The female tending the bar at the lounge has been very friendly. Very close to the tourist spot. Accessible with short walk.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps the bar closed too early in our perspective for drinks during night time for relaxation drink.

No decaf coffee serving at breakfast buffet. Short swimming pool schedule, late start at 9:00 am. Conflict with breakfast time; buffet ends at 10:00 am. Choose either one.

Everything was excellent. The hotel fully meets the standards of a true five-star property. The rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The overall atmosphere, service, and facilities made my stay very pleasant.

The only small thing missing was a birthday greeting, as I was staying at the hotel on my birthday)))) Apart from that, everything was truly great, and I would be happy to stay here again

The hotel was well appointed although I believe the hotel was last renovated in 2017, so it is going to be a bit tired compared to hotels with recent renovations. Staff were friendly and polite, as you would expect.

The hotel wifi was slow. The hotel location is OK, but not great. The swimming pool closes at 6pm which is awkward for my schedule.

Smoking smell in lobby. Chinese restaurant was empty except us Chinese restaurant was empty at us, chicken meat was not fresh.

房好乾淨，地理位置優越，可以步行到沙灘，沿住海邊行就可以到珠海漁女、日月貝。房夠大、床同枕頭都好舒服，員工服務迅速，我哋樓上夜晚好嘈，打電話請員工處理好快就無聲，搭車到酒店check in員工好快就幫手攞行李、非常貼心。

房隔音唔太好；女士按摩浴池只有一個可以使用，另一個則壞了；酒店設施房間配置睇得出有啲歲月痕跡。

設備新穎，前台服務專業。

Service is good, staff is polite, room is clean, lobby lounge is comfortable to have a drink with friends.

Many staff can't speak English, their services is good but a bit hard to communicate. The glass sliding partition of the toilet is bad, no lock..., lack of privacy, and when someone uses the toilet and turns on the light, it becomes a giant lantern for the sleeping room and disturb the person who is sleeping, and moving the slide door make lots of sound

Die Lage war toll und unkompliziert zu finden. Bezahlung war leicht, Personal sehr aufmerksam. Frühstück war toll und hatte ein reichliches Angebot.

The only thing i dislike was during the stay is they are someone smoking in the hotel room floor where sticker was everywhere mentioned NO SMOKING.

Good hotel.

The executive lounge was an absolute disaster, i felt like i was in Gaza. Lovely staff but terrible food. Lack of drink choices, and there were just an overwhelming number of users at the lounge, it was not a pleasant experience at all. Besides, the lounge was not available during breakfast hours, which forced us to go to the buffet hall. That place was fully packed, it was very hard to get a table. Lovely room though.

The room was huge about 60 square metres ,and the bathtub in the middle of the room was lovely.And the Ocean View was beautiful, we saw sunrise every morning. The hotel is close to Jingshan Park, the Cableway,the Opera house ,Fisher Girl Statue, the Love Post Office and Iyoho Plaza. Andy Han from Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful .. he helped us plan our daily trips. Spoke very good English.

Great hotel, fantastic staff, thank you

Compliments to Duke who offered fast check-in and accommodated our request for extra breakfast for my friend’s daughter (young adult). Although suite room was not available, he offered us a high floor room with ocean view. Duke is friendly and carries out his duty with smiles and pride. Note that not all floors are ‘non-smoking’. Good to specifically ask for non-smoking floor if that’s your preferred choice. However, could smell cigarette at the lift lobby on lounge floor (supposedly ‘non-smoking’ floor). Service at the lounge and restaurant was great and the staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel decorated my friend’s room for his birthday and prepared a nice cake (decent size) to celebrate the occasion. Breakfast spread is average and can be improved but overall, happy with the service. Keep it up!

Fantastic staff, couldn’t do enough for us

I went with husband and friends for a short golf trip and we all enjoyed the stay so much. The club lounge is definitely a highlight, staff members Sky and Wendy are very helpful and looked after us so much; front desk manager Daisy is so professional and helpful. We will definitely go back and stay there again.

The hotel room is a studio of fair size, with a king bed, a sitting area and a study desk. There is a bath tub in the middle of the room, and a toilet and a shower, both with doors to the bathroom area. For Bonvoy Platinum Elite and up, the hotel offers the access to the executive lounge (with evening hors d'oeuvres from 5:30pm to 8:30pm), and morning breakfast at the 2nd floor City Bistro. Some of the high light of the breakfast items are fresh squeezed watermelon juice, freshly made wonton, teamed vermicelli roll, Steamed Glutinous Rice Stuffed with Chicken, Fish congee). Zhuhai Marriott is located in the Jiuzhou City region of Zhuhai, Guangzhou. It is a bit far from the border gate area of Macau. Though when traveling between Macau and Zhuhai, I notice that how Macau appears to be much crowded with old building, and Zhuhai seems to be more energetic and modern. There is a nice small garden in the Jiuzhou City area, though it seems that not much people are in the area. In fact, the high-rise residential building across the hotel appears less than 10% occupied at night.

A very luxury, clean and comfortable hotel. The room is very spacious with nice view. Staff at front desk are very polite and helpful especially Duke Du who tried very hard to fix my wifi problem. Also very delicious buffet breakfast with Chinese and Western style of food.

The location is a bit far from the main road. It's quiet but a bit inconvenient.

Clean and beautiful room

I stayed at 23-24 Nov 2004. There was a wedding event in the room opposite, which was very noisy. Even after complaining twice, there was no improvement. The most outrageous thing was that the game in the room opposite had reached the door of my room.

Staff were friendly and helpful

The rooms smelled like smoke, the floor smelled like smoke. Pillows were very flat No coffee machine - could provide a Nespresso machine Ocean view was obstructed.

Check in process is very slow, customer service is not frdly and didnt even know if I booked breakfast buffet or not. Didnt introduce any hotel facilities to me until I ask.

it was a wonderful stay in the hotel that i booked for family trip.

The management and service of this hotel is appalling that reflects the inadequacy of training provided to the frontline staff of operation and F&B. Some of the examples include: - Room dinning ended at 11 pm. The staff suggested us to try Meituan for food delivery. But such mobile app service does not work for tourist without local mobile no. The frontline staff refused to provided further help. - Asked for spa booking telephone no., the hotel staff said they did not know becuase such service was not provided by the hotel. No further assistance provided. - Order birthday cake at the hotel cake shop with written request to put a name on the birthday card. The staff forgot to do so and simply walked away without any apology and further assistance. - Check in service was slow and unprofessional. - Executive Lounge did not open on time at 10 am and no food was availble after 15 minutes late opening. The staff said the kitchen was late for delivery and then walked away without further assistance provided.

Room is very clean , spacious. Houswkeeping Lady Chiu did a good job. The room setting and cleanliness is same standard everywhere Marriot now. Set up and design is same as Gold Coast marriot , so it is always cozy and comfy as expected. As member , we know what service standard to expect and always meet. In house spa opens till 4am , it is not marriot spa but hotel guests got discount, very clean too and spacious room, hotel standard but very good deal. Executive lounge snack is very limited but fruits and drinks will be provided all day long. During evening time and morning time, sandwiches will be provided. However i have no complain given the price is relative cheaper than other cities. Chinese restaurant Man Ho food is good , not greasy like the chinese restaurants outside. We ate sour fish soup which is good portion and taste good and veggies in pot did very well. Other dim sum also taste good and price is 1/3 of Man Ho in Hk. Property style , cleanliness , service are up to par. So why only 3 star? It is the beds. We booked 2 rooms , both beds are very old and it is not in shape. It makes you very tired after sleeping. I will avoid this hotel given the bed is so bad. Maybe one night is ok , can’t stay longer than that.

Overall it is very good

We just got back from an amazing weekend at the Zhuhai Marriott Hotel - what a hidden gem! The hotel is in the perfect location, right next to Jingshan Park and with stunning views of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge. During our stay, we got to visit some of the top attractions nearby - the iconic Zhuhai Fisher Girl statue while seeing the sunset, the romantic Lighthouse of Love, and the beautiful Xiangzhou Coastline. Jane had a blast at the Shijingshan Cableway too. The hotel itself was so comfortable and welcoming. The room was spacious, the beds were so plush, and the service was top-notch. And the food at the hotel’s restaurants was absolutely delicious - will tell you guys more about the food in the post tomorrow. Can’t wait to come back soon! If you’re planning a trip to Zhuhai, the Marriott is the place to stay. 👌🏼
