I think they should have a more variate breakfast , I would gladly pay 2-50 thousand more per day to have a better breakfast

Classic Beach Villas is located half way along the first main strip with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute walk. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the old style Bungalows are amazing for the price. We loved this place so much from our initial 10 day stay in June that we returned in August for another 5 days.

Lovely pool to relax by during the day. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff were happy to look after my bag after checkout which was lovely of them. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder à un supermarché à pied où se trouve un distributeur, au commerce de la rue principale ainsi qu'à la plage. La totalité du personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute. Nous avons pu acheter du sel au petit couple qui le fabriquaient, collé à l'hôtel 50.000rp. La piscine était très bien entretenu. En couple ou en famille cet endroit est parfait. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir

Dans l'ensemble nous avons adoré, mais on sent que l'hôtel est vieillissant, il aurait besoin d'un peu plus d'entretien pour les salles de bain. La pression de l'eau, l'eau chaude, et les remontées de canalisation des toilettes.

Hôtel au bord de mer et rue commerçante. Les bungalows sont simples et literie bien. Petit déjeuner suffisant pour nous. Le vrai plus c'est la plage avec de bons warung.

Fourmis rouge dans les arbres près de la piscine. Transat abîmé. Prenez les boules quies, rue bruyante par la circulation et chants des coqs en concert😉

Emplacement idéal sur la plage. Bungalows faits entièrement de recyclage, mais ds un environnement agréable et ombragé. Lit sur la terrasse tres agréable pour la sieste

Very good location, nice helpful staff. It is authentic Bali feeling with direct access to the beach. They serve good breakfast. Neighbor Waring Segara has good food for lunch/dinner.

The things I liked about Classic Beach are as follows; the staff are sooo beautiful, friendly, helpful and playful. When I arrived I found I had booked the wrong dates 🤪 The kind and accomodating staff went out of their way to juggle, find me a room and ensure my comfort. Thank you all The bungalows are situated right on the beach, with a pool between rooms and beach. One of the most beautiful aspects is the ongoing traditional inter generational ‘salt farming’ that occurs right in front of the bungalows ♥️ You can take the time to chat to the older couple who spend their days preparing the salt, they will explain the process. Staying at Classic Beach was like the Bali of previous times for me, with some modern comforts eg air con 🙏 I am so very grateful. The location is also fabulous - central and within walking distance to many eating options. They can also arrange a scooter if wanted. Such a beautiful and joyous time. Thank you all ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

As always a great stay. The bungalows are exactly as pictured and beautifully decked out. The staff are so sweet and will accommodate anything you need. The location is perfectly centred in the heart of Amed. You can easily walk anywhere with lots of places to eat and drink especially if you don't want to risk driving a scooter without insurance. I love coming back here. Great bar next door with amazing views of Mt Agung at sunset. Look after my ginger girl cat ❤️

Beach front, wasn’t hard to find

Non smoking rooms just means that they take away the ash tray, bed wasn’t comfortable and no blanket only a sheet, toilet seat was broken and no bidet spray, hot water running out quickly , and termite damage everywhere, no soap for the shower!

Pool was good

Needs new showers with good water pressure and hot water. Tea and coffee making facilities need to be in rooms.

It would be a great place for younger backpackers etc. Unfortunately not quite what I was expecting. Family were at another place so we decided to join them and not stay here.

Premier séjour en 2019, nous avons retrouver la même ambiance, calme, déco avec des matériaux de récup ça donne un coté robinson, les bungalows sont grand, literie confortable et confort bien suffisant pour un séjour à Bali, on viens pas pour rester dans une chambre, le second lit en extérieure sur la terrasse pour flemmarder un peu, top. La piscine a débordement juste face à la mer, la plage à 30 mètres au plus, les petits Warung juste à coté sur la plage. Quoi demander de plus avec un personnel et des gens en toujours gentil et serviable.

Un petit bémol, mais pas bien grave, les transats ont bien vécu et demanderaient à être remplacés. Rien de plus pour nous.

Just the location in front of the beach

Definitely not a hotel I could recommend. It’s extremely overpriced for what it offers. There is absolutely no sense of cleanliness. The toilet and bathroom sink looked filthy — it honestly feels like they don’t know cleaning products exist. The pool area, where they also have what they call the kitchen and breakfast service, looks awful: dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained. The breakfast itself was very poor, and honestly the overall hygiene made it unappealing to even eat there. They don’t even offer bottled water for guests’ convenience. A less important but still noticeable detail: they use vodka bottles as light fixtures. Such a shame in Bali, a place so recognized for its beautiful lighting design and aesthetics. Overall, everything gives off a careless and neglected vibe.

Location, Location !! on the Beach! With good warungs just right next door on the beach. Small pool is big enough. Daybed on Balcony is very lovely if you just want to chill and read a Book. Garden is super cute. Bungalows are made from old Scrap and Boat Wood. Third time I have stayed here and will stay again. We asked the staff for Scooter hire and 7 min later there were 2 shiny new-ish scooters. Brilliant. "Lahangan Sweet" Is a very nice place in the mountains with amazing look outs. Beautiful ride to it too. Massage and coffee shops and 'Indomaret' 5 min Walk.

Moyen pour l'aménagement de la chambre, pas de penderie, pas de frigo. Salle de bain murs en bois avec toiles d'araignées. Les draps tachés. Le personnel par rapport à tous les homestay que nous avons fait n'étaient pas gracieux. Pas un sourire! Dommage car très bien placé avec piscine vue sur la mer.

Great place to stay, set in a lush garden. The beds and villas are large and comfortable. The villas are made from recycled fishing boat material which adds to the atmosphere. Great quiet location and close to shops and restaurants.

It’s a little bit hard to find. It’s off the main Rd on a dirt Rd with other accommodation entrances.

Nous avons dû arriver plus tard a cause de l annulation de vol de notre premier vol et la situation au Moyen Orient, et alors que nous avons pris des nuits supplémentaires pour rester sur place, l établissement n a pas voulu faire un geste ou nous rembourser les premières nuits...dommage

The location is amazing. Right on the beach and walking distance to little supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The pool was nice too.

The door of my room couldn't be locked from the inside, which made me feel a little uncomfortable in the night. Considering its just a wooden door it would be easy to fix before anyone would check in. I feel safe enough in bali not to make a big deal out of it but I can image other people not wanting to sleep in a room that doesnt lock, especially with kids.

Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Bungalows im rustikalen Stil. Die Lage ist gut , sehr zentral für Amed. Sehr gemütlich mit dem Bett auf der Veranda. Das Personal ist nett und sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück ist gut. Kaffee, Obst, Toast und Omlett.

Läget är bra. Flera bra restaurang på stranden precis nedanför hotellet.

Bungalowerna är mörka och fuktiga inuti. De fönster som fanns i min stuga satt för högt upp för att släppa in ljus. Jag gillar att allt är byggt av återvunnet material, men det gör tyvärr att det mesta är snett och passar ihop dåligt. Lite ljus färg på väggarna hade underlättat. Otroligt lyhört. Man vaknar tidigt varje morgon när personal börjar sopa gångarna mellan bungalowerna. Poolen skulle kunna vara fin men känns lite ofräsch på grund av färgen på vattnet. Det finns solstolar men de flesta är trasiga. Efter första natten övervägde jag att byta hotell till grannhotellet men orkade helt ärligt inte packa ihop mina saker igen. Jag är inte särskilt petig, men detta hotell skulle jag inte återvända till.

- The bathroom smells really bad - The blanket is really thin - The worst is the breakfast. They only served the same breakfast which are omelette and pancake only.

Beach Access

I'm sorry to say that this was not a good experience. The property was unaware of my booking or and needed to 'find' a place. The room that I booked and paid for was already occupied. The was a constant noise from the water pump that was very high pitched and distracting.

Beautiful villa with great porch and outdoor area for relaxing. Central location. Lovely staff.

Access to beach

The noise from the surrounding villa's guests, and mainly from the road nearby (we could have better checked in advance). Sewage smell in bathroom room, also another guest from villa next door told us the same. Cockroaches too.

L'état de propreté du logement n'était pas au rendez-vous. Pas d'eau chaude, des tâches de sang dans la salle de bain, un doute sur le fait que les draps étaient propres, cafard dans le logement. Extérieur à revoir après la piscine.

Nothing glad to leave

Classic beach villas could be a lovely accommodation, but they were not very accommodating. The place needs a really good clean, and staff are not interested in anything apart from being on their phones ALL day. Policy said daily house keeping but not once did they do anything, no pets yet a family brought their dog and terrorised the local animals, no toiletries as stated and I asked them about my shower that didn't work yet again nothing done. This would be one place I would never return to yet could have so much potential

This accommodation felt very authentic Bali style and it is nestled amongst the trees with beach front access. Breakfast was nice and we could just walk to the well priced restaurant next door for any other meals.

I loved my stay here very much. Gede and his staff are always very welcoming smiling and helpful. Each room has a fridge, a huge bathroom, a great bed and the cupboards and drawers are all made of lovely wood and smell nice. The verandah of the room is excellent too as there is a bed for relaxing and a table for eating and drinking all set amongst a beautiful garden. Breakfast was included - eggs, toast, fruit salad and coffee. The pool was refreshing and as it is located on the beach you can have a swim in the sea whenever you like. There is also a fantastic Warung located on the beach, run by a friendly family. I met two nice local drivers called Gus Man and Yum Yum!!

Je déconseille d’y aller en saison des pluies car ça fait un peu déprimer. La piscine est un peu sale et c’est un peu triste l’endroit en lui même. Peut être en pleine saison serait mieux

El hotel tiene salida directa a la playa desde dónde puedes pasear, ver el atardecer y acceder a otros restaurantes/bares locales. La piscina con vistas a la playa es un lujo. La habitación es muy amplia y limpia (aunque nos encontramos algún insecto en la habitación, pero dentro de lo normal por dónde está ubicado el hotel).

Las amacas de la piscina necesitan limpieza y cuidados. El bar de la piscina raramente estaba abierto.

This is our third stay at Classic. We love Gede/ Stefano who always makes us feel so welcome. It is a great location on the beach so unlimited restaurants. The pool is great & you get a lovely breakfast.

A nice rustic hotel on the beach. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Everything - the 3rd stay there - my favourite stay in Bali. Staff are lovely, breaky great, pool outstanding, beach bar simple but fun, absolute beach front and clear water out front. Multiple good restaurants so close on the beach . A stunning sunset location. Snorkel trip picked up out front arranged by staff was amazing.
