room was comfortable and well appointed. We were just there as a stop on a longer trip. The fact that there were large non-smoking areas was a plus.

Check in was abysmal! Was sent an online check in opportunity but when we arrived at 3 pm and tried to use, it was unavailable. Apparently it expires at 2 pm but there was no mention of that anywhere in what we were sent. So we went to registration to check in and the check-in line was long with only two attendants until a third was called who seemed perturbed at being called. Luck of the draw and we came up with the third who was added who was unfriendly, rude and inhospitable. We almost walked out at this point.

This resort hotel has 1700 rooms and when I went to check in, there was nobody at the check in to help you. I had to wait for somebody to get off their break. He came for a poker tournament and did not like that. The casino was split up in three sections. When leaving your room to get to the Poker room, you are forced to go through the center smoking section. The smoking section should be in a completely separate area of the Casino. We walked around quite a bit and did not see one person hitting any type of even a small jackpot. We are in the Grand Tower which has been recently renovated. The rooms are nice, but, not as nice what they charge. They are way overpriced for their room and the amenities. I would not revisit this location.

Check in was very easy, staff was pleasant and helpful, facility was clean and beautiful with plenty of security. Plenty of parking and things to do besides the gambling. late check out at no charge.

Room furnishings were not as shown in online ads. I have to have a chair and ottoman to sleep, not a bed and room was shown to have both; however, NO chairs with arms are included, period. I didn't sleep at all! Bed looked good. Stool was so low I had to use the bathrooms in casino.

Absolutely outstanding! Everything from check in (we stayed 4 nights) bell hop service, valet parking (free with hotel stay) room in spa tower was clean and nice. Food choices and quality are 5 out of 5. Bowling alley was fun, movie theater has extra wide, fully reclining heated seats (I fell asleep during movie!!) Casino was epic, most slots I've ever seen, it's like 3 or 4 casinos. Some smoking , some non smoking. poker room was great with good service and players were fun to play with giving good action. We did 90 minute couples massage at the spa, we both felt like melted butter afterwards. I couldn't possibly be more impressed. We actually extended our stay one more night on second day. They also have a 3,000 seat concert hall, but no concerts when we were there. I can see why the world series of poker tour stops there.

I blame todays LOSSES on West Bay Casino as they were shut down for some reason. Against my better judgement I went to Choctaw. I ran $400 dollars through the machines and won one bouns for $3 on Buffalo Link... Geez I knew better than to go here!!! It is My own fault for thinking that the last six months of loosing here was anaberration. Nope I was right: the RTP has gone to nothing. I think it is statistically imposible for one person to have the string of losses I have had at this casino. To top it off I did have a comp dinner buffet but alas the only thing that was wasn't left over from lunck and edible was the salad and a piece of pie. I am done Choctaw!!!

I was pleasantly pleased with the wide variety for children - pool, movie theater, video/arcade games, the District was awesome. My husband and son gambled, my daughter and granddaughter had a great time swimming, watching a movie and playing at the District. I had a wonderful relaxing massage, sauna and whirlpool. It was a wonderful experience over all. I would highly recommend it for families.

Horrible experience. You have a choice and I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. They don’t care about you and we saw nobody winning . Rewards system is messed up. Thousands of dollars spent and not one rewards point applied. Go somewhere else!

My wife and I booked a stay and spa package months in advance and were really looking forward to celebrating together. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The day before our appointment, the spa called and asked if we could move our appointment to an earlier time. We adjusted our travel plans and left sooner to accommodate them. While we were driving the four hours to the resort, we received another call saying they had a staff call in and our appointment would either have to be moved to the following day or canceled. We chose to move it to the next morning, even though that meant our spa appointment would be on the same day we were checking out. Before agreeing to the change, we specifically asked if we would still have access to the spa amenities, such as the hot tub and relaxation areas, during our stay. We were told yes. Check-in wasn’t a great start either. Mobile check-in wasn’t working, and after finally checking in, we discovered we had been placed in the Grand Tower instead of the Sky Tower we booked. The room felt dated and had an unpleasant smell. Things got worse when we went to the spa to get access to the facilities. The employee at the desk was rude, acted like we were bothering her, and told us, “Um, no. You can’t. It’s only for the day of service.” Since our appointment wasn’t until 9:00 a.m. on our checkout day and checkout was at 11:00 a.m., there was no practical opportunity to enjoy the spa amenities before our massages. Being told something completely different than what we were promised was incredibly frustrating. At that point, the mood of the entire trip had changed. We went to the front desk and asked if we could simply receive a refund and leave. After waiting about 20 minutes in line, the employee helping us seemed understanding and went to speak with a manager. The manager made no effort to resolve the situation, offer an apology, provide any accommodation, or attempt to make things right. The response was essentially, “Okay, you can leave.” We drove four hours to Choctaw, spent about an hour on the property, and then drove four hours back home. We wasted an entire day, gas money, and what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. Mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service and concern from multiple employees. We never felt like valued guests—just an inconvenience. Sadly, this experience has made us question whether we’ll return.

It would have been nice to know the air-conditioning was on motion sensor, econo setting, and how to fix that. It was very hot and fridge not cold until we called to have it fixed. It was my girlfriend's 50th birthday so hot getting ready and rough night of sleep.

I loved the wide variety of things for a family to do. The kids swam, saw a movie, played games and hung out at the district. My husband had a great time gambling. I had the best massage in my life at the spa, thank you Roxanne.

Room service dinner meal left a lot to be desired. Not much variety and the meal was miniscule.

Delicious buffet with a variety of delicious foods. Very beautifully decorated and clean environment . Most of the casino is now non smoking . Rooms are luxurious and well appointed. Newly remodeled. Separate pools for adults and children . Hot tub. Swim up bar. And I won big on slots ! My new favorite casino !

All staff was super helpful. Everything was extremely clean & a great vibe.

We checked in at 3:00 but didn’t get our room until about 7:30.

I liked the hotel and the beds and the staff

Food was aweful and way too expensive. We ate at the butterfield buffet and paid $200 for 5 people and the was sick that night. The next morning we ate at the grand dinner next to the grand caffe. That night I was sick again. We also didn’t get to enjoy the pool bc it was closed due to lightning. The three days we were there we didn’t win anything. We took a trip to the boarder on the way home and actually won there. So we will be staying somewhere else next time.

We live only 25 miles south & have a daughter in law & grandchildren who are Choctaw … shes worked at Choctaw for years & has encouraged us to take one of our getaways at Choctaw… we did & loved many parts of our 4 days there. We loved the friendly staff!… but we did get off to a rocky start… we drove in & found no handicap parking spaces open & no place to park & unload … all lanes at registration said “no stopping “… we only later found out that valet parking for hotel guests is FREE!… that would’ve been nice to know! We loved the adults only pool & excellent service there… the major complaints we have (& may keep us from visiting again) are the excessive smoke smells in the restaurants on the “nonsmoking” areas (so much that we had to leave a couple of times due to nausea & headaches) & the lack of adequate air conditioning in our room… even when we set our room temp at 65, the room NEVER got below 78…. Couldn’t sleep… also,,, unless u ask for it, no one will ever service your room… even after calling the front desk, & waiting 2 hours, we had to search 8 floors to find a maid to get toilet paper!!! We may try again after they’re totally smoke free & update their a/c… & hire more staff!!

Starting around 1:30am every hour through 4:40am a nearby train would sound the horns, someone was locked out of their room and kept knocking on a nearby room for almost an hour! I got no sleep at all and left absolutely exhausted! I would not recommend staying in the Sky tower! Not to mention the long walk from the elevators to the room.

I reserved the deluxe room but was put in a tiny room with a 2x2 shower with a handicap bench. Couldn’t even turn in the shower. Terrible room.

The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. We had an amazing view overlooking the pool and landscape. We really enjoyed the concert venue, as well. The non-smoking section was a nice surprise!

We ate dinner at Gilley's before the concert. While our food was okay, it was very slow. We waited over an hour and we only had baked potatoes. Seems like it should not have taken that long for just baked potatoes!

I thought Ibooked my stay at Choctaw GRANT to watch my friends the Marshall Tucker Band and when I was checking in that's when I found out I had no reservation there and they were completely full. My reservation was for Choctaw DURANT which was 85 miles away. Thank you Bookins. I'm out $309.00. Plus another $103.00 to get a room at another hotel in Grant, Oklahoma. If you check my reservation, I never showed up.
