Reviewed Jan 5, 2025Great location to ski lifts and staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast was included. Spa was nice as well. Loved the balcony view of mountains.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2024Very close to station and decorated outside with flowers, this hotel is amazingly beautiful. Extremely friendly staff who go above and beyond expectations and proud to be owning a historic place. I had a great stay and looking forward to another visit in the near future.

Buchungsslots für SPA zu kurz ( 45 min) , nicht jeden Tag verfügbar und von einigen Gästen nicht eingehalten, so dass zu wenig Ruhebanke da sind / waren. Vor uns / Parallel zu uns waren dieselben Gäste da. Frühstück ok, aber wenig abwechslungsreich.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2024We had an amazing three night stay over Christmas. Shopping center next door for those quick items you need to pick up. Free bus service for all towns located in the Valley. Local Chapel with spectacular artwork. Ski slopes are 3. Min walk away to the gondola. Mr Benny and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on how to maximize the experience. If you are looking for that post card experience, Hôtel Europe’s views and hospitality live up to expectations. Can't wait to go back.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2023Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich nicht: Frühstück: keine Brötchen, kein Schinken, kein Trockenfleisch nur billiger Aufschnitt, paar Scheiben schwitzender Modelkäse. Tepich in beiden Zimmer schmutzig, alt. Anmeldung für Spa ist sinnvoll jedoch 4 Personen angemeldet, 3 kleine Flaschen Wasser standen bereit, Anschriften nur in Franz, Keine Dusche mit Seife im SPA, nur Toilette.??? Personal ist aber sehr freundlicht. Würde wieder kommen aber nicht zu diesem Preis!

Mais les petites chambres, qui donnent sur la paroi du chalet voisin, sans aucune vue ni lumière, ne sont pas à la hauteur. Heureusement, il y a des petits salons, la terrasse et le restaurant.

Rooms are convenient, the hotel is located at 5 minutes walking from the ski lifts, and Zinal-Grimentz is a wonderful high altitude ski domain, where snow is never lacking. The spa at the Hotel Europe is wonderful after the day of ski!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2021Zentral gelegene, saubere Unterkunft in Zinal. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, zu empfehlendes Restaurant mit Speisen aller Art (Pizza, Pasta, Steaks usw.). Auch Einheimische befinden sich unter den Gästen. Kleine Wellness-Oase, die man als Gast umsonst nutzen kann. Aufgrund der Grösse (max. 8 Personen) ist eine Reservation teils zu empfehlen.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2021Service an der Rezeption war gut. Service beim Mittagessen - durch den Chef de Service - war miserabel. Gestört hat mich sehr, dass ein Mitarbeiter im öffentlichen Bereich auf der 2. Etage immer ohne Maske gearbeitet hat. Das geht bei Corona garnicht!!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le spa et sa propreté. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était parfait avec également du pain sans gluten.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2019Hôtel très bien placé à 5min à pied du départ du téléphérique. Le Spa est un plus indéniable après une journée de ski. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Excellent espace pour stocker les affaires de ski. Petit-déjeuner correct. Seul bémol, j'ai eu la chambre avec une toute petite fenêtre en sous toit, autant dire que la chambre était extrêmement sombre. C'est un peu dommage.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2019L'hôtel Europe se trouve dans le magnifique petit village de Zinal. Les remontées mécaniques se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, et il est possible de rentrer à l'hôtel directement à ski à la fin de la journée de ski. Le nouvel espace wellness (jacuzzi, hamman et sauna) est magnifique, et idéal pour se relaxer après la journée de ski. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, et fonctionnelles. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, ce qui donne une ambiance chaleureuse et sympathique. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très complet, et vaut donc la peine d'être visité le matin pour bien commencer la journée. J'en suis à mon 5ème séjour à l'hôtel Europe, et je reviendrai l'année prochaine.

Petit bémol sur le parking inexistant contrairement à l'annonce. En cas de weekend d'affluence cela peu vite devenir un challenge de trouver soi-même un parking dans la station.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2016Nous avons apprécié le confort de cet hôtel avec un balcon dans notre chambre et le silence la nuit. La literie est très bien, le petit déjeuner buffet aussi. La proximité du télécabine est appréciable pour faire de la marche en été. Le seul bémol pour nous : il n'y avait pas de wifi dans la chambre ou les corridors, ce qui n'est vraiment pas du niveau d'un 3 étoiles !
