The villas are wonderful, we had a beautiful pool with and amazing view. Constantina was so helpful and arranged taxis, restaurants and a fabulous boat trip for us. Lovely small beach one minute away with sunbeds.

It is a bit far from town and there is no shop nearby but getting taxis was fine.

The location is first class and the beach bar served excellent food.

The bedrooms are very small and the kitchen poorly equipped …. no conventional toaster and no microwave. We were also surprised that there was no washing machine.

Great location, beautiful views! Everything was clean and the host was very helpful providing us with information about the place. I would recommend this Villas and it’s only 5 minutes away from the port and Gaios centre.

Location and the amazing view

It was such a luxurious and beautiful place, with the pool overlooking the sea, that you almost expect the experience to be completed when you open the fridge and find a few thoughtful essentials waiting for you — some bread, water, wine, breakfast basics, perhaps a little cheese and turkey. That small extra touch would take the whole experience to another level.

Amazing location, only a 10 minute drive from anywhere on the island and so beautifully located on a small gorgeous beach. The staff were incredibly helpful, organising boats rides, taxis, etc. The house itself was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

The view and the pool were nice and so was the location.

Needs some work especially for the price. Appliances were old and not well maintained. But the worst part was the delay when we checked in, which took 2.5 hours more than the suggested time, and the lack of communication with the stuff in order to sort things out.

Fantastiskt boende som vi gärna återvänder till! Det bästa av allt var den stora uteplatsen på bottenvåningen, som man nådde genom stora skjutdörrar. Där tillbringade vi mycket tid med att äta, koppla av och njuta av omgivningarna. Värden var helt fantastisk, otroligt trevlig, hjälpsam och mån om att vi skulle trivas under hela vistelsen. Stranden precis på andra sidan vägen var också en stor höjdpunkt. Vi tog morgondopp nästan varje dag och hade stranden nästan för oss själva. Först framåt lunchtid kom det lite fler gäster, men det kändes aldrig trångt. Som boende fick vi dessutom rabatt på solsängarna och betalade endast 20 euro för två. Läget var perfekt. Det var enkelt att ta taxi in till stan på kvällen, men sanningen är att vi knappt ville lämna boendet eftersom vi trivdes så bra där. Istället köpte vi hem mat och lagade våra egna middagar i det välutrustade och välfungerande köket. En av de bästa boendeupplevelser vi haft på Paxos. Vi längtar redan efter att få komma tillbaka.

Båda badrummen var ganska små, men det vägdes upp av att det faktiskt fanns två stycken, vilket var väldigt bekvämt och kändes lyxigt under vistelsen.

Incredible location and amazing view. Konstantina provided superb service for us, helping out with whatever we needed; her professionalism, proactivity and care was highly appreciated.

Daily cleaning would have been appreciated. The beach bar on the property needs a do-up. We preferred going to Aeolus with its fun tiki bar vibe.

Location was a dream

They don’t clean the rooms every day, we stayed 3 nights and nobody came to clean.

Great location, with a small beach bar at the foot of the property. Villas well designed space wise even though some of them have many steps to climb. The 2 hostesses, Danae and Leida were fantastic! Polite, helpful, sweet and have been trying their best to cater to all our needs and requests. Interestingly, after a 2 day stay, they had us change rooms, claiming a reservation system issue. In spite of the inconvenience of packing/unpacking, they explained why they had us change rooms and offered us a 15% rebate as compensation. If it wasn't for Danae and Leida who went out of their way to take care of the move, we would have been majorly unhappy yet they scored points especially since the new villa was a bit bigger and more centrally located. In the end, the handling of the issue was exceptional and I would come back here next time:-)

It’s a shame that the bar is not part of the hotel. Having some sun beds available for guests would be a real plus.

The position by beach but had to pay for loungers! Bar was not cheap.

Cleaners invited themselves in. They weren’t females and had their own cultural idea of cleaning. Bags were carried on heads???!! Fix door? Key missing to connect up/down floors. No teatowels. Ants. Welcome pack? WiFi instructions were found on the floor face down as an A4 page. Didn’t offer a shop on arrival? Washing line next to bbq. Broken poolside table. Pay for loungers!! No Spare keys. Door repairs whilst we moved in. No pool net. ( pool cleaned once in a week) No Milk/water. No Cereal bowls. Food left in cupboard. No cooking utensils. No barbecue utensils. Had to use an oven grill on rocks inside the barbecue. Cleaners did not speak English. Cleaners did not ask to clean, let themselves into the Villa, nor was there a schedule to clean? Too much shouting from staff. Had 3 sets of management in a week. Always “I’m new too!!” Towels had bleached marks. Towels not replaced after two days? Music too loud from bar on Beech. Bbq rusty - cleaned on 12/7 with soapy water on patio floor!!! Balcony floor old, possibly unsafe as only made of decking screwed to cross Timbers. Crockery in drawers?! Coffee cups in drawers? No Kitchen towels? No Surface cleaning cloths?! No welcome note, rules, wifi, inventory, checkout time, cleaner alert???? No Bbq tools and shelf is too rusty to use so use the oven shelf. One set between two floors, two kitchens!. No serving dishes for two sets of six people? Cleaners don’t have keys? Not enough cleaners. Didn’t clean 13/7 upstairs. Mildew cushions on the patio. Broken woodwork on the side tables on the patio. B.com says ‘villa’ B.com says ‘private beach’ Sunbeds €10!!! 12/7 winds blew over umbrellas, dangerous, not checked or uprighted. Could have broken windows. Umbrella broken from wind fall. We were two groups of six which I specifically named, all friends and family yet we were put between 100 m apart making sharing facilities very difficult and time-consuming.

Only the location

The security lock on the balcony is almost broken and does not feel safe. The kitchen had ants, the walls were covered in mud, and the taps were rusty. Overall, the condition of the property was very disappointing and needs significant maintenance.

Beautiful Villa with swimming pool, beach right below is very nice, house is spacious with 2 bathrooms and private parking.

We had a problem with WiFi for all the holiday that the manager helped us to manage somehow but it was quite disappointing as it was supposed to be working to run a few important meetings.

Είναι σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Έχει θέα θάλασσα. Άνετο διαμέρισμα για 4 άτομα με 2 υπνοδωμάτια με δικό τους μπάνιο. Άνετο σαλόνι και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Δωρεάν προϊόντα περιποίησης στο μπάνιο και παντόφλες. Έξτρα προνόμιο το μπαράκι από κάτω με ξαπλώστρες και πολύ καλό καφέ και πρωινά.

Έχει υγρασία σε όλο το νησί και αυτό το επηρεάζει.

The location was convenient and there was a little beach nearby. Bed was comfortable.

The shower space was minuscule and open so the entire bathroom was flooded every time we had a shower. The double room was very cramped. There was no wifi for our entire stay even though it was advertised as having wifi. We complained several times but were told the wifi didn’t work because ‘of the mountains’. In that case the accommodation should not claim to offer wifi.

τέλειο θεα μπλκονι όλα ..η πολυτελη σουιτα και το τζακουζι υπερανω κριτικης 11 βαθμολογια εαν υπηρχε σε σχεση με την τιμη . μας υποδεχτηκε πολυ ζεστα και ανθρωπινα ιδιοκτητρια και μας εδωσε 2 κρασια απιστετο και εχει επιμεληθει παραπολλες λεπτομερεις μεσα στο σπιτι ...ισως απο τα 2 καλύτερα που εχουμε παει ολα τα χρόνια .....θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα

Excellent villa with wonderful own pool. The house was cleaned up every other day or as needed. Awesome little beach just invfront of the facilities with a beach bar. Very good communication with the receptionists via whats-app and immediate response to the minor things that came up.

The wifi internet at our villa was unstable during our whole stay. It was in the process of being fixed/upgraded but it was not finished while we were there.

We had an amazing time here. The beach with its crystal blue water and the beach bar were so beautiful and the staff so helpful and just wanted us to have a great time. Virginia (manager) was always there to advise and organise. location excellent,

Location was excellent. Being about to walk across the road and jump in the magnificent sea was heaven.

Typical of euro accom the bathrooms were very small and pokey.

The accommodation was very clean and the staff were helpful.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία!!! Η θάλασσα στα πόδια μας!!!

Θα ήθελα να αλλάζουν τα σκουπίδια του μπάνιου. Πολύ μικρά καλαθάκια για δωμάτιο που φιλοξενεί πέντε άτομα. Επίσης σε αυτήν την τιμή της διαμονής θα ήταν όμορφο να περιλαμβάνει πρωινό. Θα εκτιμούσαμε ιδιαίτερα αν μας προσέφεραν ένα welcome drink στο μπαρ όσο περιμέναμε να ετοιμαστεί το δωμάτιο κ όχι να πρέπει να παραγγείλουμε, όταν δίνουμε τόσα χρήματα για κάθε βράδυ διαμονής.

The location is great and the 2 bed and 2 bathroom apartment was perfect for our family with teenagers. The local beach and beach bar were lovely. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well.

The kitchen was a little under catered for, no plug / bowl in the sink made washing up a challenge. It was fine for us as we only prepared simple yogurt breakfasts and salad lunches. There is no access to evening meals at the beach bar, you need a taxi or car to one of the towns/ harbours ( which are lovely) but you can’t walk.

The beachfront location is simply outstanding, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The beach bar is fantastic and adds so much to the relaxed holiday atmosphere. A very special thank you goes to Virginia, the manager. She runs the property with professionalism, genuine care, and a warm heart. She was always available, went above and beyond to help with every request, and solved every issue that came up. We especially appreciated her help arranging taxis on several occasions, which made our stay so much easier. The location is also perfect for visiting nearby Gaios and Loggos while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing setting. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional holiday in Paxos. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

View was beautiful, the beach and bar is great. Near to the port too.

The bathroom is far too small and dirty with some damages . The checking in is too late, 6pm, to have shower and get into town. They didn’t reply when I emailed to extend the stay, twice, or after I called .

The location of this accommodation is incredible, among the best in Paxos. You have maximum comfort right next to a gorgeous beach.

Fantastic location and it has a beautiful beach. Virginia who runs it is so so helpful and did everything she could to help us enjoy our stay. It’s close to town, has beautiful views and was very clean and comfortable.

Virginia was amazing. She was so welcoming and helpful connecting us with boat tours, recommendations, etc. She made the stay extra special. The cafe staff at the beach were also very lovely, making delicious coffees in the AM.

The property was amazing and having our own private pool with a stunning view was sensational. The beach was right across the road with a little beach club Virginia was absolutely amazing! She took care of us as if we were family. She organised our car hire and boat hire, and even allowed us to stay until it was time for our ferry, which made our trip so much easier. She is such a warm, welcoming, and wonderful person who truly went above and beyond. Her kindness and hospitality took our stay to the next level, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We can't wait to come back. Thank you, Virginia to you and everyone else there for making our stay so memorable!

We loved the amazing sea views from our patio area, the pool, the access to the lovely cove beside us and how clean and lovely the villa was . The manager Virginia was so welcoming and efficient and she was always on hand to help with queries and recommendations and taxis.

We stayed at anassa mare for four nights and Virginia could not have been more helpful ,arranging transport and advice on places to visit, our apartment had fantastic views and was spotlessly clean . a great experience, very relaxing.

Virginia, the manager, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including upgrading us to a pool villa, arranging complimentary fruit and bottled water, and assisting us with any requests whenever possible. Her attentiveness and genuine hospitality made a positive difference to our experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, providing convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and amenities. Having a pool also made our stay much more pleasant, offering a relaxing space to unwind and escape the heat after a day of exploring.

We found the beds to be quite uncomfortable, as the mattresses felt very firm and somewhat lumpy, which affected the quality of our sleep. With some updates to the bedding, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

Struttura bellissima situata vicinissimo a Gaios, sopra una caletta stupenda attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni bar. Le ville sono ampie, attrezzate e pulite (le piscine pulitissime). Però sono su due livelli che vengono fittati anche separatamente : quello al piano terra che ha 3 camere (una però ha i finestroni alti e bagno cieco) e tre bagni con la piscina e quello superiore che ha due camere e la vasca idromassaggio. Virginia, che la gestisce è davvero molto disponibile.

Peccato manchi un pò di manutenzione e che il piano terra della villa più bassa sia molto umida (ma questo credo sia dovuto anche all'inizio del caldo che fa si che le pareti si asciughino e caccino umidità) per cui si sente un odore non proprio gradevole ma considerando la bellezza del posto è cosa assolutamente trascurabile.
