Everything, its an amazing resort which we hired exclusively for my daughters wedding and the staff just couldn't do enough for all of us and our guests

El hotel rural en general estaba bien y el entorno era agradable, pero la experiencia quedó empañada por un problema importante: la habitación no tenía agua caliente. Durante la incidencia no se nos ofreció ninguna solución inmediata ni alternativa por parte del personal. Solo al día siguiente, tras reclamar nuevamente en recepción y después de que personal de mantenimiento comprobara que la tubería del agua caliente no funcionaba, nos permitieron ducharnos en otra habitación. Además, puse una reclamación por escrito hace más de un mes y, pese a haber enviado también un email solicitando respuesta, sigo sin recibir ninguna contestación. Una situación bastante decepcionante por la falta de atención, gestión del problema, ausencia de respuesta y responsabilidad.

Repetimos por segunda vez y todo maravilloso de nuevo. El hotel es super tranquilo y precioso, todo para relajarte y pasar unos dias de desconexión en Ibiza, la ubicación es genial y está cerca del centro pero en un ambiente tranquilo. El servicio es maravilloso y atento, tanto la gente de recepción como de restaurante, piscina etc. Volveremos seguro el año que viene ya que no solo el hotel nos gusta sino que el trato ha sido genial.

Das Hotel Rural Xereca war einfach nur wunderbar! Der Service ist erstklassig und das Essen wirklich atemberaubend, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen haben wir mit am Besten auf ganz Ibiza gegessen! Das Hotel liegt ganz nah an Ibiza Stadt mit dem Auto, dennoch ist des dort so ruhig und wahnsinnig entspannend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, mit einigen kleineren Abstrichen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Zimmerreinigung – diese war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Alles war stets sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Handtücher angenehm flauschig und das Bett groß sowie sehr gemütlich, sodass wir uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Ein kleiner Nachteil der Zimmer ist allerdings die Hellhörigkeit. Man konnte Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich wahrnehmen, was teilweise etwas störend war. Das Frühstück hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Auswahl war groß, vielfältig und bot auch viele gesunde Optionen. Allerdings gab es beim Service gelegentlich Schwierigkeiten – Bestellungen wurden teilweise vergessen, was den Ablauf etwas getrübt hat. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts der Whirlpool defekt, sodass wir diesen gar nicht nutzen konnten. Zudem empfanden wir den Service nicht immer als besonders freundlich. Wir waren über die Osterferien im Hotel und es waren sehr viele Familien mit Kindern vor Ort. Obwohl wir selbst mit unserer zehnjährigen Tochter gereist sind, die sehr ruhig ist, empfanden wir insbesondere jüngere Kinder teilweise als sehr laut. Vor allem beim Frühstück war die Geräuschkulisse entsprechend hoch. Unser Eindruck ist, dass das Hotel insgesamt nicht optimal auf Kinder ausgerichtet ist. Zusammenfassend ein gutes Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern und tollem Frühstück, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial beim Service und in einigen organisatorischen Punkten.

El hotel es precioso. Su entorno tranquilo y rural. la habitación muy espaciosa, la cama era enorme y muy cómoda. El personal atento y amable. Nos sorprendió la comida del restaurante, estaba todo exquisito y muy elaborado.

Great location, beautiful hotel but the biggest negative is the lack of staff around the pool. Could maybe offer more daytime food options during the day. This is our second stay and I will be returning 👌🏼👌🏼❤️

É uma fazenda muito bonita, perto do centrinho mas com conforto e calmaria. Staff bem prestativo. Academia e sauna bem legais.

Wir haben uns ab Sekunde 1 wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich und das Hotel eine wahre Wohlfühloase!

A really stunning oasis with beautiful gardens and pool, and a safari style tent for breakfast. You don’t believe you’re just a 10 minute drive to Ibiza town; this property is so secluded and relaxed feeling. A special shout out to Mariela for being so friendly and making such a big effort for us travelling with a baby!

Lots of mosquitoes but that is no fault of the property!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Viel Platz in Restaurant und am Pool. Hotelpersonal sehr zuvorkommend, vor allem im Restaurant. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Unbedingt das Abendessen im Restaurant ausprobieren. Das Essen ist fantastisch! Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Bardzo ładne miejsce a zwłaszcza ogród. Świeże i smaczne śniadanie - bardzo różnorodne Obsługa miła i szybka Gym, jacuzi i sauna w plenerze = super!

Jak na 5-gwiazek to trochę brakuje jakości i czystości. Materiały użyte i jakość wykonania nie najlepsza. Z czystością w łazience też słabo. Kiepska wentylacja = zatęchłe powietrze i grzyb pod prysznicem...

Was quiet and quite relaxing

Food selection wasn't good and food drinks over priced also no service at the pool till midday.

The grounds were breathtaking and so peaceful. But most of all, the staff was amazing, friendly and professional and always looking to help. Special mention to the Manager Eider ! We will go back for sure !

El hotel en general es precioso, la carpa donde se desayuna al aire libre es súper bonita,, muy relajante. Las chicas de recepción ideales, te ayudan en todos los planes. Volveré seguro.

Very closed to airport. Breakfast is great and view is beautiful! I had one of my best massage there！

The hotel is very very small and As a five star hotel, this hotel’s staff is constantly not on site to serve customers. Room’s bed frame is bigger than the bed and making it very easy to bump into it. Light bulb doesn’t work in the room and they couldn’t change it. Room in the night is very dark.

El hotel es espectacular, un oasis de calma para quienes buscan tranquilidad y sentirse retirados y relajados pero cerca de la ciudad. Las zonas comunes del hotel son maravillosas, en la naturaleza y realmente te sientes desconectado. Nos ha encantado y hemos pasado unos dias de desconexión buenísimos. Lo recomendaría a cualquier conocido y seguramente volveremos otro año a este mismo hotel. El desayuno bueno y completo. La zona de la piscina, gimnasio y tal también super comoda y genial. Disfrutamos enormemente la ducha exterior de la habitación, todo un puntazo.

Por decir algo diría que los colchones pueden ser algo más cómodos. Y en nuestra habitación en concreto había momentos en los que venía un poco de olor a tubería, pero nada que no fuera soportable o que nos amargase la estancia. Otro punto a mejorar es el tema de las almohadas pero esto ya va un poco a gusto personal, eran todas de plumas y se quedan muy aplastadas, para un hotel de cinco estrellas un catalogo de almohadas diferentes habría sido algo que no habría sobrado, pero como digo, es algo personal.

This was my 2nd time staying here and I absolutely love it. It's so quiet and peaceful, the facilities are incredible - pool, outdoor gym and spa. I didn't rate the restaurant last time I stayed here so never ate there this time. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and I love the big bath and the outdoor patio area.

I am surprised for this level of place and price that both mornings there were no towels by the pool. I had to message reception to get some and this morning they didn't brign any out until after 11am while there were quite a few people also laying by the pool. Also the spa is supposed to be open from 10am. I went to use the sauna at 10:45am and it was still locked. So unfortunately I couldn't use it before checking out. For this price they really should make their facilities available and set up as they say it is. That was very disappointing.

Amazing! Staff are fantastic, super friendly and go the extra mile. The resort itself is incredible, very special. Awa yoga is also a beautiful experience for those into yoga and on a spiritual journal. Can’t wait to come back!

I was very happy with the free upgrade to the most incredible room with cute little garden, outdoor patio & seating, huge bathtub and outdoor shower. The room was huge, bed comfortable and so nice to wake up to the birds chirping and total peach and quiet. The outdoor gym, pool area and spa facilities were top notch.

I loved everything - the only thing I would say needs improving is the service at the pool and restaurant was not 5 star at all. Would expect more. Also the restaurant menu is very meat heavy - not great for vegetarians.
