.提供不沾鍋但是給鐵鏟？這兩個一定不能一起使用的^^也有發現不沾鍋的刮痕不敢使用，直接去大創賣一個新鍋與長筷＋矽膠鏟，最後留給房東 3.因為洗碗台很小，碗筷盤洗好以後沒有位置可以晾乾，後續自行購買抹布解決 4.優點比缺點多太多了．所以１２月還要來住

El check-in es con una máquina, al principio para lioso, pero es muy fácil de utilizar, sigues las instrucciones y se abre un cajetín con la llave de tu apartamento y a la salida es igual

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026住宿地點很棒，距離日本橋站走路只要三分鐘，附近有7-11跟全家，走路到難波也只要十分鐘左右，不管是從機場搭南海電鐵或是搭乘地鐵跟近鐵都很方便 廁所跟浴室是分開的非常方便，浴室空間也蠻大的，而且抽風機可以很快地把洗過的衣服吹乾 有洗衣機跟陽台是最方便的，可以每天洗衣服，不過要自行購買洗衣精 房內也有廚房冰箱微波爐及各式鍋碗瓢盆跟熱水壺，應有盡有，而且不貴，CP值很高 服務人員也很快地回復訊息，因為不小心少訂一晚所以緊急連絡服務人員看能不能加訂，服務人員也很熱心協助處理，下次來大阪還會想住這邊，地點實在是太方便了！
如果房內能放更多垃圾袋或整理地板的工具的話會更好

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026I decided to spend my last two nights in Osaka on a whim and booked these apartments without doing much research. I have absolutely no regrets. The location was fantastic. Public transport was easily accessible, and the nightlife nearby was great. There were markets, convenience stores, restaurants, and everything I needed within walking distance. There was even a 7-Eleven right across the street. The apartment had everything I needed, including a washing machine. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Both check-in and check-out were completely contactless and very easy to complete. Overall, I think this is an excellent place to stay in Osaka, and I would definitely choose it again.

El check in es un desastre. Se hace a través de una máquina y se quedó bloqueada. Y no es eso, es que no hay manera de contactar con nadie. Tuve que instalarme LINE, porque no hay ni un número de contacto al que llamar. Así que hay que tener internet, regístrate, etc. La primera vez que me ocurre esto. Todo lo demás bien, pero después de una hora sin saber dónde iba a poder dormir ese día lo desaconsejo completamente.

The room was super clean and well-equipped, even including a stove and basic pots (didn't use them as my stay was short). Self-check-in went smoothly with the clear steps provided in the pre-arrival email. Will definitely book this place again next time I'm in Osaka!

Having a kitchen and washing machine is super helpful especially if you're staying for 2-3 weeks, its basically like renting an apartment for a few weeks which makes the japan experience so much better!

No tiene la posibilidad de recibir y mandar equipaje. Hay una oficina cerca de Yamato transport. Si vas muy cargado se hace un poco pesado llegar hasta la estación.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Her şey mükemmeldi. Apart gibi olduğu için aşırı rahat ettik. Odada tuvalet ve banyo tarafı ayrı ayrıca küçük bir alanda çamaşır makinesi bile var. Uzun seyahat yapanlar için harika bir şey, bizim çok işimize yaradı. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Uçağımız sebebiyle erken giriş yapmak istedik ve müsait oldukları için hemen izin verdiler. Metro istasyonuna aşırı yakın değil ama biz yürümeye alışkın olduğumuz için sıkıntı olmadı. Yaklaşık 13 dakika uzaklıkta. Fakat yürüdüğünüz yol da aslında gezilecek alanlardan birisi o yüzden keyifli. Dotonbori'ye de yine aynı uzaklıkta. Yine Osaka'ya gitsem burada kalırım!

Bebeğimiz için müslin bir battaniye bırakmışlardı, eşyaları toplarken bizim eşyaların arasına karışmış ve benimle eve kadar geldi, kusura bakmayın :) aynı şekilde bilgilendirme notlarınızın olduğu klasör de bizimle eve kadar geldi sanırım bebek yanlışlıkla valize atmış :)

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026l'appartamento è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata da Namba Station (10 min) oppure raggiungibile subito tramite metropolitana. Il check in si effettua tramite macchina posta prima dell'ingresso al palazzo, la procedura è semplice ma se si trovano piu' persone che devono eseguirlo si puo' aspettare un po'. Fatta la procedura di check in si apre la key box e si puo' prendere la chiave. L'appartamento è bello e ristrutturato di recente, e sicuramente è stato il piu' grande in cui abbiamo pernottato durante la nostra permanenza in Giappone. Bello anche il terrazzino. La posizione è ottima, vicino a Dotombori e Den Den Town, ma è comunque in una strada defilata rispetto alle principali dove c'e' piu' rumore. Subito davanti un Seven Eleven. Siamo stati molto bene.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Apartamento pequeno mas funcional e muito bem equipado. Ótima localização, perto da estação de metrô Nippombashi e de Namba. Limpeza impecável e ótimos produtos de higiene fornecidos. A senhora que estava na recepção foi muito simpática, antecipou nosso check in e guardou nossas malas até o apartamento estar pronto, depois as deixou lá. Ótima opção de hospedagem!

Reviewed May 27, 2026駅の出口から徒歩2分程で迷わず行けるのと、斜め向かいにコンビニがあったので便利でした。 大きい道路の一本入ったところの割に静かで隣や、上の階の音も気にならなくて過ごしやすかった。
エアコンと洗濯機がカビ臭かった。洗濯機を使うつもりで着るものを少なく持って行っていたので、洗ってもカビ臭さがついて着れなかった。結局、手洗い後浴室乾燥にかけました。それ以外はとても良かったです。

Nothing really not to like. If I had to say something : there is no view, and on check out you have to take your trash out yourself to the back on the ground floor and dispose it there.

Reviewed May 26, 2026셀프 체크인으로 열쇠를 수령하는 방식도 좋았고 한국어가 유창한 호스트가 계셔서 소통도 원활했습니다. 로비에 도톤보리 현황을 틀어줘서 여정을 나갈때 참조하는데 여행객을 위한 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 트윈 베드, 에어컨, 화장실, 샤워실 모두 좋았고 비데, 온수 모두 잘 작동했습니다. 주변이 민가여서 그런지 새벽에 소음도 없었고, 방음도 좋았습니다. 싱크대, 전자레인지, 냉장고 모두 잘 활용했으며 건물 앞에 자판기와 세븐일레븐, 현지 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 필요한 물품을 사기도 좋았습니다. 일본에서 가성비 숙소를 찾기가 어려운데 일본에서 묵었던 숙소 중 가장 가성비도 좋았고 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 일본 아파트 형식으로 되어 있어 호텔보다는 민가에서 묵는다는 느낌이 들어 오히려 신선한 기분이었습니다. 전체적으로 만족스러웠으며 재방문 의향이 있습니다.
크게 아쉬운 점은 없습니다. 위치가 구로몬 시장보다 조금 더 들어가야해서 중심지인 도톤보리, 난바로 걸어가는 거리가 다소 있지만 충분히 감수할만한 거리였습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점만 꼽자면 숙박 기간 동안 추가 수건이 없어서 수건을 쓰고 나면 방에 비치된 세탁기를 이용해서 세탁해서 재사용해야 했는데 이 부분만 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 1층에 1회용 세제, 섬유유연제를 판매하는 자판기를 비치한다던지, 그리고 베란다에 빨래 건조대가 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

De inrichting is heel sfeerloos, dit komt omdat er bijna geen meubilair in het appartement is en de lamp in de kamer wit TL licht afgeeft. Wat ik miste was een nachtkastje en stopcontact naast het bed. Het is heel fijn dat je een ‘balkon’ hebt, maar je kan er alleen op staan. Er wordt verder niet schoongemaakt en dat vond ik tijdens mijn verblijf van 7 dagen op een gegeven moment wel storend worden.

Reviewed May 20, 2026住宿位置很棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻房間跟照片裡一模一樣 來大阪這一間幾對了～～～ 道頓堀走路10分鐘，黑門市場走路2分鐘，通天閣走路20分鐘 樓下對面就是7-11裡面還有換匯機台匯率很好👍🏻我基本上都是在那裡換，黑門市場裡面有個叫(黑門中川)裡面賣了很多便宜的生鮮到了晚上還有打折商品，就像台灣的全聯一樣什麼都有賣 在走路2分鐘附近也有一間(業務超市 高津店）也很好買 如果想要寄放行李走路1分鐘(黒門秀栄ビル)大行李箱行李寄放日幣700小的行李箱是日幣500 !!!!有在kkday或是klook買大阪一日遊行程，它們的集合地點和下車地點也在附近日本橋站的2號出口，走路也是5分鐘就到了 下次來大阪還是會住在這裡生活機能都超方便🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
