The price was really good and located in upscale residential area! The Grab driver told me mostly rich people stays this area! It maybe a guesthouse converted to hotel? There’s no breakfast place and nearest Indomarat about 10mins walk! Yeah the bathroom 🚽 smells sewage and it’s better if they provide floor mat

this used to be a hostel in my opinion but they have converted into a small hotel. there is hardly any bathroom, what they called a bathroom is a cubicle shower very narrow with an oversizing wash basin. very uncomfortable bathroom and smelly. if the hotel is properly renovated, it could be a very nice hotel in a nice area.

I stayed here for a week. The staff is very helpful, friendly and responsive. The location is in the center, close to SCBD, Sudirman and Blok M with a reasonable price. Though it is located in the business areas, W home offers a quiet surrounding, perfect to winding down after a busy day. The room (deluxe) is cleaned and has a comfortable bed and pilow. The wifi connection also was good and fast. The only minus is the bathroom is small. I will definitely come back here.

Nice hotel and great location. This hotel is near to some shopping mall at southern side jakarta. We ordered this hotel twice before and after we travelling to foreign country. Famous restaurant is near from this hotel. I only give 4 stars because i dont like lamp at room is not clear. Great staff and very hospitality

セノパティエリアの外れにあり、レストラン街まで車で5分、徒歩で20分弱、ホテルの周辺は比較的静か。公共の交通からはやや遠い。シックでシンプルな内装。部屋のライトやや暗め。新しくはないが小綺麗にはしている感じ。アメニティーは最小限。高さ1m位の冷蔵庫がある。

Without doubt one of the favorite i stayed my time in Jakarta! Upon arrival i was warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly. Environment extremely comfort, room extremely clean. I had eight great days here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note: this is not a 4/5 -star hotel or so, but atmosphere here is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the all staff who does great job and service here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!.

The place is comfortable , clean , quite , nice and the rooms are neat and clean equipped with amenities . And also I was given a very good service not inferior to other star hotels, the place is very strategic because close to the mall , culinary and offices. And also a friendly , courteous staff adds pluses that might be hard to find like that. Centainly , I will be back to stay here again. Thanks Whome.

For little more then 20eu a night for a standard room, the level of service and amenities in room are top top! While check in I was offered some hot tea, and then escorted to room. Room is of a modest size, expected, yet very clean and very comfortable kingsize bed. TV has some international news and movie channels, and basic amenities such as shampoo, water, kettle with tea and coffee are offered. All hotel areas look comfortable and clean, and staff is very helpful and friendly! Initial plan was staying here only 1 night, but I am planning on extending for a longer time...

Its cheaper and worth to try if we want the good atmosphere of the place to stay. The location is near from highly recommended food. And the room was cleaned & neat. We got a good experience in W Home. :)

The hotel os nice with vert good localisation, calm. There are lot of restaurants and coofees. The staff are available. The wifi us vert fast. For the Price of thé night it is a good choice. There are a spa vert close

Room was nice, staff was friendly, only negative thing was there was no toilet paper/soap/shampoo when I came into the room. Not super ideal location as it id in a residential area, but other than that, good experience!

Beautiful room, nice hall with free coffee and tea anytime. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good value for money. Quiet and green neighborhood! Not many restaurants right next to it but walking distance to some bigger and more busy streets.

Nice place. Not within walking distance to any big malls, it's located in a more residential area which is quiet but there are some restaurants and coffee shops around. pretty clean and smartly decorated. Friendly staff at the front desk.

What a cozy and yet homey place to stay, very close with the famous food street vendor of "Lapangan Birah", close to CBD and all for a very reasonable price. The room is clean and spacious, the WiFi is fast. Recommended....

The rooms are very clean and spacious, there is a daily clean service, the shower works without any problems, the stuff is very helpfull and speaks a good english, all in all it is definetely worth it

Clean room, the free wifi connection is good, clean bathroom, large parking area, secure place, pleasant staff in front desk and room services 24hours, completely nice services, and i've stayed here for 1week.

This is my first time staying at W Home Cikatomas, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is near SCBD, good price for the location if you're into night life like me. they delivered breakfast to my room. Absolutely will come back again !

Seems to be quite difficult to find! All drivers had problems. Popular with locals. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Did not think it was centrally located personally!! Breakfast is basic. Does have large refrigerator. But had no kettle even cups and tea coffee was supplied. So was hot water from tap

Not the easiest place to find initially. Just hidden away in side street next to block M. More frequented by locals. But a pleasant atmosphere. Pictures on website not recent! I was expecting to be able to do some cooking. But no hot plate, pots, crockery or cutlery in room Fridge is quite big and can cook downstairs if wanting so. But I gave it a miss.Some items was left behind and reception contacted Me later on about that. So quite good service
