Reviewed May 12, 2024Good backpacker or small length stay hostel. However, the rooms aren’t well ventilated so it can get stuffy at night if the door is closed. Also, it wasn’t clear how to contact staff if there’s an emergency or if late check in (I was lucky enough to see to use Facebook to contact them with the small text under their hours of operation)

Reviewed Jan 29, 2020特別在訂房時註明需一個車位，未回覆。 抵達現場check in時，附近荒涼，發現青旅是連棟住宅的中間一間，車位就是門口狹窄的兩車併排空間，而先停的車輛未準確停妥導致另一車位閒置。請青旅人員處理，只表明聯絡不上車主，後來晚上9點半回到青旅，發現青旅人員沒有持續聯絡另一車主、沒有想辦法解決問題，故提醒該人員在住客check in時就應確認住客有無開車、車有無停妥，反而大聲回覆"我們沒有保證停車位"。該人員未能解決問題，提醒他改善，卻推託沒保證停車位，服務精神何在?該人員號稱前方右轉巷口方便停車，其實路段荒涼，難以確保停整夜會發生何事。 最後不得以，只能選擇連夜開車北上回家。

Reviewed May 23, 2018本次為第二次入住，管家一樣非常親切，介紹亦頗完善，設備簡單齊全，環境也舒適乾淨，旅館外過個馬路即為BRT坪頂站，無論從高鐵站或火車站轉公車交通都很方便。雖然晚上蚊子較擾人(這季節在所難免)，但不影響住宿體驗，下一次再來出差仍會選擇這裡入住。

Reviewed Aug 29, 2016交通地點算是搭大眾運輸來也算是方便的位置;至於開車自行前往附近也算是好找到停車位. 管家頗熱心;公共區域都整理得整潔,擺設裝置也很有味道;公共浴室和廁所清潔度ok;唯一美中不足是房間有上一位住宿的人留下來的私人物品,讓我有點驚訝. 不過整體來說,是不錯的住宿選擇.^^ *小提醒來住宿要記得要自備毛巾還有牙刷牙膏~
