Close to supermarkets and food stops.

A very nice and lovely hotel, very friendly staff, a very spacious and comfortable room, 7/11 and a lot of coffee shops, bars, restaurants close to the hotel. You can use the pool for free at the hotel nearby. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is right next to the school, so it was quite noisy in the morning.

It has a good location but unfortunately I didn’t get to stay there booking.com said checkin until midnight but when I arrived the office had closed with a sign on the window that said they close at 11pm with a phone number to call but no one answered when I called so I rang the other number posed which was out of service. This left me stranded and walking the streets of north Pattaya until 2am until I could find another hotel to stay at. Horrible experience need to update your checkin time on booking.com it really matters for travellers who arrive in the evening.

Office closes earlier than booking.com as says they do so you can’t check in and get stranded. I’d like a refund.

Location a bit away from the centre of the toursist places at Wongamat. That is a good part.

They do some renovation work now which means they are willing to improve. Nice and quiet place with reasonable living conditions for the price. They just built a little cute copy of the beach in there. No gym and no pool but their area doesn't allow it. Staff very polite and helpful. As per room - one thing which could be done to refresh this place is simply re-painting walls in white. That will cover old dirty paint. Cheap and simple and the place will look like a brand new one. It is in fact clean but due to the old paint gives impression of being dirty.

Great value. The bed was very comfortable.

The location was pretty far from the city centre, if you don't mind taking a 10 minute moped-taxi ride it's no problem.

Some of the adjacent occupants were inconsiderate with volume of their TV.

The location was good, and the environment was clean and fresh. This hermitage felt like a garden with many flowering trees. It was very peaceful and cool. They cleaned the room every day.

Overall, everything was fine, but there were a few things I didn’t like: 1. I had to buy toothbrushes and toothpaste. When I asked them about it, they replied, "Not available, sorry." 2. The garden felt very lonely; maybe only 2 or 3 other people stayed with us.

Great location

I was unhappy that I could not connect to the WiFi and there was no solution after waiting for response all night. Then the window was broken so I left for a different hotel and didn’t stay.

Very spacious and clean room with excellent service

Nice location, privacy, quite at night. In the morning it is loud because of school but it does not bother much. There are restaurant, coffee place and shop just round the corner. Comes with your personal parking space right next to your room. Quite big site with a terrace. Highly recommended

- Privacy. - Nice terrace. - Enough space. - Only short walk from the main road where you can catch frequent transport to the centre.

- Very hard mattresses. - Bit of noise from the street (but I was in the cottage closest to the road). - Noise from the fridge. Would have been better if the fridge was inside some furniture or maybe moved to the antechambre. - Wifi was not accepting the password provided by the staff. When we complained they insisted it is the right one. We gave up and just set up our phone as a hotspot.

Calm place with parking. Highly recommended if you travel by car.
