Brilliant location. Super close to Metro station and Trevi Fountain. The bed and pillow were perfect, and the room was spacious with air-conditioning. Very happy with our stay. Windows opened to a courtyard. Non traffic or pedeatrian noise.

Lugar perfeito! Numa região super silenciosa embora fique apenas a 10min a pé da Fontana de Trevi. Tem comércio perto, metrô em frente e ponto de ônibus também (ônibus funciona super bem em Roma, pega a dica), funcionários educados e muito prestativos, responderam todas as dúvidas e nos deixaram fazer checkin às 02h da manhã. Chuveiro ótimo, camas confortáveis, travesseiros ótimos, serviço de limpeza excelente (trocava tudo todos os dias), elevador em ótimo funcionamento. Voltarei pra me hospedar aqui!!

Os funcionários são ótimos! Fomos super bem recebidos pelo recepcionista que fez nosso checkin as 02h da madrugada. A localização é perfeita, perto da Fontana do Trevi, mas ao mesmo tempo está numa área super silenciosa e tranquila. Tem comércio perto, o metrô é ponto de ônibus estão na porta do hotel. Chuveiro excelente, quarto espaçoso, elevador funcionando bem, cama maravilhosa, ótimos travesseiros, eu quero de limpeza sempre trocava tudo todos os dias. Se você está na dúvida se fecha ou não: feche!!

Justo cuando fuimos estaban remodelando la calle. Pero es un sitio bonito y tranquilo

Nagyon jó helyen van a vendégház, metró és buszmegálló 10 méterre van a bejárattól. A légkondicionált szoba és a fürdőszoba is kivételesen tiszta, naponta takarítják. Az udvarra néző szobák csendesek, nyugalmasak. Az szállás ára - kedvezményesen - teljesen ár- érték arányban van.

Kicsi a szoba, de minden van benne, ami kell, lehet nagyobbat is választani. Étkezés nincs, önellátás van.

Lo staff. Il giorno della partenza l’addetto alla reception si è offerto di chiamare il taxi, senza informare che stava chiamando un vettore di società privata e non un taxi autorizzato dal comune. Perciò, invece della tariffa fissa di 55 euro per raggiungere dall’hotel l’aeroporto di Fiumicino, mi ha fatto pagare 10 euro in più. Inoltre, il vettore ha detto che non aveva Pos e ha fatto pagare in contanti senza ricevuta. Allo stesso modo, la reception dell’hotel all’arrivo ha fatto pagare tassa di soggiorno in contanti senza rilasciare ricevuta.

Their door keys become very rapidly demagnetized. It was super exhausting. That was the only negative drawback - we kept having to get our keys rekeyed so often. They share that this is common in Italy, but I have to be honest I travel internationally and I’ve never had a place have this much problem with keying their cards and having them get demagnetized.

Parfait ! Chambre propre, personnel accueillant et agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tous les sites touristiques. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Very convenient

We had issues checking in. My daughter booked a family room and when we went to check in there wasn’t one with 4 beds and they tried to tell her it was her fault. So 2 people booked a night in another hotel so that was 2 extra taxes paid. It was sorted the next day but very frustrating and she has received money back from yourselves. The major point it that they, the hotel, would not take responsibility for their mistake.

Tamanho da cama de solteiro foi a única coisa que não foi tão boa assim. Colchão bom, roupa de cama também, mas a cama era muito estreita.

Destacamos la tranquilidad del hotel y su ubicación estratégica, a pasos del metro y del autobús. La recepción se encuentra en la segunda planta y el sistema de acceso con tarjeta brinda una gran sensación de seguridad. El establecimiento cuenta con ascensor y habitaciones equipadas con hervidor de agua. Por último, agradecemos que nos guardaran el equipaje antes del check-in, lo cual facilitó mucho nuestra llegada.

The location was next to a metro and near the Spanish steps and the trevi fountain. It is a unique building and well serviced with a lift.

The air conditioning was so powerful that at night it was freezing, despite turning the temperature up. As the rooms were part of an old monastery I suspect that they stayed cool.

The location was fantastic. Close to many things we wanted to see. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was very quiet which was nice after a long day.

Fantastic location with walking distance to sights and very close proximity to public transport.

Muy céntrico, sin ruidos, seguro y cerca del metro y el bus. Tardas menos de 30 minutos a todos los lugares de interés. Muy recomendable. En un futuro viaje a Roma, repetiremos seguro.

The location was grear. We used the metro and taxi stand very close by. Nice restaurant across the street. Staff was very helpful. Kept our luggage stored before we could check in. Gave us little slippers to walk on stone floor.

A little tricky to get into hotel. Door was locked to hotel. Had to hit buzzer and once in should have had sign go to 2nd floor reception. Just an elevator and stairs.

Emplacement parfait. On a fait Rome à pieds. Chambre classique, climatisée et avec une bonne insonorisation. Le réceptionniste est sympathique et parle Français et anglais. L’hôtel dispose d’un ascenseur. L’hôtel propose qu’on laisse nos bagages chez eux après le check out.

Il y a une femme de ménage qui a montré un comportement désagréable voulant (en insistant ) qu’on quitte la chambre à 10h alors que la réception m’avait confirmé que je peux rester jusqu’à 12h. Elle refusait de parler autre langue que la langue italienne. Les chambres sont très classique. Pour le prix, j’attends plus que ça.

L’accueil était parfait! L’emplacement est excellent presque tout se trouve à 10min à pied Notre chambre donnait sur la cour très calme On reviendra

地理位置极佳，出门就是地铁站和公交车站，走路大概10分钟就到许愿池、文艺复兴百货，距离西班牙广场也不远，周边有pam等便利店。没有标准的前台，进出门要刷卡，不过也算是预防了外来人进入，房间整体尺寸可以，有独立的卫浴也很大。 不过隔壁紧挨着是罗马人骨教堂，这点一开始就知道的，酒店也提供折扣门票，房间倒也有一点教堂的装修风格。最后一天去人骨教堂参观了下，讲解挺有意思，进去参观后也没觉得什么恐怖的，白天也有旅游团专门参观这个教堂，如果有这方面忌讳的可以考虑下。

前台在二楼，一开始时候需要注意下。

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The first room we received was decent and tidy, but it faced a very busy and noisy street, even at night (Via Vittorio Emanuele). While the view was lovely, sleeping required keeping the window completely shut. Unfortunately, we found out the air conditioning wasn't working. The next afternoon, I spoke with the receptionist. It turned out the AC was indeed broken, but after a few phone calls between him and someone else (likely the manager), they found us an alternative, larger room with a perfectly working AC. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Great location very close to the metro! The room was clean and the WiFi and AC worked well! Bed was comfortable.

Imagine ficar na Via Veneto, ao lado da piazza Barberini; tido muito perto. O quarto é espaçoso e as roupas de hotelaria de ótima qualidade.

We stayed at room # 413 and the bed was creating a horrible sound even with your slightest move. But the worse sound was an alarm that comes from outside in backyard that makes the environment impossible to sleep

Location near train station and multiple shops and restaurants

We have a little misunderstanding at the beginning of our stay as we were given wrong room that was not clean, but it was fixed immediately.

Éclairage. Point d'éclairage central faible, pas de lampes de chevet pour lire confortablement. Petit déjeuner succinct à prendre au bar en face.

Good location, easy checkin, the staff person who did checkin was friendly and helpful.

No air conditioner, some mold in the bathroom, sticky floor, evening staff person yelled at me when I asked about the air conditioner. Slept with open windows and it was very warm and stuffy.

Great stay at Casa I Cappuccini, they were really flexible in regards to a late check-in, the room was lovely and the location is superb with bus and metro just outside the hotel door.

Nothing, having a breakfast would really help but it was clear from the beginning that they did not offer it. Everything else was as expected.

Location was excellent: in a busy area, very close to the Metro, bus station, and taxi station. It was a bit challenging upon arrival to recognize the access to the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Είναι σε ιδανικό σημείο για να εξερευνήσεις το ιστορικό κέντρο αλλά και άλλα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα (Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, etc) με τα πόδια. Η Via Veneto είναι ιδιαίτερα όμορφη διαδρομή, αλλά και όλοι οι δρόμοι στην περιοχή είναι μια αισθητική απόλαυσή. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο, ήσυχο, με ευγενέστατο προσωπικό.

Posizione molto comoda, vicino alla fermata di Barberini e comunque anche a piedi a due passi da Trevi e Montecitorio. Nonostante la zona trafficata all'interno della struttura c'era quite.

Forse renderei più moderno l'arredo della stanza. La mia finestra si affacciava su una sorta di cortiletto non molto bello da vedere, pazienza.
