Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Comfortable bed, adequate kitchen space. Good sized bathroom. Good location close to public transport.
Basic supplies not refilled appropriately including coffee sachets, dishwashing tablets. Laundry facilities not free to use. Coffee machine in the apartment didn't work properly with mostly water coming out rather than coffee, and the dishwasher also didn't work properly with detergent not dispensed onto the dishes and they would come out dirty and the dishwasher tablet would fall out without having been dissolved.

للأسف عند الحجز ذاكرين امرين غير صحيحه وتدل على عدم المصداقيه الاول توفر إنترنت عالي السرعه وهذا غير صحيح وأثر على عملي بشكل كبير والأمر الثاني انه الشقه مكيفه ولكن الغرفه الماستر غير مكيفه والتكييف فقط في الصاله وغرفة نوم واحده لذا غرفتين بدون تكييف وهذا عكس ما ذكر في الحجز

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026L attenzione e la precisione del sig. Felix dalla prenotazione. A qualsiasi domanda ha sempre risposto in modo preciso e veloce. La casa che era esattamente bellissima come da foto su booking. La posizione in quartiere verde è tranquillo con sotto 2 supermercati (alimentare e non) e un burger king. Lo spruzzino per il bidet. Il fatto che ogni giorno passasse l inserviente delle pulizie a ritirare la pattumiera e dopo 4 giorni di soggiorno ha cambiato le lenzuola, gli asciugamani e pulito cucina e bagni. Il self check in in italiano (a noi la macchinetta si era bloccata e chiamando il numero di assistenza il sig. Felix da remoto ha sistemato tutto in 2 min). L appartamento veramente spazioso, pulito e praticissimo per come è strutturato ( noi eravamo in 5 più il cagnolino e avevamo 3 camere, 2 bagni e un ampia cucina in mezzo senza contare un ampio terrazzo ). I posti auto sotto l appartamento e comodissimi.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto ( veramente difficile) essendo una struttura che ammette i cani avrei previsto una rete lungo la ringhiera del terrazzo. Messa com è un cagnolino di piccola taglia riesce a uscire facilmente ed è pericoloso. Il nostro infatti lo tenevamo in casa quando ci mettevamo sul terrazzo per sicurezza.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Das Ambiente war sehr schön, und wir haben uns in dem kleinen Appartement wohl gefühlt. Für zwei-drei Übernachtungen Ideal. Check in war sehr einfach.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist nicht besonders, aber mit dem Auto ging alles prima. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche hätten mehr sein dürfen. Ein großes Sieb oder Salatschleuder. Aber das ist hier jammern auf höchstem Niveau. Die Grundausstattung ist gut und vorhanden..

Ich hatte alle Informationen vorher bereitgestellt. Firmenadresse mit Hinweis auf Rechnung. Dennoch musste ich alle Informationen nochmal in den Eincheckautomaten eingeben. Es werden Informationen als Pflichteingaben verlangt die privat sind (Mobilfunknr. Email). Es wäre gut alle Informationen min. einen Tag vorher zu erhalten, nicht am Anreisetag. Tip: Informationen zur Kaffeemaschine wäre hilfreich. Die einen haben Filtermaschine, Pads, Kapseln, Balls, … Einfach in die Anzeige mit reinschreiben!

قمت بحجز ثلاث غرف، ولكن كانت الغرفة الأولى والثانية متصلتين ببعضهما ، مما قلل من مستوى الخصوصية بين النزلاء.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Wir waren mit unseren Enkelkindern in der Unterkunft. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder haben sehr gut im Schlafzimmer im großen Bett geschlafen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer haben wir für uns gewählt. Eine Couch ist immer ein Ersatzbett, dennoch haben wir gut geschlafen.
Es gibt nichts, was noch besser hätte sein können.

Щоб заїхати у підземний паркінг, приходиться виходити з автомобіля та відкривати ворота з фізичного ключа, думаю це можна було б організувати більш зручніше. Також мені дуже важливо завжди спати у тихому місці щоб мій сон був повноцінним та ефективним, але у сусідньому номері було дуже шумно, я не міг заснути до 03:00 через шум, хоч і гості знижували рівень музики на моє прохання, але все одно шум дуже заважав мені спати

The balcony door is the only openable window and it didn’t tip. If you want fresh air, it has to be open - which is not secure. 15 minute walk to U and S bahn but it’s a nice neighborhood

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Die Zimmer waren schön groß und es gab genug platzt für eine 4 Köpfige Familie. Den Balkon fanden wir richtig gut. Die Küche ist auch groß genug für eine 4 Köpfige Familie. Super gutes Badezimmer (schön geräumig und genug Platz für eine Familie). Die Betten waren auch bequem. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt unter dem Gebäude ist super.
Die Küche war leider nicht richtig sauber und leider nicht genug besteck und keine richtige Kaffe Tasse oder ähnliches. Die Kissen waren zu groß und unbequem, 40x80 cm Kissen sind viel besser. Schade, dass man vor der Tür nicht kostenfrei parken kann. Rezeption war zwar Ofen aber kaum besetzt. Für ein Unterkunft Außerhalb von City war der preis doch etwas zu hoch.

Die Buchung war irreführend: mir wurde ein "deluxe-zimmer" versprochen, beim Ankommen habe ich aber festgestellt, dass es überhaupt kein deluxe Zimmer in der Kategorie von Mloft gibt, sondern ich schlich und einfach ein normales Business Zimmer bekommen habe. Die Fotos bei booking sind wild zusammengeschmissen, große und kleine Zimmer auf einem Haufen, so dass beim Buchen überhaupt nicht klar wird, welches Zimmer es denn nun ist. Die Klimaanlage hat in der Nacht - obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war - gescheppert: circa alle fünf minuten war ein Geräusch wie von einem Saugrohr zu höhren. Dementsprechend war Schlafen eher schlecht. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist auch nicht gut , direkt an der Hauptstraße, gleich mit einem Penny als Nachbar, was entsprechendes Publikum anzieht. Die Ausstattung war sauber, aber relativ lieblos. Innerhalb des Raumes gibt es kein Radio und der Fernseher war nur mit einem google Chromecast ausgestattet, der nicht funktioniert hat. Ich kann daher die hohen Wertungen nicht verstehen. Für mich keine Empfehlung.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Bellissima soluzione per una famiglia di 4 persone piu' un cane: i due mini appartamenti con ingressi indipendenti e cucina, servizi e terrazza comunicanti, ha consentito di poter vivere momenti di privacy alternati a quelli conviviali. Ambienti pulitissimi, accoglienti e soleggiati Letti comodi. Il personale delle pulizie disponibile e la proprietaria molto gentile. Ci ha omaggiati a Pasqua di un dolce pensiero. Cucina ben attrezzata, check in ed out intuitivo. Buona posizione con sotto supermarket e burger king. Tutto perfetto. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The clean, well kept apartment is also available for longer stay, so it was equipped with all kitchen appliances you need. Nearest supermarket is located in the building, there are several restaurants in the neighbourhood.
One must bear in mind, that the apartment in located about 7km outside the city centre. The easiest way to get to the center is metro, the nearest metro station is located some 800m from the apartment.
