Reviewed Aug 5, 2026En plein été, nous n’étions que deux familles à profiter de la piscine. C’était calme, propre et serein. Exactement ce qu’il nous fallait! Les lieux sont bien entretenus. Le service est impeccable et les conseils du gérant sont avisés. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps. On espère pouvoir revenir.
Epiphenomenal: pendant les vacances, il y a des travaux…évidemment! Mais c’était quand même très discret!

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The hotel and accommodation is on an idyllic setting on the Lake and the views especially in the morning and evening are stunning. It had two pools to choose from both lovely with shaded areas or umbrellas. The staff were all helpful and friendly, booked taxis for us, drivers for the day etc which was much appreciated. A different menu most nights and every meal was tasty. There isn't much to do if you do not have transport however we walked up the hill behind the hotel which i recommend as it gives lovely 360 views of the area.
We were staying in June which we believe is out of season and the place did have a slight feel of 'maintenance' going on and low staff. Drinks etc were not collected from around the pool areas, umbrellas a bit broken etc. We had cat poo on the path to our room which was not picked up and at one point we were showered with grit outside the door as they did something on the roof. Maybe this is reflected in the price but we did notice this and felt these were standards that would be helpful to feedback.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Het is echt een heel mooi hotel op een waanzinnige locatie. Duidelijk met veel smaak aangelegd en ingericht. In 1 woord heerlijk. Mooie ruime kamers met mooi meubilair.
Het was wel erg Frans georiënteerd. Ik miste in de badkamer een mogelijkheid om zeep/tandenborstel neer te leggen. Geen plankje oid Weinig haken voor handdoeken.

L'accueil fatigué du dimanche soir (grosse journée clientèle de passage mais de là à négliger les arrivants du soir et leurs valises ...). Les extérieurs auraient besoin d'être rafraîchis et le mobilier de chambre complété ( +1 chaise ou +1 fauteuil bas, moustiquaires, extracteur d'air douche à rendre fonctionnel ).

The breakfast was disappointing, the only fruit was a whole orange. There was no hair dryer in the room.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026It was a lovely hotel in a fabulous location by the lake. It was styled to perfection in the most glorious surroundings. We loved the fact that as the evening was chilly a fire was lit in our bedroom, which is such a thoughtful touch. Food was excellent.

Quelle autre bonne surprise aussi de voir que notre chambre bénéficiait de cette vue. L'accueil de Christian, la gentillesse du personnel et..du propriétaire, la délicieuse cuisine méritent la même appréciation que la vue ! Nous conseillerons le Flouka aux amateurs de lieux charmants. Nous espérons vraiment y revenir.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Ładny taras widokowy, chociaż z uwagi na deszczową pogodę i zimno, nie mogliśmy się nim cieszyć. W barze serwują dobre marokańskie wino . Basen z podgrzewana wodą nie jest duży, ale przyjemny.
Obiekt na żywo wygląda zdecydowanie gorzej jak na zdjęciach. Widać po nim upływ czasu. Łazienka dość zniszczona i wilgotna. Odpływ po prysznicem zapchany. Cały obiekt składa się z dość starych bungalowów i teren wygląda na trochę zaniedbany. Pokój superior był duży, ale bardzo ciemny. Personel dość uprzejmy, ale trudno się porozumieć po angielsku. W porównaniu do innych miejsc które odwiedziliśmy w Maroko nieadekwatny stosunek jakości do ceny i brak lokalnego klimatu.

Would advise anyone to brush up on their french when visiting the area. Good food and amazing wine! The views are breathtaking. I cannot wait to visit this hotel again! Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Accueil sympathique de Christian. Endroit situé au calme ; idéal si on veut se reposer car pas grand chose à faire ou à visiter dans le coin mais on y est allé pour cela. Belle vue depuis le restaurant sur le lac (qui malheureusement s'assèche de plus en plus) et les montagnes de l'Atlas. Restauration raffinée et variée mais tarif un peu élevé (en tout cas pour le Maroc). Agréable feu de cheminée le soir dans le restaurant. Deux piscines dont une chauffée qui est un plus pour se baigner en novembre. Véhicule indispensable.
Petit-déjeuner à améliorer (des fruits seraient un plus). Manque d'entretien dans la chambre (vitres sales et WC à changer car usé). Une lumière sur la terrasse de la chambre serait un plus pour le soir.

Christian notre hôte a éte très chaleureux et extrêmement flexible sur notre horaire de départ de la chambre (notre vol ayant été reprogrammé plus tard que prévu). Un grand merci pour l´accueil!
Ma seule suggestion concerne la carte du restaurant (en grande partie cuisine française, de qualité), j´y rajouterais quelques plats typiquement marocains.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025La piscine et le calme était vraiment un plus. La vue est également superbe. L’endroit en général est paradisiaque. Concernant le logement en lui même, le lit était très confortable.
La propreté de la salle de bain notamment des toilettes n’étaient pas au rendez-vous. La carte est 100% françaises et les prix pratiqués sont bcp plus élevés (c’est aussi le cas pour les autres restaurants du coin qui sont peu nombreux).
