Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Super Lage nah an Bahnhof, Bus- und Tramhaltestelle. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im Zentrum. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind direkt vor dem Hotel. Unser Gepäck konnten wir nach dem Check-Out kostenlos in einem Raum unterstellen. Die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption müssen aber beachtet werden, da diese zwischen 13 und 17 sowie ab 20 Uhr nicht besetzt ist. (Ebenfalls unterschiedlich ob unter der Woche oder am Wochenende) Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt im tollen Städtchen Tours!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Chambre très mal insonorisée : - Notre chambre donnait sur le boulevard : c'est très, très, très bruyant, même fenêtre fermée. - Notre voisin de chambre est arrivé après minuit, on a eu l'impression qu'il entrait dans notre chambre. Heureusement qu'il n'a pas allumé la TV ou qu'il n'a pas ronflé. Chambre "usée" et nécessitant un coup de neuf.

It was very hot and no AC, but there was a fan.

Horrible, ancien local technique transformé en chambre. Ce n'est absolument pas une chambre familiale de 20m2 mais plutôt 12m2 avec un gros pilier en plein milieu. Douche très sale avec le carrelage moisi, odeur d'égout dans les toilettes. Moquette et lits tâchés, volets cassés. Lits très inconfortables, et un lit de camp en guise de 4eme lit. De plus, on est resté 2 jours, chambre non faite le 2eme jour, obligé de réclamer des serviettes propres.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026It is close to the city centre and main station. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
The ensuite was tiny, the shower too small to wash in effectively, getting in and out of the shower was difficult and there was not much space to dry myself after showering. The toilet was also awkward to use, as there was no space around it to sit comfortably. The room had no air conditioning, just 2 fans, and got so hot during the day that it was difficult to sleep during the night.

No tiene parking, por lo que tuvimos que dejar el coche aparcado en la calle, aunque las calles de al lado tienen aparcamiento gratuito, por lo que estuvo bien.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The location was perfect: the hotel was close to the city centre, the train station and the conference centre. The room was quiet, welcoming and very bright. The staff were kind, helpful and extremely welcoming, and their availability was excellent. This made my stay particularly pleasant overall.
Some aspects of the room did not fully meet my expectations. In particular, my room did not have a proper bathroom door: the bathroom was separated from the corridor only by a curtain. Fortunately, there was another door between the entrance corridor, where the bathroom access was located, and the bedroom, so the two areas were still partly separated. Another aspect that could be improved was the absence of air conditioning: only a fan was available. In addition, the wardrobe was really very small. Considering that I had to stay for 5 days for a conference and had brought several clothes and changes of outfit with me, the available space was not sufficient. I still managed to arrange some of my things in the wardrobe, also because, fortunately, it was not the winter season and my clothes were therefore less bulky. However, I had brought some hangers from home and, despite this, I had to leave some of my belongings around the room, placed on the armchair or kept in my suitcase. That said, the situation was manageable overall, especially because I was staying alone in the room, I was out for most of the day, and I do not suffer particularly from the heat.

Accueil un peu brusque. Insonorisation moyenne : on entend de la chambre les gens discuter à la réception et, comme souvent dans les hôtels, les canalisations des chambres voisines... Cela étant, nuit calme.
