Nos pusieron orquesta hasta la una de la mañana con un ruido espantoso. El espacio de parqueo fue muy mal manejado y los huéspedes quedamos encerrados. Deberían avisar que en la noche alquilan el lugar y que el ruido es ensordecedor y así no se contrata ese hotel. El conserje no ofreció solución alguna. Muy mala experiencia. No volveré!!

La habitación se suponía que era la más tranquila, pero resultó demasiado ruidosa, ya que el personal hablaba fuerte todo el día y una de las huéspedes, trabajaba en la noche y necesitaba descansar durante el día. Desde que se hizo el check-In, solicité emitir la factura a nombre de una empresa extranjera, pero aunque me he comunicado en dos oportunidades, hasta la fecha no me han enviado dicho documento

Pero lo peor de todo fue que siendo pareja con niño y habiendo pagado cuadruple nos dieron cama de 1.20 m, no me había pasado ni en hoteles de 30 mil pesos en zonas apartadas.

Service was a bit “hit and miss. Breakfast tamales was full of pork fat and chicken bones. Wrong drinks provided at breakfast too! For the price per night this was not value for money.
