The advert on booking.com is so misleading so many of the photos are of the spa but you only get free access to the spa if you book a private room, I can’t see anywhere on the booking.com page where it says this, I only found after I made the booking, I would have likely booked somewhere else had I known!

Viajero nunca decepciona, la host Alexa tiene una actitud maravillosa y muy receptiva a dar una buena experiencia. Gracias Alexa! Además, la piscina climatizada es increíble para relajarse y la comida muy buena.

Hace falta otra cobija en la cama más gruesita para el frío de Bogotá.

El personal es extremadamente amable, tuvo un problema en la ciudad por haber perdido mi teléfono y mi tarjeta de crédito, y Juliet de la administración me ayudó incluso cuando eran cosas que escapaban de lo que corresponde a su trabajo, volveré

Me gustó el ambiente. Emilio el host crea toda una experiencia con tours, actividades y unas fiestas en la noche increíbles con after party. Además que se hacen muchos amigos en un minuto. La comida rica y los chicos de recepción muy amables.

Que tengan comida típica colombiana.

El hostel reúne todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda , segura y con variedad de actividades , alexa es una excelente anfitriona , me ayudó con mi chek in , estuvo atenta a mi llegada . Son todos muy amables , las actividades son geniales , recomiendo las clases de salsa .

Que no tenga parking

La atención de los chicos y chicas de la recepción es muy grata y acogedora. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría a mis amigos. Estoy regresando todos los fines de semana a Bogotá y me quedo en viajero por el excelente ambiente.

Karaoke was fun 🤩 Hot shower was good in the dorms. Individual bed light, plug, and privacy curtains for every bed in dorm. Also they provide a sheet and blanket.

The toilet and shower are separated in the dorm but they are in the room—not discreetly tucked away in a corner. So that means, in a quiet dorm room at night, every single person hears everything you do in the toilet and that’s very uncomfortable! Also there is not a handwashing sink in the toilet! So if someone is showering when u finish using the restroom, u cannot wash your hands! How horrible and unsanitary!! I asked the front desk attendant at night to turn on the heat in the dorm and she only turned it on for a short time. I woke up in the middle of the night freezing because she turned it off. Why?? Bogota is ALWAYS cold at night ! That didn’t make sense.

An incredible location, next to great restaurants and not too far from the airport (about 25 mins). The staff are incredible from check in, to bar service, and even join us for the chiva parties! The beds are actually pretty comfortable and the halls feel like a nice hotel experience. It was my first time at a Viajero spot and I’d absolutely come back again!

Spa war geschlossen für 2 Tage. Wir sind eigentlich deswegen gekommen.

Las actividades son muy divertidas, ubicacion privilegiada cerca a museos, turismo, transporte y alimentación.

Modern, clean room with a super comfy bed and a fantastic sauna to relax in. Staff were extremely friendly, especially Alexa, who was very helpful and gave great tips about the city. Highly recommended!

The staff is friendly and the location is nice.

For a similar price you can have a nice hotel room. I was initially interested this the private room because the design was different however I have never stayed in such a run down location. The handle for the shower was completely missing, we had to turn it with the metal rod sticking out of the wall. The shower kept flooding the floor and the shower was squirting water from the pipe. You don’t have access to the AC, you have to text them to ask them to turn it on and then it turns off on its own. Communication is bad. They have you sign up with a link(that was easy) but when you finish checking in it leads you to a page that is supposed to have all the room information. It says that you can find WiFi and other information under that tab. When you click in, it only has the hotel address. They don’t give any necessary information unless you ask which seems so unnecessary. I had to text for WiFi. The hostel could be such an enjoyable space but unfortunately it was just a disappointment.

O hostel tem uma boa localização na região do Centro, tem um restaurante e bar. Promovem algumas atividades de interação.

Staff molto gentile, molte attività proposte dall'ostello per conoscersi,yoga, tour. Zona molto vicina alla parte centrale,museo dell'oro e supermercati.(Bogotà è enorme e ci sono zone molto piu belle residenziali,ma non vicine alle attrazioni principali) Bar/ristorante presente nella struttura. Reception 24h. Camera silenziosa nonostante la musica al pian terra.

Che i servizi di spa siano a pagamento. Va specificato prima di prenotare, con la camera privata dice che sono inclusi ma non è così solo il bagno turco è incluso, mentre la piscinetta idromassaggio costa 20€ direi un po' caro per un'ora. Vanno sistemate delle cose come asciugacapelli rotti e bagno che perde ogni tanto ma la camera era spaziosa. Mi han parlato molto male del dormitorio ma personalmente non l'ho visto.

No son claros q la piscina es aparte (deberían sacarlo de la publicidad), el trato es un poco tosco ( siento q tratan mejor a los extranjeros), la pieza tenia dañada la luz y los chicos orinaron por fuera ( imaginen rl olor)... Pero eso no resta que sea en general un Hotel bonito.

A localização é super! Vale muito a pena ficar no centro porque o hostel é perto das principais atrações e pode explorar tudo a pé. Atentar para o período da noite que é mais esquisito e evitar andar sozinho.

O banheiro foi o único ponto negativo! Tinha mofo no teto da area do chuveiro e as pedras do piso estavam bem soltas.

Spa war nicht im Dorm- Bett inklusive (was so nicht kommuniziert wurde) und das Spezialangebot war keins/ war eher ein Partyhostel, mitunter laut, weniger chillig als gehofft

The rooms are well organized and have everything you need for your stay. My room had a big mirror, which I loved, and the bathroom was really nice. The location is great, it only took me about a 15-minute walk to get to Monserrate, which was the main reason I chose to stay here. The staff is super friendly. I didn’t get the chance to join any of the activities, but I’m sure they’re all great.

Kamer zijn netjes maar soms wel wat verouderd. Het geluid vanuit de lobby hoor je op de kamer niet. Wordt veel georganiseerd, kan er blijven voor eten. Spa heb ik niet gebruikt, echter mocht ik hier wel douchen toen ik al had uitgecheckt maar moest wachten op de nachtbus

Er wordt veel georganiseerd, wat erg leuk is als je dit wilt, maar hierdoor is het in de gezamenlijke ruimte vaak wel luidruchtig. Als je hier met iemand wilt zitten om gewoon te kletsen is dat soms wel lastig. In de ochtend staat de muziek ook te hard. Voordeel dat je de muziek op de kamer niet hoort.

I didnt like the dorms. Super crouded and the bed wasnt comfortable. Its also more of a party place so didnt really suite my need for a calm environment.

מאיפה להתחיל ?? המיקום - בערב היו הומלסים ממש מחוץ להוסטל אווירה - של בית קברות,העדפתי הוסטל על פני מלון רק בשביל החברה אבל בפועל אנשים לא מגיעים לפעילויות ובקושי נפגשים ישבתי לראות חצי גמר אני ועצמי בבר,יום ראשון הבר נסגר ב 21 בערב אירוח - לקחתי חדר פרטי ליחיד וביקשו השלמה במחיר לחדר לזוג על כל השהות (90,000) בשביל לאפשר להכניס מישהי לחדר לשעה,מה שנשמע פשוט הזוי ולא הגיוני. לגבי הספא זהירות סקאם,מפרסמים תמונה של הבריכה שבפועל גם למי שיש חדר פרטי וזכאי להיכנס לספא בחינם הבריכה לא כלולה,כלומר יש ספא מעפן שיש בו רק סאונה,להיכנס לבריכה דרשו סכום דמיוני של 100,000 וזה קצוב בזמן. בחדר לא ניתן לשלוט במזגן אלא רק דרך הקבלה,לקח לי יום להבין את זה ובינתיים המזגן עבד על חום וכל החדר היה אדים

Great location in Bogota, so close to everything I wanted to visit but still quiet enough. Staff were lovely and so helpful. As a solo traveller it was great having the meet and drink every evening to meet people and the team put on loads of optional events.

La gente de recepción es muy amorosa y siempre predispuesta. Hay un espacio tranquilo y una guitarra. Buena ubicación

El SPA es aparte y carísimo mientras en otros hostales está incluido. No hay para cocinar ; ni siquiera para calentar agua para el mate o café , tenía que calentar en el microondas en cuotas 😓 El hostel tiene un bar que está bueno para el que le gusta tomar , pero irónicamente, no es ideal para sociabilizar en comparación a otros hostales.

We enjoyed our stay at Viajero. Our room was spacious and clean, a good sized bathroom and the staff were helpful.

We booked for the spa facilities and when we arrived we were informed they were closed for maintenance. This was disappointing as we were not informed in advance and were one of the reasons we booked.

Looks like a pretty big hostel, and they had an elevator. Shower was good too.

Location is a bit sketchy, staff wasn’t attentive and i didn’t really feel welcome. Rooms were okay but not really clean. One day I woke up and the Police was in my room.

A huge shout-out to the incredible team at the Bar/Restaurant, Fabian, David, and Alejandro Soto (Alejo), who truly defined my stay with their outstanding service and warmth. They ensured I felt nourished and comfortable at every turn. Alejo, in particular, went above and beyond, making my experience even more memorable. I’m also grateful to the reception team, Dani, Mauricio, and Julieth, whose kindness, friendliness, and patience made a lasting impact.
