Arycanda Kirman Premium - Ultra All Inclusive

Ich war nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel (bzw im Schwesternhotel nebenan) Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen – die Zimmer sind sauber, die Anlage gepflegt, das Animationsteam und der Poolservice sind super. Leider hatten wir alle drei Magenprobleme, die sehr wahrscheinlich vom Essen kamen. Außerdem war der Essensbereich oft klebrig, und der Service – vor allem beim Frühstück – lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Mittlerweile arbeiten dort überwiegend asiatische Mitarbeiterinnen. Einige sind wirklich sehr lieb und freundlich, aber andere wirken leider extrem unfreundlich – kein Lächeln, kein Blickkontakt, teilweise schauen sie, als würden sie gleich jemanden umbringen. Dazu kommt, dass sie wenig dazulernen: Wir haben sieben Tage lang täglich Çay bestellt und mussten jedes Mal erneut nach Zucker und Löffeln fragen. Schade, denn der frühere Charme mit den herzlichen türkischen Mitarbeitern ist dadurch etwas verloren gegangen. Trotzdem ein schönes Hotel mit Potenzial – wenn der Service wieder besser geschult und herzlicher wird, würden wir wiederkommen.

Excellent service, very clean and well maintained. No complaints. Plenty of food and drinks all day/night. Good kids club with daily activities. Brilliant aqua parks (1 for kids and and 1 for big kids)

We had a wonderful time at Arycanda in Turkey and would highly recommend it for families. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Our family room was huge with extremely comfortable beds, and the mini bar selection was excellent. The pool area is glorious, with plenty of space for everyone. Like most resorts, you do need to head down early to secure a sunbed, but aside from that, I have no complaints. Dining: • Breakfast: Excellent variety and taste – my daughter especially loved her daily pancakes and waffles. • Lunch: The main restaurant’s lunch options were a little limited; I’d definitely recommend heading to the pool restaurant instead as the choices there were much better. • Dinner: Overall, the selection was great. However, for a hotel in Turkey, I was disappointed not to see more authentic Turkish dishes – it felt like a missed opportunity. The menu seemed heavily catered towards Russian and European guests, with a lot of stews that felt unnecessary. Despite those minor food preferences, Arycanda is a brilliant family-friendly hotel and one we would happily return to.

The food options were poor and all of the food was bland and badly cooked. Perhaps they would be better doing a fewer dishes really well than offering a lot of dishes prepared poorly. Despite advertising as an Ultra All inclusive hotel no alcohol is offered in the room mini bar after the first day. Witnessed very poor health and safety practice by staff constructing a pool event - using electrical extension sockets in the wet to power electrical compressors and plugged into a standard wall socket with no intermediate circuit breaker protection. Children were standing in the pools of water and stepping on the extension power cables. All together a hotel with adequate capital investment and facilities but poorly trained and sometimes rude staff, all with a very poor grasp of dealing with customers in a 5 star setting and very limited English language ability.

Un bel hôtel avec de nombreuses activités proposées en journée. Les toboggans sont sympas à faire pour les enfants. Le restaurant principal propose tous les soirs un thème particulier. Ça reste bruyant en interieur mais quand on arrive à avoir des places en extérieur c'est vraiment agréable. Le restaurant méditerranéen à reserver est exceptionnel. Service en bord de piscine excellent. Gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil. Excellente literie et superbe chambre. Un grand bazaar avec des dizaines de magasins à 5 min. En point à améliorer : le room service = de nombreux oublis: serviettes, gel douche, papier toilette...il a fallu réclamer. Le complexe hôtelier est moins grand qu'il n'apparaît...il manque des restaurants le soir en bord de plage. Tout est concentré en intérieur. On est assez loin d'Antalya et Alanya = 1h30 d'Antalya et 40 min d'alanya. A prevoir si vous souhaitez bouger. Au global: de belles vacances. 10 jours étaient suffisant avec 2 excursions = 1 à Antalya + lands of legend le soir et 1 au grand canyon vert.

Ein Traumurlaub mit Spitzenservice! Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub im Kirman Arycanda Premium! Die Anlage ist wunderschön, das Essen erstklassig und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Herrn Alper Özkocak – stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Dank ihm haben wir uns besonders willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

This is not a 5 star property I’ve called and complained from the first day I attempted to stay. Their reviews are all fake their staff are scammers worst experience with a bunch of liars

Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels. The only small minus that not that many of the staff understood English, which lead to some misunderstandings during the stay.

The bathroom next to the lobby is one of the prettiest public toilets I have ever seen. A special thanks to Ryskhan that made sure to take extra special care of us during our stay. She always replied fast, and helped arrange our massages, which were by the way amazing. Beach/pool Beautiful beach and less rocks than we had expected. Being able to order drinks to the beach using a QR code is such a cool touch (whenever it worked). Great selection and drinks but we did miss the option of ordering simple snacks and light food to the beach. We did see people bring food from one of the buffets. Es war einfach super! Strand und Meer sind traumhaft, das Hotel sieht ganz neu aus, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Zimmerreinigung und Auffüllen der Minibar klappen jeden Tag perfekt. Es gibt jede Menge coole Events und die Animation ist echt top. Sogar ein paar Bowlingbahnen sind am Start. Das All-Inclusive ist richtig gut – die größte Herausforderung ist, nicht zu viele Kilos draufzupacken! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Perfect for families with young children, lots of activities; plenty of outdoor pool space, kids slides, indoor pool, kids club, indoor activities (games room & bowling) Very clean hotel. Not alot of staff spoke english, mostly german/russian speaking. Evening entertainment was abit lacking, not much of a variety, but the overall stay was pleasant.

Beautiful resort, clean, safe, friendly staff, food is amazing. Definitely recommend. A couple things we didn’t like: A/C in the room was not cooling properly, bad odor from the sink and shower drains. We enjoyed our stay in early April, we opened the balcony door to get fresh air, not sure about the air quality during hot season.

First Family Holiday in Turkey – A Great Experience! This was our first time holidaying in Turkey with kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. When we arrived, I wasn’t happy with the room, but to my surprise, they offered us several alternative options to choose from — something you don’t often see at hotels. It made a great first impression. Room cleaning could have been better, and we did have to raise it with the hotel, but they responded quickly and did their best to sort it out. One of the standout features was having a personal manager assigned to us — it made everything so much easier and stress-free. All in all, a great hotel with fantastic staff. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel very clean with good facilities. Staff are always available to help with any issues if any and make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Great Place to stay!

Nice friendly staff. Nice pools and great food. Buffet is much greater than Ala carte restaurant. Rooms are spacious with nice balcony. Beach is rocky and it was a bit chilly at the beginning of May. Overall was a nice experience.

We had a great vacation with my wife in Kirman Arycanda De Luxe for 10 days. Actually this is high level hotel with friendly stuff which works as one family, great all flavor food, fantastic massage and spa. Area and the sea short is perfect. You can find a lot of things to do for you and your children, exceptional evening shows, many bars with delicious cocktails and a lot of entertainment engaging guest from dances, party games, water polo and others. We spent unforgettable times, everything was included. Oh yes, fantastic pool to relax. All personal were friendly and supportive. The great hall with piano music. Easy tour scheduling and car rental. SO everything was so easy and it's been continuous pleasure for the whole vacation time! Thank you Arycanda! I hope we will come again.

This place is amazing and the gust relation is amazing All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating The place has everything you could need. Great food, clean facilities and comfortable beds. We enjoyed 8 days there.

Hotel service is very professional

Overall, the property is nice. You are given a contact of an assistant who could help you with your requests. Ours was friendly and accommodating. We paid for a sea view, but got a partial sea view, at best. We were offered another room two days later, but at that point didn't want to move. The food was good, but we found good cocktails only at the bar on floor -2. The service at the big restaurant wasn't great, we had to wait for our drinks every time. Animation is very limited, but considering the size of the hotel it is expected. A lot of it occurs at night, and if you are trying to sleep earlier, probably not going to happen. The shows are very loud, sometimes going almost until midnight. I've been to bigger hotels where they entertain you non-stop, and we didn't see it here. I wouldn't recommend it for teenagers or singles. The beach is well-kept, mostly sandy. Families with small kids might find it challenging as there isn't much shallow space. However, pool area is great for little kids. Aqua park was great, lines are small and rides are fun. Its hours are limited, though. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet, family-oriented place, you would like it. One more note - 80 euro shuttle to the airport seemed expensive.

I stayed in the hotel for 8 days The hotel is simple and small in size compared to other resorts, the food needs improvement, the cleanliness is not what it should be, as I was in room number 1333 and the side of the room in the corridor there is a smell of sewage, the air conditioner inside the room drips water, the cleaners open the door of the room in the morning without knocking on the door , Only the reception speaks English and other workers don't speak English and that's bad because no one understands you. On the positive side, the hotel is small and this is good for a family with children for easy movement inside, the activities are varied and daily, the waiters are good, the kids club is nice and the girls who work in it are very kind with children, the young people who activate games and activities are kind, I advise not to allow people in the neighboring resort to use the facilities of this resort because most of them come from the neighboring hotel and this leads to overcrowding In the end, the hotel is beautiful, and the cleanliness next to the pool and the general facilities are good.. I advise everyone to drink only from the bar located on the -2 floor in front of market it is the best bar and the young man who works in it is so kind and speaks fluent English and the best one how make cocktails..

We will say that the resort is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. That being said, the service is abysmal and we would not recommend visiting this resort due to this reason. There is really too much to write so i wont go into detail. Pay attention and read other reviews regarding service and you will see the lack of service is normal here. We have been to all-inclusives in mexico, aruba, and the dominican multiple times so we have experienced what excellent service can be. We'd recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

My husband and I spent 8 nights here, and it was amazing. The hotel and the staff deserve a 7 star review. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean, food was AMAZING. The beach was clean with lots of seating. The pool was the perfect temperature and also had lots of seating - and close to the lunch buffet. The staff at the Kirman were the best part - everyone was very kind, welcoming, professional and very accommodating to our needs, and also very fun. The staff made our time here unforgettable. A young gentlemen (server) named Yunus, took extra special care of us - he was professional, kind and caring, accommodating, and assisted us with anything we needed. Kirman hotel is very lucky and blessed to have such amazing staff.

Wir waren als Familie dort und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Angestellten und auch das Management sind authentisch freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man legt sehr großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Service. Für die Familie mit Kindern können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Die Getränke sind sehr gut und es handelt sich nicht um billige nachgemachte Brands. Kleiner Tip fürs Hotel…. Rotwein muss nicht kalt sein. Außerdem sollte man schauen, dass alle Hotelangestellten zumindest ein wenig Englisch sprechen. Aber euer Charme hat das wieder weg gemacht😉 Fazit…. Klare Empfehlung von uns! Bleibt so in Freundlichkeit und Qualität und ihr habt zufriedene Gäste. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!!!!

Extremely rude staff in lobby and bar. Extremely noisy at night - you can not sleep till 1:30 night due to loud Disco. Not good food. Dirty tables. Not 5 stars. Too small beach with lot of people.

Nice hotel but very poor service. Staff cannot rally speak English. Hotel caters more for German and Russian guests Shah at the front desk booked me a taxi told me it was 90 euros and that’s the price never gave a receipt. On day of my Taxi I was told it was not available and told they are only 75 euros. Staff here try to scam you and management need to put a stop to this as it devalues the service During dinner and lunch waiters are always on the phone and you have to go get your own drinks. This is a nice hotel but not a 5 star at all I would say closer to 3 or 4 stars Photo guys again try and scam you into having a shoot then when you say you don’t want to buy the pictures say are you poor don’t you have money why did you make an appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as the service isn’t great and the managers really need to get the staff more focused. Only good thing about the hotel is it has great beach, and kids club.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber gereinigt ungd aufgeräumt. Einzige Beanstandung war die schimmlige Wand im Gang unter der Klimaanlage, weil das Kondensationswasser nicht durch das verstopfte Rohr abfliessen konnte. Der arme Techniker musste das Ablaufrohr mit einem Schlauch und dem Mund freisaugen. Ich empfehle ihnen einen Wasserstaubsauger von Kärcher zu kaufen, und die Ablaufrohre der Klimakanäle in den Zimmern periodisch freizusaugen. Diese kleine Wasserstaubsauger Investition wird ihnen viel Geld für Renovationen einsparen.

I loved all the different pools and activities and the abundance of food. We had friends who wanted to book the hotel to stay with us and our hotel was booked so they stayed at the sister hotel and it was annoying because we couldn’t eat together and had to constantly explain ourselves.

A bit wary coming to Turkey for the first time, but we must have hit it lucky as this was one of the best holidays. Staff and food were the most superb parts of this hotel but lso how relaxed it was even with kids around. We usually go adults only but it was no hassle at this hotel at all. Recommend this to anyone, with or without kids

This hotel really very good. Territory isn't big but very cozy, also beatiful beach. Food was very tasty. But sometimes I can't open window in my room because smell was terrible (smells of fumes)

The location is superb, staff is providing amazing service 24/7. Food is very high quality and diverse. On going activities for kids and adults. A little annoying is when you need to get towels for the pool at the spa where they sell you massages all the time.
