Reviewed Aug 8, 2026the hotel is very clean and organized. i believe my room was cleaned multiple times a day. the staff were very kind and spoke english. the other guests were mindful of each other's space and rest. Great location, provided a towel and amenities. The cubicle is spacious and locker room is provided alongside space for luggage.
I had issues with the wifi and spoke to staff. Apparently my floor was the only not working. He provided a solution and I tried to explain that even so it did not work either however he didn't try to help further then his knowledge or ask if things were better the next day. in light of that, i did't have wifi in my room for the remaining days of my stay. Shower would change temperature suddenly and I had to readjust sometimes. Not a major issue however just something to keep in mind

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Comfortable stay. Staff were all friendly and could cope with my non-existent Japanese. Bed was fine. Lockers were a good size. Air-con worked and was appreciated. Kitchen was limited but there's a refrigerator so you can keep things cold. Plenty of showers. Short walk to Asakusa and Skytree. Surprisingly quiet part of the city. Would stay again.
The wifi was a little flaky. Dryers in the laundry were a bit lacking in oomph. Took me a couple of days to work out the shower temperature, lol.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026浅草駅から比較的わかりやすい 近所に美味しい惣菜屋さんや塩パンのお店がある バスタオルとフェイスタオルが付いている 鍵付きロッカーが海外旅行に行くくらい大きなものでも入りそう シャンプー、コンディショナー。ボディソープ、ドライヤー完備 冷蔵庫やレンジ、トースター、ちょっとした料理もできそう 洗濯機やレンタサイクルもある
宿が良くないわけではないが、夜は静かだったが、早朝から荷造りする人がいて、目が覚めてしまった スリッパや歯ブラシは持参した方がよい

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Facilities wise, this place had everything. Laundry, kitchen, fridge, and even a bathtub - something I didn't expect to find in a dorm room stay. I liked the way the female dorm floor was set up there was more than enough showers, toilets, and sinks for the girls to get ready and do skincare. Loved the staff here, especially the older gentleman who did the night shift during my stay - he was very patient in dealing with my questions. From Narita airport, you can access this place via SkyAccess without any transfers which is great when you have a lot of luggages.
The bed space was fine length-wise, though I did hit the walls sometimes just by stretching my arms. Staying on the top bunk would be difficult since the ladder is made of metal - which can get noisy as it hits against the bottom bunk. Location wise, this is a far walk to the station considering there are closer places where you can stay. There were two nearby stations, take Honjo-asumbashi if you're arriving/leaving with luggage because theres an exit with the elevator. The walk to Asakusa station is beautiful, and is near the Sensoji Temple which is amazing at night - so it has its advantages too.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026I stayed here before and came back because my previous experience was really positive. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and always available 24 hours, which is a huge plus for a hostel. They also let you leave your baggage before check-in and after check-out, which made things very convenient. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the capsules had a good temperature when the air conditioning was on. Overall, the staff really makes an effort and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, this stay didn’t fully match my experience from last time in terms of cleanliness. In front of the storage area there were socks left on the floor, and in the women’s bathroom I noticed visible stains on the door, which felt unhygienic. The bathrooms also felt quite humid and wet on the floor mats, and overall less fresh than expected. Another big issue was noise at night and early morning. People in the same room were extremely loud after arriving around 1 a.m., and again very early in the morning with luggage and talking. The air conditioning was even turned off during the night, which made the capsules too warm, and there didn’t seem to be much consideration for others sharing the space. It felt like house rules around quietness and shared respect weren’t always enforced, which really affected the sleep quality. Also, there was a lack of free basic amenities. Almost everything costs extra, which felt a bit much. Even slippers for the shared areas have to be paid for, while guests are required to take off their shoes. Towels are included, but beyond that, there was nothing.

静かな部屋希望だったが、扉が薄かったせいか夜中に共有スペースの洗面所でドライヤーを使う音がとてもうるさかった。1階のシャワーを使用したが、使用方法に問題があったのかは分からないがお湯が出なかった。

There is so much dust under the beds. Also they had no luggage shipment service. Overall the staff was nice but the first day, the person at the reception barely explained anything and then vanished.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026I stayed in this hostel twice, when I arrived in Tokyo and when I was leaving. I liked the vibes of the hostel. It’s very welcoming. The Nepali girl (sorry, I didn’t ask your name) is kind and makes people feel relaxed in the common area. There’s a small kitchen, which is a big plus. The neighbourhood is very calm and it’s quite close to Asakusa and Skytree.
The cleanliness could be improved, especially floors, under beds and showers. There was an Indian guy who checked in late and woke me up speaking on the phone at 4 am in the dorm, and I had to ask him to be quiet. In this case, It’d be better to ask people who check in late to behave appropriately in the dorm. I assume Japanese would know that, but foreigners often don’t.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Loved the view of the tower, it was tucked away but still close enough to have an enjoyable walk to Asakusa station. Staff was so nice. Large lockers for our stuff - probably the largest I've seen in a hostel. Showers are only on the first floor, but they do have an area outside the shower to stand and out stuff and change.
We got shushed for even just being on the phone outside, it was very hush hush. Not great for socialization, everyone kept to themselves. The rooftop bar was closed the whole time too.

我同時訂購兩個床位，卻被安排住在不同房間不同樓層 3樓的床位有置物架跟掛勾，4樓的床位什麼都沒有，充電插座只有一個 上下舖床位在同一個隔間裡，所以可以很清楚聽到上下舖室友的聲音 上舖的人動作比較大的話，下鋪的人會非常明顯感受到翻身或身體抖動的共振 房間使用推拉門，但門的滑動聲音非常大 淋浴間要到1樓使用，由所有住客共用5間淋浴間，如果運氣不好要稍微排隊一下

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Tout simplement parfait pour un passage à tokyo, si je reviens dans le coin je passerai dans ce logement pour sûr, le personnel est sympa et utile, les équipements sont très fonctionnels les lits très confortables et la localisation est juste nickel à 5 minutes de la Skytree et d’une station de métro… Sans parler du prix très raisonnable, asakusa est je pense le meilleur endroit pour dormir !

There was a strange sour metallic odor in the bedroom, which bothered me. It’s not the hostels fault because I smell it everywhere throughout Tokyo, but the staff could’ve sprayed a pleasant scent to cover it up.

Reviewed May 10, 2026ベッドがふかふかでよかった。 1階の共用スペースでキャラメルマキアートを飲み、コンビニで買ったパンを食べた。キャラメルマキアートが甘くて美味しい。300円で飲めて、サクッと飲みたいなと思うときによかった。 共用スペースは狭すぎず、お互い適度な距離感を保てるくらいの空間の広さでよかった。
Wifiがめちゃくちゃ弱かった。接続が遅すぎたのでWifiの利用は諦めた。 少しシャワー室が不衛生かも。シャワー室の鏡に錆がついていた。 宿泊料金を鑑みると妥当ではある。
