الفندق جيد ولكن الدخول له صعب بسبب التطبيق لم يكن لديناواي فإي لتنزيل التطبيق الأمر الذي صعب دخولنا للفندق في البدايه ولكن الطاقم كان جيد تعاملوا معنا بشكل جيد لهذا اقترح ان يكون على الأقل في بداية الدخول للفندق موظف يشرح ويسهل للنزلاء عملية الدخول

صور الغرفه عند الحجز لم تكن واضحه أو ثلاثية الأبعاد لم يسمح لنا بدخول طفله بالرغم من ان الغرفه ثلاثيه الدخول كان مرتبط بتنزيل تطبيق ووجود إنترنت الأمر صعب بالنسبه للنزلاء المسنين

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage unmittelbar am Bahnhof Engelberg und im Dorf. Einfaches digitales Check-in- und Schlüsselsystem. Trotzdem erfolgte völlig überraschend eine persönliche und freundliche Begrüssung. Das Familienzimmer ist komfortabel, war sauber und enthielt alles Wesentliche.

Etwas laute Nachbarschaft (Restaurant mit Terrasse/Bar) – dafür kann das Hotel jedoch wenig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte für uns leider nicht.

Nice hostel with super nice staff and facilities. In a great location.

The registration in the app and the key in the phone are a bit cumbersome. It worked well on my phone but my wife could not get it working on here phone.

The staff was really friendly and explained everything clearly. There’s a common kitchen that guests can share, and each room has its own fridge — very convenient! The location was perfect for walking around the village and getting to the cable car station to Titlis. Highly recommend this place!

الفندق نظامه حلو وتجربه جديد نظيف تعامل الموظف اللي استقبلنا ممتاز كل شي يتم عن طريق الابلكيشن مالهم فيه كل شي المفتاح و التواصل معاهم عن طريقة بشكل سريع اخذنا غرفة عائلية فيها 8 اسرة و حمامين فيه مطبخين تحت مشتركين للكل و في المطبخ ثلاجة و كبت صغير يقفلون بمفتاح الغرفة خاص لكل غرفة تجربة حلوة تصلح ليومين ثلاثة مكانه بالسنتر ما يحتاج تحرك السيارة كل شي قريب منه عندهم خدمة غسيل الملابس بس ما جربتها وفي عندهم فطور هم ماجربته

لان الفندق فيه نظام تحجز سرير بغرفة مشتركة تأكد عن الحجز انك بتاخذ غرفة خاصة

A new way of travelling for boomers like us. We struggled a bit with checkin but a host helped us directly and guided us around. The shared kitchen was amazing, a social thing with respect for each other. Spacious kitchen with room to sit in and outside. We watched worldcup football with other families in the kitchen (huge television). Hotel is in the center so supermarkets are closeby, public transport is closeby.

The room was not too big, rather small. My husband is 1m94 and the bed was too small. Luckily we had a room for 3 so I could sleep above and he could sleep diagonal in the lower bed. It was summer so light cloths. But I can not imagine this room for 3 persons in winter for skiing.

Sympathique établissement, très bien entretenu et confortable. Personnel agréable. Dommage cependant, qu'il n'y ait pas suffisamment de places de parking gratuites pour les résidents de l'hôtel.

Wir wurden in allen Belangen positiv überrascht. Sehr sauber, super eingerichtete Küche und eine schöne Terrasse um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Top Lage gleich beim Bahnhof und nähe Seilbahn. Abends ruhig.

Good location we didn’t need to use our car we walk to the Titlis , clean, great staff friendly help when we needed. The bar staff were friendly I like the kitchen every thing that I needed was in it, they thought about al. And what was great is that while I cooked I meat people and we had nice conversations that make our stay more warm

Unfortunately, some noisy neighbours (outside) kept us from sleeping.

Tudo! Melhor hostel que já ficamos. O quarto estava extremamente limpo e tinha uma linda vista. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos e a cozinha comunitária é acessível e ótima para quem quer fazer suas refeições sem gastar muito.

The location, Kitchen facilities and the rooms

The beds in all the rooms are kind of bunker beds. Double bed on the lower and a single on top. Since we were not used to such a set up, that's it.. but it's comfortable and the views from the window is mesmerising..

The whole experience was perfect for what is needed. Friendly staff, compfy and clean rooms. The kitchen woth great facilities and the location was next to everything.

It was located right next to the station, and only a small walk away from everything else you need. The room was clean, the staff extremely friendly and all amenities you could need were available. The kitchen was large, clean and had everything we needed, there were even fridges available for storing cold food.

I like most is the view from our room, the view in the dining area, and most especially the dishwasher which is 2 minutes and its done.

Excellent location just next to main station. 8 mins walk to Cable car station to Mt Titlis. Room clean. Shower good. Especially common kitchen with assigned fridge and food storage

אין שירות נקיון אין ארוחת בוקר אין דלפק, הבטיחו לקבוצה שלנו 34 איש !! נקיון ביום השלישי ולא בוצע! ביום הרביעי נעלו את כל הקודים של החדרים בטעות ולא הצליחו להחזיר אז החדרים נשארו ללא נעילה כל הלילה.

The location of the hotel itself is awesome. Its right outside the train station and is walkable distance to all major areas and nature. The room was clean and well maintained, beds comfortable. The overall ambience was so good. I love the way the kitchens and common areas are maintained. The view from the rooms was quite pretty and made the stay even more great. The staff was quite so polite and accomodating. They were kind enough to help us organize our kids birthday cake cutting with us. Overall I enjoyed stating at Grand Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Well located. Kitchen was fantastic and easy access to train station and ski lifts. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great view of the mountains.

Be nice to have a lounge area.

Schoon, alle voorzieningen. Houdt het midden tussen hotel en appartement. Geen vergelijking met een hostel zoals een backpackers overnachtingsplek. GRAND is veel meer dan dat.

De keuken en gemeenschappelijke zitruimte sluit om 2300 uur. Dat is wel wat vroeg. Je zou langer willen kunnen zitten voor lezen, studeren of een spelletje. Zou mogelijk moeten zijn, want geen overlast voor de slaapkamers.

Bei Fragen bekam man sofortige Hilfe, sehr viele gut durchdachte Komfortbereiche, .... Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette im Zimmer getrennt von einander, top ausgestattete Küche mit Schnellspüler, eigener Kühlschrank-Vorratsschrank....

Wir haben eigentlich bei soviel Digitalem (selbst check in, usw ) keine "Persönlichkeit" erwartet, aber wir wurden so nett von Facundo empfangen, dass es uns total überrascht hat. Er stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, persönlich oder via Chat. Die Unterkunft war toll, mit Facundo dann perfekt! DANKE!!!
