Ik ben met 2 vriendinnen een week verbleven in Warwick Paradise Island. Ik ben altijd een beetje bang dat een all-inclusive een onpersoonlijke massa-sfeer heeft. Maar dat is Warwick helemaal niet. De sfeer was geweldig. Gezellige medewerkers die je herkennen en een praatje maken, hele leuke activiteiten die super begeleid worden, heerlijk eten bij het buffet. De zwembaden waren groot en leuk opgezet. De mocktails waren lekker. Wat ik ook heel leuk vond is dat de gasten heel gezellig en relaxed waren, iedereen maakte makkelijk een praatje.

Eigenlijk was alles geweldig. Als ik dan een minpuntje moet geven, dan is de badkamer misschien een beetje krapjes. Ook was één van de a la carte restaurants, Edgewater Grill, niet helemaal naar mijn smaak. Maar de locatie van het restaurant aan het water was wel weer geweldig.

I liked the all inclusive. We didn't have to leave the property to find food. We liked the adults only. No kids crying. Dtaff was very friendly and helpful.

Beds weren't all that comfortable. A few more activities would be nice. I think the hotel is being updated but not sure.

The staff was rude and with a very bad attitude. I had construction workers and noise outside my window and in the room and nobody had warn me about it. I have raised several complaints but no help at all. They ruined my vacation. They don’t clean the floor in the room and the forniture is old. Don’t come here.

The food options were excellent, and the variety of restaurants was a great addition to the property. Having so many choices made every meal enjoyable and really enhanced our overall experience. We were impressed with both the quality and the convenience.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The guest rooms could benefit from some updates and general maintenance. It would also be great to see more evening activities and entertainment available on the property. Additionally, the water floats should be cleaned more regularly to ensure they remain in good condition for guests.

This was my first all-inclusive resort, and I loved not having to pay for food or drinks! The buffet food was also quite good and they surprisingly had a few vegan options. I initially wasn't excited about the entertainment options, but each one I went to was more fun than I expected. I also did a bike tour to Cabbage Beach which was fun. The beach wasn't too far away and they have free bikes and helmets we were able to use. The property has multiple pools and places to sit, which I liked. There were also a few hammocks that I didn't get a chance to use, but it was nice to be able to find a little nook to relax in, especially at night. The resort "beach" was small but never crowded while I was there so I didn't mind. And it's fenced so you don't have to worry about dangerous animals or anything like that. The staff were all very friendly! Everyone said good morning when they got on the elevator and were generally helpful and accommodating. My room was clean, and I didn't have any complaints about it.

The walls in the rooms are VERY thin - I could hear entire conversations happening next door. There was also a strong bleach smell in my room. Although I appreciated the fact that the hotel had strong A/C, it could get VERY cold in the rooms. I tried to turn my A/C off, and that helped a bit but it was still cold to the point where I wanted to step outside and feel a bit of the summer air. Maybe they do that intentionally, I don't know lol. Also, I don't know if it was the humidity in the air or what, but it took forever for my clothes to dry! Definitely bring multiple bathing suits and cover-ups because it will take them about 2-2.5 days to air dry. I agree with some other reviewers that the furniture and decor can be a bit outdated, but it didn't bother me at all while I was there.

There are building works happening from 9am to 5pm every day and you are not made aware of this when booking. It is so loud and disruptive around the pool area that you can hear nothing else. When raised with staff they said it is all over their website but after checking we found out this was a lie.

Estaba de reformas de toda la fachada principal del edificio que faba a la piscina y la playa y se oia a los trabajadores con las maquinas El horario del bar de la playa/ piscina cerraba a las 6 y hubiera sido mejor más tarde porque la gente aprovecha mas rato.

El persona lingratitud

It wasn’t a massive resort and it lacked some things that Atlantis has, but it’s an excellent escape location and the bartenders didn’t skimp on the alcohol at all, which is impressive at an all inclusive. It’s in the middle of everything you’d want to get to on Paradise island, and for the price we all found it to be absolutely exceptional compared to surrounding resorts. Amazing pool and private beach, with free bait and rods for pier fishing. The Atlantis Casino and shops are about a 3 minute walk and free for Warwick stayers at all times. You can purchase day passes for anything else you feel you may need at another resort. Staff was amazing. Would stay again and then probably another 5 times after that.

It’s not huge and undergoing construction, though it’s clear that they’re doing it to improve the property and I can’t emphasize enough it’s not at all intrusive; the workers are scaling the side of the building and for all practical purposes far away from the actual resort itself. There’s some empty land next to the resort that it seems they may be looking to use in the future.

The whole experience was a waste of time,what kinda all inclusive is this with no food options I didn’t even eat the two days I was there. This was the worst birthday ever! The rooms were horrible kiddie lookin furniture. The whole trip was a waste of my ttime

We stayed at Warwick for 15 days starting June 18th. It was our first stay at this resort. The pool area and landscaping was beautiful and maintained very well. We enjoyed the food and restaurants - especially the buffet. Room accommodations were average in regard to furnishings and bathroom. Could use updating. Cleanliness of rooms and resort was excellent. The noise due to renovations being done was VERY loud at times and distracting in the pool area. We wished we had known about this prior to arrival. The service was excellent - Sheryl in pool area, Debbie in booking restaurants, Enrico in buffet area, and our room attendant ; as well as the ladies at the front desk /check-in…to name just a few of the staff that went out of their way during our stay. Thank you for quality/friendly customer service!! Very much appreciated.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Warwick hotel. The staff was extremely nice and our room, pools, restaurants, and bars were so clean. Our waiter Ian at the buffet did an amazing job. Everything was nice, we are definitely going back again!

We stayed at the Warwick as a couple from June 27th-July 4th. It was our first time to the Bahamas, and this little gem of a hotel checked almost all of our boxes for a perfect vacation. We were there to celebrate my 50th birthday and we had a fabulous time. Previously we have travelled to Cuba, Jamaica, DR, Grenada. Antigua, Aruba & Mexico, but this was our first time at a smaller all inclusive. Check in: A bit of a slow process after a long travel day, but we were warmly welcomed by Timothy who quickly stowed our luggage until our room was ready and then promptly brought us our welcome drink. We received our bracelets and headed off to enjoy lunch while waiting for our room. Room: Room 907 was our home for the week. Nothing fancy, but the bed was comfy, the AC and water pressure were good and it was very clean. On day 4 our toilet tank stopped filling and the front desk had someone there within 5 minutes to fix it even though it was 8:00 at night. Excellent service. We did miss not having a balcony to sit on, as those rooms were closed for renovations, but not a deal breaker. Amenities: We loved relaxing by the quiet pool, and did enjoy a few swims in the main pool. We found the main pool a bit busy and loud for our tastes at times, and as we came to chill and relax, the quiet pool was our favourite spot. I only went in the lagoon once as it was closed due to tiny jellyfish on one or two days. That being said, the pools were beautiful and refreshing so not having the lagoon open wasn’t a big deal. I did miss not having a beach with an ocean to go in, but we went over to cabbage beach twice so I could get my fill of ocean and it was a nice adventure. In the evenings we enjoyed walking on the docks with a drink and spotting the different kinds of fish. We played a few games of pool and enjoyed watching soccer at the Rum Cay bar. Activities: We took part in the Rum tasting in the main lobby and then signed up for Sip & Paint. This was one of my favourite activities I’ve ever done at a hotel and even my husband enjoyed it. Lots of laughter was shared that night. We met some great people and we came away with two beautiful “masterpieces” as souvenirs. Highly recommend trying this event while you are there. Food: We are not foodies….we do not travel for the food, and are happy if there is pizza and french fries. The food at the Warwick blew us away. We ate all our meals at the buffet or at Chickcharnies and we ate so much that we are tired of eating! Every single thing we tried was fantastic. Some favourites included curried chicken, oxtail, jerk chicken, homemade hummus, veggie spring rolls, saffron rice, curried beans, fresh omelettes, braised short ribs, so much fresh fruit and so many desserts, and my very favourite thing, roasted pesto tomatoes. (which I had at least twice a day!) My husband said the burgers and wings at Chickcharnies were the best he’s ever had. On two occasions I asked to speak to a chef to shake his hand and say thank you during dinner. What an amazing team of talented people working in that kitchen. Hats off to Clay Saunders and the entire team who cooked for us all week. Staff: We felt welcomed and were well taken care of all week. So many people made our stay enjoyable and every encounter we had was positive. While I know I will miss some names, please recognize the following staff who each went above and beyond to be kind and attentive to us: Timothy, for the warm Bahamian welcome upon arrival Alvano, our very first server who made us instantly feel like family Neko, for the hilarious breakfasts we had with him and the never ending mimosas 🥂 Sheryl & Kasey, at the towel hut who always greeted us with friendly conversation even at 7 am Carline, in the buffet for welcoming us and encouraging us to try new foods (oxtail!) Gardenia for her pleasant welcome in the buffet Alphrize, who surprised me with a Bahamian round of Happy Birthday and a special drink on our last night 🥹 Leo, at the Rum Cay bar who remembered I liked Merlot and not Cabernet each evening Andy, in Chickcharnies for his smile and welcoming attitude Also thanks to whomever it was who cleared our table on Day 4 and found my cell phone under my napkin. ❤️ And to the plumber who came so quickly to fix up our toilet tank. Vendors: We bought something special from each of the lobby vendors we met. Thank you Will, Kaya & Mr. Flea for your beautiful handiwork. They are lovely souvenirs for us to keep at home. The staff of the Warwick were amazing! Please ensure those I mentioned are recognized and thank the entire team for us. Overall, this was a great week and we would happily return. A few things for improvement: Please install a railing on the stairs going down into the lagoon. Those last 4 steps in the water are treacherous. A few beer in our room fridge?? We missed being able to crack open a cold one and watch tv in the evening. Maybe extend that privilege to all, not just the balcony rooms. A couple of plastic wine glasses (not plastic or paper cups) in the room would have been handy. Drinking wine out of a paper coffee cup or a plastic disposable cup by the pool was odd. (We got stopped and asked to give up our plastic wine glasses every evening on our way out of the buffet, even though I promised to return them) Lastly, please take care of the black and white kitty. At least put out a water bowl for her so she isn’t drinking out of the pool. She was so sweet and we felt sad that nobody was looking out for her. It would warm our hearts if she became a loved resident of the resort. Maybe your new mascot? This vacation was near to perfect and left us with wonderful memories and a positive first experience in the Bahamas. Thank you! 🇨🇦🇧🇸

Terrible check in! Waited 25 mins to check in. Went to room and couldn’t get in - I went downstairs 3 times and then had to wait an hour. Terrible experience

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with excellent amenities, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. What truly made this vacation unforgettable, however, was the exceptional staff. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make our stay memorable. This was my first trip to the Bahamas and I love it there! I will definitely return. I am convinced that my eagerness to return is due to the Warwick! I read many mixed reviews before I arrived that didn’t leave me with super high expectations. Man, was I pleasantly surprised! Freddie welcomed us as soon as we arrived, helped us with our bags and gave me my first Bahama mama.(it was amazing by the way) check-in was quick and easy. We arrived before dinner buffet so we ate by the pool. They have exceptional poolside food! I enjoyed eating there every day for a lunch. The ladies that handed out the towels by the pool were always so friendly and had a smile on their face. Nathaniel, in the dining hall, always had a kind smile, and I can’t say enough about Ian! He is an exceptional server. I always felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and got what we needed. He always reminded me that I was on vacation! Have fun! I will definitely return to the Warwick and I will definitely return to the Bahamas. The Bahamian people are so fun and friendly.

Not much.

Noisy. Not a place for a quiet time. Loud music every minute of the day. From of the property being renovated. Drilling going on all day. Heard in the bedrooms. The place feels like it’s designed for 18-24 year olds. No quiet places to sit and enjoy the view and a drink. Air con in rooms was like a plane revving engines. Food was average. Staff were surly.

We are here right now and had great service and conversation with Ian, who is an exceptional server. Good vibes at warwick, I would continue to come here just for the grest service we are receiving.

Hog bar the place to be Brian and Garvin are the best…they didn’t miss anything. Always a busy place but not to worry they saw you and the drinks were there before you knew it.

The bike ride that was offered and lead by Kizzy and Bullet was the high light of our girls trip. They are fun and entertaining. Make sure you sign up as spots are limited. Hotel is older and under renovations on one side of hotel but that wasn’t an issue. Buffet was amazing!

There was loud construction we weren't notified. I was also supposed to have a room with an island view and it was not. I was overlooking the roof.

We came as a mix of family and young adult friends fur my daughter’s 21st Birthday. We thought the hotel was kept very clean throughout. We had high floor rooms with excellent views. The meals at the buffet and à la carte restaurants were all very tasty. I would say the very best thing overall about the hotel was the customer service. All the staff were really helpful and friendly and I must give a huge shout out the concierge team who helped resource my daughter’s special day going over and above expectations!

We stayed for 7 days and the staff at the Warwick was amazing , They made us feel special and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it. We were greeted with a Bahama mama drink at check-in..The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options at the buffet and excellent quality at the Italian and Steak restaurants. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable especially Kendrick and Shadee. The drinks were exceptionally good and the DJ provided the perfect entertainment to dance the night away. The accommodations were lovely—comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the warm hospitality to the excellent dining and beautiful surroundings, this resort exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning in the future.

At first we were unhappy with our room due to the view. We requested another room and the manager and staff moved heaven and earth to relocate us to a room with a beautiful view. We couldn't have been more pampered and well taken care of! The amenities were as we expected and the hotel was lovely - extremely clean. The staff were so friendly and treated us like family. We highly recommend the Warwick!

We had always stay at the Riu (3 times in two years) and decided to try out Warwick after seeing it landed the #1 hotel list on TripAdvisor. It was absolutely the right deicision. From check in to bellboy service, tasty drink to buffet food that taste like home-cooked meal, room service to poolside order.... every staff member was helpful in everyway to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. A big shout out to Ian in the restaurant. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip.

My niece and I stayed there on the weekend of June 12th to celebrate her 18th birthday on June 13th. We were greeted by Freddie the bellman who was very pleasant. Dominique, the lady at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly also. Alexis, the concierge also did a good job with the service she provided. We dined at Abbiocco Italian restaurant and the Chef Lakeisha who prepared the salad station did an amazing job! Superb...I ate from the salad bar twice in one sitting! My pasta meal was good also. The buffet restaurant, Verandah was the hit for the entire weekend. A wide array and variety of food to choose from. They also had vegan and vegetarian meals/dishes there for every tastebud. Gardenia, the hostess, Ian and Kendrick the servers did a splendid job every day. Service was top tier; they catered to us very well and ensured that we got the best service ever. I noticed that they gave all of their customers excellent customer service. They also sang happy birthday to my niece and gave her a complimentary slice of chocolate cake. The pool area and the pool itself were beautiful, full bar and a DJ onsite for entertainment. Chickcharnie's, the poolside restaurant had some good food also. I also enjoyed karaoke Friday night. There are daily activities scheduled for the entire week, but we did not partake in many of them. We both had a wonderful weekend stay at the hotel!

This was our second trip to the Island with friends and we really loved the first resort so we were a little oppressive (my wife and I) but we were wowed. The resort was nice inside and out with beautiful landscaping, pool and outdoor areas. What really amazed us was the staff who were friendly and many staff went way above to make our stay enjoyable of all my years of travel I always looked forward to going home, here I didn't want to leave....... Special shout out to the staff, I have balance issues and was doing good until the paint and sip activity, my balance went down hill and me without my cane had to stumble like a drunk out of the activity, the front desk representative Shama seeing my condition rushed over to see if I was OK, I told her about my condition and that I needed to go to my room to get my cane, she escorted me to the elevator and made sure I was OK to go by myself, I assured her I was, 2 days later with my balance still off we had a excursion, we waited out front for our taxi and when we got to our meet up point I realized I left my cane in the taxi or outside in the drive of the hotel, I called the hotel front desk and talked to Dominique who went outside and did not see it so we texted our taxi driver to check his van and when he got back to us he didn't have it, it was 20 minutes later and I called the front desk back and talked with Dominique again and she said she found it and it will be in the front office, I was so excited, I love my cane and it is a very distinctive one of a kind hand made cane that I got through a friend who has passed recently (I call my cane Virgil). All the other staff we interacted with were great I will just name some stand outs without going into the stories. I had amazing service from Ian for both breakfast and lunch. He anticipated your needs before you could ask. Thank you to Ian it was a pleasure.

My husband and I spent six days at the hotel and it was marvelous. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The food was crazy good and so were the pina coladas and banana daiquiris. We ate at the Chinese restaurant and could not believe how great it was. We also ate at the Steakhouse and my seafood was wonderful but his steak was a bit chewy. The pools are phenomenal and so clean. A patron dropped a napkin in the water and the lifeguard picked it out immediately. The only downside is the construction. We didn't hear any noise until we were outside at the pool and the music almost covered it. Actually because so many rooms were out of service for remodeling, we were able to get great seats at the pool every day and dinner reservations at the time we wanted. The hotel is about a 35 minute ride from the airport and the fare was $60. We took a taxi to the Atlantis and it was $10. It's only a ten minute walk but it was too hot to do that. We will go back!

Shamma at checkin courteous and very accommodating, I wanted to spend an extra night and Lakeisha made this possible . Tomeko from Verandah was very helpful, attentive and made sure we were taken care off we requested him during our short stay he even sang as we were spending a few days after our wedding . Awesome server . Special mention to Eleviouse for the assistance and recommendation. Anthoneice was very helpful and pleasant and made sure my husband and I had dinner reservations at Edgewater Grill. Montez was also pleasant at the bar and wanted to make sure we were being served . I enjoyed my short stay and can't wait to do it again .

I would like to write a review on Ian who worked in the restaurants . He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. His positive attitude really stood out and made the experience wonderful. I recommend asking for him when you go .

I spent my 30th birthday here and yes the property is beautiful but the STAFF made it an incredible experience! I told all my friends and we plan on coming back later this year, because they were that good. Really appreciated Lachelle, and Jamal Johnson (I made sure I got their names!!) for providing outstanding service (and drinks) that were truly memorable and made all the difference in my stay. Will absolutely be back!

Great location and amazing staff at this hotel, we enjoyed our stay however there at e a few negatives that could easily be sorted.. 1. Plastic cups throughout the venue at all times?! Why?! I understand the pool bar having plastic - these were the really tacky disposable ones, but even in the restaurants you still get a plastic wine / beer glass, and staff don’t let you take the better plastic outside with you, even though…. it’s still plastic?! Even the plates are plastic! Really cheapened the place. Would be nicer to drink out of a real wine glass with dinner / at the lobby bar. 2. Not sure why but refilling the shower gel dispenser in the room seemed to be an issue for the maids / often missed, really little thing but really annoying as it’s nice to shower! We had to call and ask for some one day we were given hand soap… 3. Communal areas were made too cold, way too much air con in the buffet and reception. Not nice to sit and drink. 4. The outdoor bar shuts at 6pm so there is nowhere outside you can get a drink in the evening, you have to go into the cold over air conned lobby to drink and there isn’t enough seats /not a good atmosphere. I’m not sure if this is done to force you close to the nightly entertainment area. They are missing a trick because if there was a bar near edgewater or the beach people would sit out at night and drink there and chill. Food was really good at the buffet, much preferred it to the restaurant food which is unusual. The Chinese food was so bad at sticks and tings we did a runner and went to the buffet but the edgewater and the Italian we were good. Chickacharnees was not great we just avoided it as it is only pool snacks anyway. We were on all inclusive but our mini bar never had anything in it for some reason….. I will say that the staff were all really friendly and genuine it really made this a nice place to stay. It’s also a great location a small walk from Atlantis and cabbage beach. There are free shuttles too but it’s super close to walk

When we were at the Warwick resort we did the night dance class with Bullet. It was a great experience made it super easy for beginners like myself. Would recommend.

Had the best time! The activities were amazing, Bullet did the Reggae dance class and we had a blast!’ So much energy, would recommend !

I love the check in process friendly and welcoming I love the pool the rooms the bar the food the ocean view beautiful especially the main buffet excellent and clean and the staff omg god there the best I love my housekeeper Latoya 🥰she make my so clean and fresh smelling so wonderful ever day my towel lady by the pool she is really nice the one with the short hair and the the lady by the grill ever day she hypes me up and give really nice food and the service there is exceptional Evelyn , Kendrick my server Sheryl etc….listen I recommend this hotel it’s the best it’s just amazing !!!! I love this hotel 🇧🇸🇧🇸😃🥰am definitely coming back next year same time

I have to be honest is the pool outside need better music and entertainment from the entertainment staff they are too lead back and lazy the manager should see to it that the guest have more activities because the entertainment team just sit around I think they are just wasting time and company money because all they do is chat to each other all day.

Wish it had a bigger beach on site and that the shuttle ran longer in the afternoon that did go to the beach.

Most of the staff were very friendly especially in the restaurants and bar areas, food was very nice and pool was great.

The reception staff were a bit rude. The rooms are outdated especially the bathrooms. My room said it would have an island view and I was disappointed to see the “island view” I had (pic attached). I think this should have been advertised better.

I love the hospitality the food, the cleanest other facility. The personnel is great that Customer Service is a 10. The best facility I ever went to.

Right from our arrival, we were made to feel welcome and special. The doorman greeted us with a huge smile and brought us welcome drinks. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. The pool was great and the beach, although a little small, was a wonderful option. There are plenty lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool and plenty of other seating options. The boardwalk is beautiful and watching the many boats in the harbour was very enjoyable. We dined at 2 of the 3 restaurants and were not disappointed, service and food was great. The buffet is outstanding. The variety at each meal was fantastic, definitely something for everyone. Ian, Kendrick and a young girl whose name I can’t remember, provided exceptional service and made us feel so at home. Cheryl, the towel girl, greeted us every day with a huge smile and kind words. The entertainment was awesome as well. We went off the resort a few times and we felt very safe. Atlantis, Margarittaville, grocery store, liquor store and a smaller straw market are all a short walk away. We took in a few excursions and loved every minute. This 2 week vacation was one of the best. The resort and workers do everything to make your stay memorable.
