Heel grote ruime kamers, elk met eigen badkamer. Locatie is top Goed beveiligd. 2 ingangen. Heel erg ruim, goede wifi Warm water duurt even maar is goed.

Niet heel hygienisch.

Beautiful set up. Value for money. Nicky was the best. Was available on the turn to assist. Would definitely recommend the place if you wanting to visit St Lucia.

TV Channel choice, (When the TV worked) Kitchen not fully equipped Braai facilities are very questionable St. Lucia is predominantly a fishing destination: No facilities for that activity.

It was a pleasant stay very central everything in walking distance. The apartment was clean

There wasn't enough cutlery and cups plates or pots and pans. Both rooms didn't have a air-con.

We had a nice stay.Also our private parking was a bonus

On Booking.com they promise braai focilities. There was nothing at all. There was 6 plates and was 3 types Glasses 6, 6 different types Security at the front 2 other gates was always open to the premises

Good location

No microwave (but they provided one the next day), so we could not heat dinner the day we arrived. No soap. Air conditioner and fan in bedroom did not work.

Central position. Each bedroom had their own small bathroom with shower. Unfortunately no plugs for the basins. Bought our own.

No working aircon, roof fans or microwave, and no TV on arrival. Only could enter our unit at 7 pm, after arriving at 5 pm. Left to buy groceries as they tried to sort out the mess, was back just after 6, waited until thy managed to get 1 1/2 fans to work, before entering. This after they found a TV, and encouraged us not to leave. NO designated parking. No balcony, or outdoor furniture or braai for the unit we got given. No linen change or fresh towels after their 5 day commitment. We only asked the unit not to be serviced on the day before we left, would be day 7's night, as there was a power failure in town, and then no running water is available. Disgusting extractor fan at hob, messed on our food. Sparce cutlery, crockery and utencils. Little privacy, as no netted curtains on windows. This is also the reason we opted to stay upstairs as downstairs units had less privacy with people passing by often to go out the accomodation through the shopping centre. Cleaning lady did not respect privacy, by opening a closed bedroom door without knocking. Cleaning lady did not apologize to us, and on the days we were in the unit, did not acknowledge us when she entered or left. We slept on the floor on a matress in lounge with portable aircon,as the rooms was too hot, and we only slept 4 1/2 hours on the first night. They installed new A/c on day 3. We were provided with standing fans.

Location is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The host was most welcoming, helpful and friendly. Made us stay at home again - this was not our first time.

Loved the atmosphere,the town and its people. The town was extremely clean with no litter anywhere to be seen. The portable water supply was very much drinkable.

The WiFi speeds was extremely slow.....kids was having a nightmare.

Very clean accomodation with plenty of space and free access to a really nice pool. Conveniently located near lots of shops and restaurants. Having a dedicated garage was also good.

Being on the ground floor, it wasn't very private with people walking past some of the windows. But there were other windows where this wasn't a problem. Having a washing machine would have been convienient for longer stays (but we were only there for 2 nights, so this wasn't a big issue for us)

The location is Perfect, right off the main street in town so you can get to all the shops and restaurants withing a minute's walk but you are way from car traffic. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

Nicky and Dan are perfect hosts. They did everything and more to make us feel at home. The pool was a relief at those hot days we had in St. Lucia. All restaurants and supermarkets are reachable by walking. And the staff was so friendly!

The host was quite nice, she informed us about important stuff in the city and helped us to book a tour. The room was very big and the pool area was sweet.

There was a lack of power more or less the whole day, but it was a problem of the city, not of the hotel. Showering in the dark was a bit unusual.

Tha manager, Nicky, is very friendly and helpful. Nicky and a staffmember even helped us unload.

Not enough kitchen supplies. More kitchen utilities and pots and pans - only 2 pots, one medium without lid in bad condition and one small with lid - nothing else. Dishes were washed after our first night, but not clean. Shower in second bedroom not clean. No proper braai facilities..

It is close to the shops and good security

The stay at Lake St Lucia was lovely.The villa is clean and in the heart of St.Lucia.Will go back anytime

The kitchen utilities can be upgraded.

Owner was friendly and helpful

The establishment was very clean, spacious with an aircon which was necessary with the hot weather. Good quality linen, spacious bathrooms and both bedrooms have bathrooms which was refreshing

We are pensioners and travel around 6 months a year. Our review is always honest and objective with the purpose to advise other visitors and the owners to improve where possible. We only slept here 2 nights to half the distance travelling from far down South Coast to Nelspruit. The accommodation is spacious, kitchen too. However the Villas resort itself and accommodation lacks atmosphere. If feels more like an abandoned Colombian Druglord Villa with no life. There is no ambiance to be found. Security is fake, the security gate at entrance was never on proper lock meaning anyone could pass in or out. The security gate downstairs going to the small centrum where Braza etc is located is not even locked, a brick is placed to prevent the gate from locking. The location is great, (street just below main street),you can walk anywhere you like, most good restaurants are in this area. Our arrival was disappointing. We were booked in at nr 3, received sms to park in garage 5. On arrival the reception lady (African) came to welcome us, lifted the garage door, and showed us where nr 3 is. She just disappeared then, just after 14:00. Office locked, gone. No assistance with luggage, we had to carry it all and it is far to nr 3! We discovered the garage could not lock. Having an expensive Merc MLB63 of 4.5m, I was not going to leave it in an unsecured garage. All the emergency contact numbers were off. At last some worker from Braza passed by and we asked him for help. Soon the owner of Braza arrived and assisted us with a remote for garage nr 7 which was more safe. [He is friends of Nicky, the manager of resort.] Around 17:00 the manger (Nicky) arrived, welcoming us, very friendly lady. The kitchen is poorly equipped, like 3 teaspoons, 3 steak-knifes, 4 dinner plates, 4 glasses, some types only 3. No glass bowls with lids for left-over food. Kitchen equipped with the cheapest cutlery I have ever seen. No paring knife of peeler. There are so many empty cupboards to be fi

Lovely town, with lots of ways to enjoy yourself. Safari, hippo your, ebikes.

Lovely host Nicky. Good size for family of 6. Central, easy walking. Great seeing hippos walking the street at night.

Good location, not far from the beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need from wi-fi to a braai and the pool is right in front, making it easy to watch the kids while relaxing or having a braai. The staff is exceptional. Really welcoming and friendly.

Our apartment was very nice and big. The complex was very safe and clean and has easy access to shops and restaurants in the main street. The swimming pool was awesome. We enjoyed our stay at Lake st Lucia Villas and will definitely visit again!! Our host Nicky was very friendly and helpful.

Love the fact that we could walk where we wanted to be. The accomodation and the stay was awesome. Will be going again.

Would like clean towels after 3 days due to the rain and wet weather, and extra toilet paper.

Property , lifted swimming pool and location

The accommodation was more then what we expected. Nicky was wonderful, we felt safe and at home. Rooms were cleaned daily and it was such a great holiday. The location was central but off the main road so we didn't feel like we were in "town". We saw the local hippo and the drive to cape vidal was always eventful. The beaches are very clean and beautiful 😍 We will definitely book again.
