salle de bain et toilettes ouverte sur coin salon : L'intimité aurait été perturbée si en couple... et lavabo mal pensé, pas de possibilité de déposer les affaires (rasage, verres de contact...). Petit-déjeuner : J'aurais apprécié étudier le menu/carte du petit-déjeuner (différents oeufs, etc...) pour mieux en profiter.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Nice place to stay in the centre of Champery. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful when asked, for example we received eggs for breakfast when we asked if this was possible.
Check in and check out was a little disorganised. It felt like staff had a lot to do, managing the hotel as well as the bar/restaurant downstairs.

Gare aux arachnophobes, il se peut de croiser quelques petites araignées dans la chambre ! Rien de bien grave, ce qui est normal en pleine montagne.

Une équipe conviviale et toujours disponible pour ses clients. Rien à redire, c’était un séjour parfait ! Petit bonus pour leur restaurant avec un rapport qualité prix au top du top 👍

Reviewed Nov 21, 2024Parking and location, our welcome and farewell, with concern for allergies to beautiful resident cat, room, view, shower, sink!, hairdryer, bed, carpet, lighting, warm wooden ambiance, coffee... islands in the stream still in my head from a lovely ambiance, with the music channel (amongst others) accessible on the tv. Will quite possibly revisit for our 25th wedding anniversary next year. Thank you.
possibly offer a king fitted sheet & mattress protector over the single beds to avoid separation.

Our room was facing the street and with the restaurant and terrace below means that you need to keep the windows closed to keep the noise out ( this works really well, but keeps the heat in). Note however that after 11 pm the restaurant starts to close down and it starts to get quiet. So only a small issue for those who go to bed early.

Spartan Breakfast needs to be more substantive for the 14 Euro extra charge per guest.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2020Très bien! Nous avons pu nous installer plus tôt que prévu. Cependant, nous n’avons eu aucune info sur le petit déjeuner. De plus, les places de parking sont très limités. Il n’y en a que deux. Nous avons essayé de communiquer avec la personne, mais aucune réponse. Nous avons été contraint de la parquer au début du village dans un parking gratuit, car tout est privé au alentours, donc attendez vous à marcher avec vos valises. Sinon pour ce qui est de la chambre, très confortable rien à redire. Faite juste attention avec la douche, il n’y a pas de pexiglas, ça risque de couler partout dans la salle de bain. Pour finir, le Check-out est à 11h et non 12h comme mentionné sur hôtel.com.

Accueil chaleureux et généreux. Seul défaut : une lumière insuffisante (trop tamisée) dans la chambre et surtout dans la salle de bain : impossible de se maquiller ! De plus il manque des supports dans la salle de bains pour étendre les serviettes de bain.

The only disappointment was that we were not aware their restaurant was closed during that weekend, although we much looked forward to dining there based on the good reviews we saw!
