Location, comfortable and clean and a great value for the money.

Staff was under trained and a bit curt when I arrived

Breakfast

Front Desk

Very substantial breakfast selections. Fruit, bagels, yogurt, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal and more. Food was quite tasty. Never had to wait more than a minute to make my selections. Room was very nicely laid out for 250 sq/ft. Kitchen had a dishwasher and everything else except an oven. Cleaning service, every other day, was satisfactory.

Not too much. I wish they had a better turn-out at their bar. Always a nice place to meet people. I think if they had and promoted specials, perhaps a lounge performer (and became known for it) more people would go for an after dinner drink or to cap off the night.

Staff efficace Chambres très confortables

Rien. Un peu loin de Laguna beach

The room was great. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and the water was hot!

Todo muy bueno para volver a ir, ubicación, desayuno, comodidades

Tranquilo y cerca de las playas

Decía estacionamiento gratis y lo cobraron en la llegada

Everything was clean and comfortable.

Only a couple of small things. Not complaining, just answering. Body wash in shower was empty. Ran out of fruit at breakfast. Blinds in rooms were all jacked up.

Received a personalized welcome. Kitchen was clean and well equipped to prepare and serve meals for a family on a budget. Beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed all breakfast options and it was delicious.

Bathroom vent was dirty /clogged with dust lint. Bathroom showed signs of poor ventilation on wall. Room showed mild signs of detailed cleaning neglect on doors, walls.

Breakfast was OK, I was expecting a lot better for the Hilton Hotel, i.e. fresh juice and more options for breakfast, but overall, if you stay a couple of days, it's good enough

The area was very nice and close to good restaurants, supermarkets and shopping too

Die Lage

Das Frühstück

Easy access to surrounding areas

They double charged me for parking and I can't get them to reverse two days of parking excess

Dog friendly and location

Nothing

Clean, inviting, & helpful staff.

The breakfast all three nights was served at room temperature, even the breakfast sausage. Every morning, the coffee was not hot. They would bring out a new pot of coffee and it still would not be hot… I don’t know if they let it sit in the kitchen before they brought it out??

The property was amazing it had a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere

Location

Rooms not checked by housekeeping and moved 3 times after a 15 hour flight.Ended up missing dinner as too late. Threatened parking ticket although staff on check in said she had seen to it. Confused by parking. Waived price in the end. Didn’t see notices outside as arrived in dark. Staff could have explained better.

There was easy access to where ever I needed to go and or do.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The breakfast was good

I got overcharged by $100/day until I brought it up to the manager and the reduced the room rate per my "booking" reservation

Parking costs extra $15 per day. A suburb hotel should be provide free parking.

Im Frühstücksraum liefen während der Frühstückszeit 6 Trockner wegen eines Wasserschadens. Angenehm ist anders für den Preis. Keine Entschuldigung des maulfaulen Personals.

The property is on a beauty place where there’s a lot of shopping and close to a lot of things.

When I arrived I could barely hear the concierge person. They only had two carts to carry luggage into your room which both were not available. When we entered our room, the toilet was not working, the shower was out of shower gel and the parking was a whole entire issue. You have to pay $16 for parking, not only did I have to pay but when I can back after my event around 11pm there was absolutely no parking at the facility and they made me park at a parking garage and I had to walk from there. The concierge at night was dismissive and annoyed. I can’t believe a hotel charges for you to park when there is no parking available.

the bed and pillows , breakfast is convenient

Bar closes early

everything was great!

Towel delivery

The location it is very esclusive

The parking garage cold be a few blocks away from the hotel

Great location, nice and clean

Nothing for now

Convenient to stores and restaurants- and clean

Parking was tight

Clean. All staff wonderful. Breakfast was good Location terrific for us.

I can’t think of anything that wasn’t at least very good

good breakfast

Nice room, continent location

Cold coffee, paid the same amount for my dog as I paid for the room, and there was no green space for her to do her business

loved the chia pudding, room was lovely. Staff was friendly and accomodating/

Paying for parking

Nice location and the suits are well designed.

Checking in person talk very fast. We ask him to repeat everything twice. The bed has some hair.

The Staff was amazing (Front Desk) Location Location Location.

The Bathroom was not clean specially the shower/Bath had hairs from prior guests. Shampoo and Body wash empty. Breakfast was not good i understand was complementary but they can do better. Hashbrowns old and hard, eggs cold, oatmeal empty.

The facility was great, the staff amazing, clean, accommodating and the coffee bar a great touch.

Disappointed in the selection of breakfast foods. We stayed last year and there was more of a variety. The bar was not open during our stay on a Saturday evening.

Clean, safe, good location for us.

I was you had EV charging in your parking lot. Especially Tesla superchargers. Also, I don’t think you should charge extra for parking.

paying for parking

We like the location and the breakfast. The scones were delicious. The cleaning staff were so lovely.

The laundry didn’t have proper directions with payment for the dryer.

Staff friendly and will take care of you. Big rooms equipped with everything you need. Location also good.

Breakfast is fine but limited comparing to other hotels I stayed in before, especially for Hilton hotels, I would expect more! I got only 2 bottles of water on the day I arrived. I was hoping to find more in my room as I used to.

Nice place!!!

1st time at this hotel. We found it to be very accommodating from the hotel staff to the spacious hotel room and breakfast. We loved the attention to detail in our room, truly a pleasure to stay 2 nights for a quiet getaway trip. I would stay again. .

it was a nice stay

The room was very clean and nice! It was a pleasant stay overall. I enjoyed the coffee and breakfast as well.

Very clean, comfortable, conveniently located, reasonably priced.

Very functional with everything you need for a very enjoyable and inexpensive experience.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Nice place to stay . Good size rooms . Will definitely comeback to this place.

Rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. Hotels needs some updates. Carpet throughout the property is dated.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and plenty of room amenities to be comfortable.

It was a nice property. Well maintained and the staff were all very nice. Having such a large bed was nice and for the most part the room was clean.

The shower had a few small black hairs and there was an interesting smell when you walked in. Breakfast was decent. The eggs were NOT good though.

The room was very spacious and was a perfect fit for my family! It was comfortable and very clean. We will definitely stay again!

This Hilton is always consistent!!! The front desk staff is welcoming!!

I liked that they had capacity for family of 6

the room set up, bathroom

Breakfast was OK. Parking is expensive on Wi-Fi. Wasn’t that great

Totally surprised and how lovely the rooms were. Room felt like a suite. Pretty decor. Quiet. Kitchen stocked with plates, cups, paper towels etc.

.

We loved it!

Clean and quiet

The body wash was empty and when I texted a staff member, no one came to fill it. Those “let us know if you need anything” must be bots. Definitely make sure the soaps are refilled. Had to use the hand bar soap. Also, I wish the breakfast was a little longer. I like to sleep in but it would be nice if breakfast is until at least 10:30 am.

Overall disappointing staff and service. Cleanliness was also an issue.

It was close to activities and still quiet, beautiful location.

Excellent experience

Good location for Laguna Beach Festival of the Arts.

Rooms very spacious and the location was perfect.

The breakfast. Coffee urns were empty, no spoons or forks, no fruit left. I'll admit I went 20 minutes before it closed up but it was very picked over. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

1. The daily parking fee was an unpleasant surprise. 2. Although staff informed me I only had to request an anti-slip mat for the shower, when i finally did, I was told they had none.
