Reviewed Aug 27, 2021頂樓房間景觀很好，面對一大片山，很有度假的感覺！樓下客服都很客氣也很幫忙，早餐只有兩種選擇，711餐卷或者是麥當勞餐卷，原本選了麥當勞，但是因為無法步行抵達，後來兩晚都選了隔壁的711兌換卷！民宿位置極優，火車站斜對面，後面有停車位也是一大賣點！缺點是沒有電梯，帶長輩如果住高樓層比較麻煩，房間簡單乾淨，該有的都有，價錢也很優，下回去花蓮還會考慮蘋果樹！

Reviewed Oct 12, 2019入住當天下午約一點民宿小姐打電話來劈頭第一句就說「請問你有在網路上取消訂房嗎」讓人感到傻眼，確認入住的問法應該要用正面的方式才對吧？另外辦理入住的服務人員也有點兩光，我們有預訂泛舟行程，要收款時說總共三千四，然後付了錢才問說需要接送嗎？我說你報的價格不是就已經含接送了嗎？她才說對。除了服務人員訓練需要加強，住宿方面大致上都還算不錯。

What they did to us, they didn’t allow us to check in and didn’t give us the money back, never happened to me , very unsatisfied with the hotel.

On the night I was there, there was an earthquake of about 5 on the richter scale and upon posting my experience on FB, I received a WhatsApp text from them almost immediately assuring me that things are ok and that they are in the B&B with me should I need any help -- how prompt and comforting! Esp as I have no experience with earthquakes, this gesture really helped. I definitely will stay here again when I return to Hualien next time

Reviewed May 29, 20185 mins walk to Hualien Station, which is a bonus as we were leaving for Taipei the next day. We got a room at level 3 and the only way up is by stairs. However, the female staffs helped us with our luggages to our room. The room is very spacious and the bed is big and comfy. The hairdryer is quite poor, especially for ladies with long hair. The room also comes with breakfast voucher (choice of chinese or western food) which you can use it at the shops beside the accommodation.

From the train station take the front exit, walk straight, cross the busy street, turn left and a few meters on you'll see a building with apple design. The hotel is on the 2nd floor but the check-in reception is the office on the ground floor. Just go inside and someone will assist you. You'll be asked for your choice of breakfast. Take the 7-Eleven voucher, the Chinese breakfast next to the hotel was a big letdown. The staff couldn't speak a lot of English but they were very friendly, tried their best to understand and were patient in explaining things. The first bus from Hualien to Taroko leaves at 7 am. The next bus leaves at 8:30 am. Wake up early!
