Baan PhuAnda Phuket

Everything was nice and clean. I loved the staff and I felt genuinely welcomed and perfectly taken care of. Would book here again without doubt.

Otelin konsepti çok hoştu.Odalar genis ,ferah,konforlu,sigara içilebilen balkon,banyo geniş,rahat,temizlik malzemeleri(şampuan,diş fırçası ,diş macunu v.s.)tam,wf çalışıyor.Old town a taksiyle(Bold) 7 dak.Personel çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü.Çok teşekkürler.

Bulunduğu sokak sessiz ,sakin ama şıklık yoktu.Ama sorunsuzdu.

Was all absolutely amazing, we delayed our check in because of our flight but we’ve been waited and welcomed with a smile and kindness despite the fact we really arrived late after midnight and the reception normally close at 9pm, was an excelent comunication with the manager and always treated with kindness, our room was very big with a huge bed, a back chill wee garden where nights we could enjoy a cold beer and a cigarette in pace, we felt very welcomed and always the staff happy to help and smiling to us🥰. Huge thanks to Soda and Hope to see you again! Amy & Vio

All was amazing

The staff

Good location for our needs. Quiet neighborhood.

Room was actually in the lower part of the building almost felt like a basement with a tiny window to nowhere. No sunlight.

very clean, recommended and will come again

A quaint little hotel conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and plenty of local eateries, yet tucked away in a quiet pocket. The rooms were clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations for the price. They also have great Wi-Fi and newly installed ACs. After checking out and staying at a couple of other hotels in Phuket, we realised how homely we felt at Baan PhuAnda.

The shower cubicle could be a bit more cleaner

Everything

Spacious and comfortable clean room. Reception waited for after hours check in due to my flight delay. Nice colonial style building and features with modern amenities such as keyless entries for extra security.

On a quiet side street but close to a major thoroughfare. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and peaceful.

Bathrooms need better light for shaving or applying makeup.

Cleanness, quite area, nice and helpful staff. Many Thanks to the lady manager for the help and support

All was fine, some facility such as restaurant was under maintenance

Decent property...

Great hospitality

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are wonderful. I will be back. Thank you!

Nice finishing and colonial/Georgetown stylings.

The staff is amazing, sweet and friendly always made sure we were well taken care of. It felt like home. It’s easy accessible to little food shops, super markets and to grab transportation. My friends and I fell in love with our little host, the sweetest little girl who’s always sharing her love with hugs. We felt very sad having to leave but definitely will be back❤️ Thank you so so much the Baan PhuAnda Phuket hotel You guys were AMAZING! Love from South Africa.🇿🇦🇹🇭

There’s nothing to dislike about this property, it was a real nice stay if definitely rebook this place.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room size was big, matched the photos and clean. The location was perfect - close to old Town and night markets.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Main door closes automatically and the staff is not there at night but I got the Manager's WhatsApp and got prompt responses when needed.

The staff were very friendly. helpful and accommodating! Just good people.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The people at the front desk were helpful with suggesting places to eat and calling us a taxi.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Honestly if the bed was better I would give the property a much higher review. The entire building is pretty old, but they have kept everything very clean.

Good, room is clean and nice

Not sure

The hotel has got a very rustic feel to it. Its extremely clean and the bed is pretty comfortable. The staff speak broken english and are very helpful. There’s a cute little daughter of one of the staff who’s absolutely adorable. 15 mins walking distance from Chillva night market!

Keeping the rustic vibe in mind..The room was extremely dimly lit. Just 3 table lamps around.. thats it. Its not an issue during the day as you can let the sunlight in.

The room was fantastic, comfy bed and hot shower. I was greeted by a glamorous lady who spoke perfect English and was warm and welcoming. A lovely little girl grabbed my by the hand and led me upstairs to my room, her mum in tow. The hotel manager works so hard, she runs the front desk and she cleans the rooms and takes care of her daughter simultaneously, she does it all without breaking a sweat. Superwoman dwells here, you won’t regret your stay one bit. Thank you so much!

Lack of seating area and ashtray on the balcony for smokers, I didn’t want to bother management as it was a short stay but I’m sure if I had asked I could have changed this. The room is very dimly lit at night but it’s supposed to be some kind of mood lighting for ambience.

The nicest staff who helped me organized my transportation for after my arrival. The bed, shower, and room was so nice!! Very clean and comfortable.

Nothing! Everything was fantastic

The purpose of our visit was to see someone at a nearby hospital. The hotel was very conveniently located. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly. We only had one night in town, but would have enjoyed staying here longer.

A restaurant would be nice, but it's not a big issue since there are many within easy walking distance. Parking is available, but limited.

very Good and individual service, spacious room, big bathroom, very nice ambience, I highly recommend.

very good interior very nice cheap hotel

location

I stayed here while I was recovering from surgery at Bangkok Hospital Phuket. The hotel is a three minute walk from the hospital. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was a great value. I'm a vegetarian and the Dok Bua restaurant is less than a five minute walk. This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants I've ever eaten at. There are also two vegan restaurants about a ten minute walk away. The Chilliva Night Market is about a 15 minute walk. The market is a lot of fun. There's a 'fried ice cream' store next to the hotel that's very popular with locals.

It is at least a 20 min walk to 'downtown' Phuket Town. I like walking so it was no problem for me, but if you want to be 'in' downtown you might want to look closer to downtown.

Great personal, good clean room in a good location. Yes, this not near the beach, but location is pretty good for everything

The room was very clean and a pleasantly decorated room. The place itself felt very secure that all the doors required a key card to get in out of hours. Had everything just incase you lost something except for soap to wash hands but we had that on hand. The food from the breakfast menu was really cheap compared to other hotels. It was great and the receptionist was so friendly and caring even helped with our luggage into the taxi. Its a hotel I would want to go back to in the future if I was stay in phuket Town.

The only down fall was that the water that came out of the sink tap took a while to become "clean" but even then the water was still cloudy with whatever was in the water so we had to use water bottles to use on our face and to brush our teeth.

This hotel is a two minute walk from the Bankok Hospital Phuket, one of the best hospitals in Thailand, where my son is recovering from an accident. That has made visiting him so much easier. The hotel manager is super friendly. She made me feel very welcome and helped me navigate a foreign land. The hotel is basic by US standards, but there is breakfast in the lobby every morning that helps get the day started.

Everything was good except the noise from the air conditioning

Nice hotel. Nice people. Good location. Many food around.

The hotel is clean and has a good shower and bathroom. The local area was a bit smelly and we had to take a taxi every time we went out for a meal etc, the nearby seven elevens are very convenient. We stayed as we arrived late from the airport so we were pleased, the breakfast was quite bad but as long as you go elsewhere you'll be fine.

I was staying at the hotel as it was convenient for the hospital. The staff were very helpful and supportive to me with a loved one I hospital. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

The hotel was very responsive to our request and I really pleased about that. Thanks. Overall the hotel was very nice, near to town area and accessible.

The front desk ladies were too kind. Even after I was rude to one of them for asking for my departure form from Thailand. While I have excuse besides being cranky she remained professional when she could've easily given me a nasty look or said something that I surely would've deserved. The service here is great, the building is a bit older and is in a part of town now really near too much. If you value peace and quiet you'll like this place. The wifi works well and the laundry service is quick and cheap and does not use a ton of that perfumy laundry detergent. The staff was even able to hold my luggage after I checked out and went on a tour. I truly appreciate the service they provided.

The staff were very kind! I hurt my knees the day before my arrival and they helped arrange for transportation to the hospital when I needed to see the doctor. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated but somethings were in need of repair. Our first room smelled moldy but they changed room for us when we pointed it out. Beds were comfy and good toiletries provided. This is a nice place especially near the hospital and some nice local places a walk away. It is a half hour walk to Old Phuket Town.

I was unwell whilst at this hotel and these two staff members were caring enough to ring and check me regularly and bring me food every day when I felt I could not go out .I cannot thank them enough and this alone has made this little gem of a hotel the best thing g about Phuket so far for me.

staff was friendly and helped with anything i needed especially the owner whom was always around.

Our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend the junior suit..staff was awesome and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a bit dated, bed was not so comfortable.

The staff was very knowledge always willing to help with tours and calling for reschedules. Even allowed us to check in early which was awesome since we were so exhausted from traveling would highly recommend this hotel. Location is great lots of restaurants near by within walking distance also motor taxis are an excellent way to get around at affordable prices.

Great hotel, in good location in quiet part of town and excellent value. Manager was extra helpful with my ever changing plans due to monsoon smashing southern Andaman sea.

The bed was so hard like we are sleep on the floor
