If you travelling to Kingston This a good one to stay at Everything was close by (Devon house Bob Marley museum the receptionist was nice It was my first in Jamaica he welcomed us very professional

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The room itself came across dusty. I just personally wouldn’t recommend this place.

This was our third time staying at Jasmine Inn. The room given to us, was extremely small and needs a little attention. We love the area and convenience of hotel, but I feel like it is time to upgrade parts of the property. The frig was broken, toilet leaked and tv didn’t work.

Any Events At National Stadium is perfect to book this place your literally across the street from the venue

Great central location safe with easy access to what Kingston has to offer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the place did not have any drinkable water or food available. I was lucky to have friends nearby otherwise I would have been in trouble.

Location ideal with convenient walk to the National Stadium. Ideal for those who want quiet peaceful and secure lodging.

The Hotel was nice for a one night stay. It was just during the convention and it was very noisy. We also had to go far to get something to eat. other then that everything else and the staff was great.

There was a nice breakfast place, about ten minutes walk away. The food there was good. Avoid Popeye’s. It was greasy.

There was no hot water, the TV not working, nothing in room to warm up food or even make some coffee or tea, towels were tired looking

Pictures seen on the Internet/booking.com were somewhat deceiving as the rooms were small compare to what was shown.

I did not have any problems with my stay it was nice and quiet area I did have some plumbing issues but they were able to move me to another room the place is not bad could do with some renovations and provide breakfast or food service in general I had to go elsewhere to eat but overall not a bad stay.

Large room with a very comfortable bed. Refrigerator and microwave on request. Friendly and helpful staff. Good AC as well as a ceiling fan.

The ensuite bathroom was small and rather shabby.

I love the fact that the bathroom is clean, the room had both fan and ac, it’s quiet, peaceful and comfortable.

The only issue was that there wasn’t any internet connection but we i to make it work and it was ok

It was very nice here, you get you own privacy away from other guest. You don't even notice that theu were here.

The facility was fairly contemporary and the location was quiet. My room overlooked the city and this created a wonderful ambiance for my family and I.

I would have liked a microwave in the room and a clothes iron as well. Even so, the absence of these items did not detract from my comfortable stay.

Loved the location and the layout of the building. Plus the options of rooms available. At the last minute we changed to a room on a lower floor. The room we stayed in did not have a table or chair. The bathroom although equipped would benefit from an additional shelf. The tiles are dated and shower taps were missing hot/cold symbols. Mr Wint, absolute diamond!!!!. The team were fantastic and would have received the highest ratings except for the receptionist who was slightly less helpful than her colleagues. Checking in was super quick and easy, which is exactly what you want following a long flight.

It say in the page breakfast was provided but when I’m about to eat my breakfast they said they are no longer giving the breakfast.They will charge extra if you didn’t check out on time.

That the accommodation was clean the staff was very pleasant and helpful all that was needed was explained and shown never needed to enquire also a nice and pleasent location

I had normal stay, I had a late flight, 8pm and I request to stay until evening 5pm but front desk charged me extra 67 USD for hours stay more.

I like everything about the property. I didn't like that there were no hot water.

A perfectly acceptable value-hotel in Kingston for this American business traveler. No desk in the room but I don't tend to require one so no issues there. Neighborhood was safe and the hotel has its own front-gate security guard on site round-the-clock. Front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast was simple and tasty.

I liked that the list of nearby restaurants making deliveries to the hotel was in plain sight at the front desk. We arrived late and hungry.

This was a bad experience. Not a good part of Kingston. In my opinion it is borderline a dangerous area

El hotel brinda los servicios básicos pero de manera excelente. Son muy transparentes con sus cobros y honestos en el trato. Lamentablemente no disfruté del desayuno, pero he escuchado muy buenas cosas de él. Definitivamente volvería con gusto.

Stayed here for one night on my last day on my trip. Location was ok,close to stadium but not much nearby. I walked a bit to a nearby bar for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was dissapointing.The hotel was comfortable overall and if back in Kingston I'd probably stay there again.

Hotel was simple but clean. Had new bathroom fixtures. Location was not so good as it was behind the national stadium. What was disappointing was the continental breakfast which was not continental. I practiclally eat standing. Breakfast was very poor. I felt disappointed. Overall the hotel was clean and had basic options of a normal hotel. Need much improvement at breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Inn. My husband had to be in Kingston for work so we came a few days early and had a vacation as well. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we had a good visit to Jamaica. The hotel is very basic - bed, bathroom, air conditioning, Wifi and TV, but very clean and comfortable. There was a sort of continental breakfast each morning that consisted of fruit, juice, pastry, little sandwiches and sometimes other local treats. There was bottled water available at all times. We always felt very safe here. The local taxi service has a driver that is assigned to this hotel, Tony. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is very close to the National Stadium, the Bob Marley Museum and New Kingston. If my husband has to return to Kingston for work, I'm sure he will stay here again.

Lovely stay just a lot of steps to get inside then more to get to my room. If dropped my passport and a man took it from the hotel and the staff was able to retrieve it. So for that I am grateful. For that reason when I come to Jamaica I will stay there.

Conveniently located to stadium, downtown and new Kingston. Could use a table or dresser and chair in the room. Also lacked enough electrical outlets and lighting on both sides of bed. Staff was attentive. Taxi right there when you needed it.

Our room was perfect for our 2 days at "Champs" in the National Stadium. The staff was helpful, by getting us help with a taxi, storing our luggage after we checked out and with directions. Its a super short walk to the stadium.

Internet was spotty however the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The customer service was wonderful, the place is clean and the breakfast was good.

Stayed one night to facilitate my travel plans. Exactly what I was looking for. Front desk very helpful and friendly. No it's not a five star hotel, but at the same time you are not paying for one either. Very convenient and safe! A detail for improvement was that despite the hotel wasn't full and I arrived at a correct checkin time, after 2pm, when arriving to the room they were still cleaning it! And I believe they got interrupted because of my arrival since they didn't finish things like removing soap bar residue from the shower handle and other small details in the bathroom. Since I was only staying one night I didn't bother calling their attention or make a scene asking for another room,etc. Don't expect much from the free breakfast, it's really basic with coffee/tea,fruits and sweet bread/cookies. I prefer that in order to keep the room rates down. A/C and wifi working great.

The Stay In Jasmine INN is pleasant for me. The place is fully silent and peaceful. The ground staff in hotel where so friendly and help full at any time even in mid of the night. I have enjoyed my stay with Jasmine INN through out. The place is located in center of the Kingston and near by national stadium. Mr Keith & Mr Bobby (Managers) and Mr Walter(One of Director) Was so kindness off course the other staffs like reception assistance, securities and house keeping all of them where so help full during my stay. I had booked for only 2 days in starting but i have extended my stay for almost 3 weeks after seeing the hospitality from the staffs. As my suggestion to traveller who would like to stay in kingston for the Budget this is the best place. This place is 100% safe.

Stayed only one night. I needed a kitchen facilities due to the fact I was here for three weeks,

The hotel was good , housekeeping had a little problem but overall my stay was relaxing.
