Aksular Hotel

Very good hotel and gave very good service

The smell of the hotel is very bad and the room dose not match the photo

The staff was very nice . Yousef at the front was amazing and so sweet and helpful with all bags. Ibrahim in the bar /Hooka are was amazing ! It’s sad that the hotel is so old and outdated. The full beds are not like twin beds , the rooms have a weird smell and it’s moldy like. Bathrooms are from the 90’s. Breakfast was very poor as well . The hotel must be at least 50 years old !

Great experience.

Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. Our room was spacious and overlooked the water. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Lovely bar area at the front of the hotel. It is not far from the town centre but you will need to get a taxi or a bus to get there or drive. There is a free carparking in the front of the hotel. The only issue was there was a big step up to the bathroom and the shower was not the best. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Otel eski ama rahat ve konforluydu konaklamamız. Banyoda duşakabin ve klozet kullanım açısından zorlayıcıydı.

5 stars. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Bad hotel .. bad rooms very small.. bad bad bad breakfast.. hotel 2 star not 4 star

Below my expectations as hotel pictures in websites not true especially family rooms and bathrooms moreover hotel charge very expensive comparing with trabzon hotels

Clean hotel easy to access city center

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. It is a very nice hotel and we recommended it highly.

Very beautiful hotel and great staff from the receptionist to the General Manager.... Good food in restaurant and had breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.. Very nice room with great sea view... Had all amenities.... would stay again

Great! Please put a lamp in each room. The overhead light switch is by the door and the bed is at the opposite side of the room. Had to use my cell phone light to get to the bed after turning off the lights. But fantastic room and location of hotel!

I love this hotel and all the staff who are working here so kindly

Worth the little extra in comparison to other deals that are out there. Everything is really clean and convenient with a number of free amenities. The location is great and if you like safe its right by the police station.

Hospitality is best i ever had. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I also traveled with over 40 plus people and they assisted us all.

A view of the room of the hotel is very nice, and its location beside the highway .... we can enjoy staying comfortably.

Very bad The pictures were not the same and the rooms were not given

The checkin and checkout was a nightmare the hotel charged me again despite the fact my booking was prepaid

A good place with reasonable price.
