الغرف ضيقه جدا جدا جدا جدا حتى اني أردت ان اصلي ولم اقدر معاملة موظف الاستقبال في البدايه لم تكن جيده مع اني عميل مميز في بوكنج لم أتلقى اي شئ أبدا يميزني

The location was quite close to the conference that I was attending. Staff were nice.

1) Dirty - floor, toilet, bedsheets, etc. 2) Noisy - can hear the traffic so clearly and had to sleep with ear plugs 3) Breakfast - same food everyday and low quality, e.g. salad was stale 4) Housekeeping - never really cleaned; very sloppy. 5) Pricing cannot be trusted at all - first time I booked, the price was TWICE of what I paid the second time I booked. I cancelled the first booking and rebooked at HALF the earlier price.

The elevator only works through a special hotel app, which made me very frustrated because the app sometimes doesn't work.😞The breakfast is also not good and lacks many things; it's better to book a room without it.

Rooftop skybar isn’t functioning, only 2 beers they have on offer nothing else. No staff at attendance. Fridge in room wasn’t working, had to move room.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, très bon service, personnel très agréable. On a aussi pu laisser les valises et les prendre plus tard car l'avion était en soirée.

Staff did not speak any English, there was no way to get water, and while it was affordable it is not at all as advertised 1

It was clean, staff at the reception were very nice and kind and it has a convenient location.

I didn’t like the neon lights at the corridors and just outside the hotel is uncomfortable for walking.

The bathroom door need to bs repair, the door sound like glass breaking when opened and closed Bathing area must have different heigh so the water don't leaking into other area, so all the bathroom very wet.

The price is ok, its very near to The Majestic where we can shop lace & fabric, thats the only reason we choosed this hotel.

The room is too small, it takes quiet a long time to refill the food during breakfast , at one time theres no food for us.. we need to wait almost half an hour for that, veey limited staff.

So nextvisit for ¹night So far untuk price list menu, so friendly for my wallet ,😁 And next Il try for variant Pasta.. I think so nyummy

Beautiful rooms with Netflix and everything that you need.

Simple room but really comfy, good area for go somewhere around Jakarta. Surrounded by food stall during evening will be good beneficial for people who likes culinary. Will come again for next business trip

The room I stayed was too small, took so long to drain out the shower, not clogged but took so long

It was a bit cramped but it was very efficient with the space and still managed to provide a comfortable experience

The shower amenities weren't restocked with new items. There was a bar of soap that was previously used

Room was clean. Simple, yet it has everything i need. And when i need hair dryer, the staff delivered it to me very quickly. Tv channel was good enough, varied from movie-music-news. Water heater works perfectly.

Restaurant was in renovation, so I didn't have option to have breakfast at the hotel.

사진이랑 숙소가 너무 달라서 놀랐음. 굉장히 좁음. 사진에 엄청 넓게나와있음. 주로 현지인들이 머무는곳인것같음. 저는 업무때문에 어쩔수없이 거리상으로만 평가해서 머물렀으나 여행오신분들은 같은돈이면 더 좋은 곳에 갈 수 있습니다.

Accesible for wheelchair.. Nearest to mayestic plaza (walking distance) and other shoping malls..Need improvement for iron and kettle in room..😊

- Staff banged and shouted on the door at 2AM. No apology and no action taken to compensate the distraction. Cameras are on hallway. Noises and loud sounds often heard. Never quiet.

Budget hotel with clean and comfortable room close with shopping/commercial district in Jakarta. Breakfast selection needs improvement.

price is so cheep, and looks clean room, but cMany cockroaches emerged in the room. location is good for BTM and near the arabic street.

Overall was great experience location and service was good, room is small but u get what u paid for i guess for Jakarta standard. Not much facilities so its great only if u need place to crash and no plan to stay all day in the room.
