Todo fue maravilloso. Desde el minuto 1 que entramos hasta la salida. El trato del personal fue espectacular. La amabilidad de Rodri, Inma y Dorian hicieron que la estancia fuera todavía mucho más agradable. El desayuno de cortesía es un detalle muy bonito. Tener una bolsita en la puerta con él desayuno es un detalle precioso.

La piscina es grande y bonita pero no cubre mucho (por poner algo de lo que no nos gustó)

The complex itself is in a great location, close to local restaurants and nightlife, but the area itself is quiet at night, which is nice. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette, including a fridge and other appliances. The pool area is very comfortable with a lot of sun loungers and is very clean and well maintained. The best thing, by far though, are the staff - especially Rodrigo, who is very friendly, relaxed and always more than willing to make sure your stay is going great - cannot compliment him enough. A great asset to the place.

Està molt ben situat i amb bones instal·lacions. El personal és molt amables i atent. Rodri, Inma i el senyor de manteniment són amabilíssims i sempre et faciliten les coses. També l'Alberto i la directora Elena del grup MoW. Molt atents i acollidors.

Only 15 rooms so even when full didn’t feel crowded. Good sized room, pool area was sunny and great location. Rodrigo was the ideal host! Always happy and went out his way to make our stay perfect. Total cheeky little flirt ;-)

Water went off for a morning, offered to use sister hotel but stayed by the pool. Was fixed within a few hours.

Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Not crowded and not noisy. Just the perfect balance between mingling with other guests and enjoying in your own space and time. Super clean and tidy. The mattress topper is super comfortable and it’s like sleeping on a cloud! Super friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and pampered, all of them: Raúl, Rodri, Adriana, Alex and Inma! I hope I’ll be back soon! Just two small suggestions: 1. A proper sound system with fixed speakers around the pool, with music, would be nice during the day, but I enjoyed the volume of the existing single speaker being low so that all the guests could relax! 2. One or two inflatables for the pool would add some fun to the experience :)

Ho scelto per il terzo anno consecutivo per la totalità dei servizi eccellenti offerti. Dalla posizione alla piscina, dalla pulizia allo splendido staff. Dalla possibilità di rimanere nudi senza sguardi indiscreti alla colazione ogni mattina in un sacchetto. Come dico sempre io , non c'è 2 senza 3 il 4 vien da sé. This is my third time in Maspalomas and my second stay at Atlantic and I can’t say enough what a gem it is. It is more expensive than I’d usually pay when travelling but it feels very worth it. The location is perfect--quiet and a little secluded but a few steps away from the beach and at the same time close to supermarkets and restaurants. It is not a big hotel and has a certain charm in that it feels low-key and familiar, the other guests are pleasant and it seems like everyone is here to take a little break from reality and enjoy the beauty of the island. Kitchen is complete and there is a bag of breakfast waiting outside you door everyday. Coming from a big city, the tranquility of the hotel amazes me and the overall vibe could not be more relaxed. A huge part is thanks to the wonderful staff--Raúl, Rodri and Irma (at least during my stay) who are all super friendly and ready to help with anything needed. I booked a late flight so I could spend the day at the beach and then lounge at the pool before heading to the airport. No better way to make the most out of the stay and hang on to paradise before heading back to the real world!

We’ve been coming back to the Atlantic Sun Beach at least once a year for the past 8 years. Over the time, we’ve noticed several improvements that unfortunately pushed the prices up significantly. The hotel is located near the Yumbo, Cita and the dunes making it a convenient spot for your holidays. Apartments are comfortable and come with all the necessary facilities, including a coffee machine and breakfast served daily. Staff goes the extra mile to ensure that customers feel happy. They give customers a lot of attention and care, that makes you feel at home. They’re always around in case you need something. The pool is also nice and with plenty of sunbeds available.

On this occasion, the crowd was a bit mature and often attempted unwanted and unsolicited approaches towards other guests. The hot tub had too much chlorine over the first couple of days, making it very hard to use (the water actually burned on the skin). After the chlorine returned to a normal level, the water presented with a yellow discolouration that wasn’t pleasant to see. I think the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub used to be better. The booking system doesn’t allow customers to express preferences regarding which floors they want to book. I wish there was an option for that.

A step into the shallow end of the pool would be handy, it’s a big drop. And possibly a surface around the pool that doesn’t get so hot, the wood heats up a lot so need something on feet at all times Everything else excellent

Es la tercera vez que voy y abra una cuarta,la comodidad de la habitación,piscina y jacuzzi y la atención de Alejandro siempre dispuesto a ayudarme en todo te lo hace mas fácil,Alejandro es el miembro del equipo mas amable,servicial y simpático sin menospreciar a los demás pero en los días que estuve allí el siempre me llamaba a la puerta por si necesitaba algo,estoy deseando volver,aparte esta muy buen ubicado cerca de yumbo y playa del ingles,si me hicieran un descuento por ir por cuarta vez estaría encantado jeje pero me conformo con la ayuda de Alejandro

Everything…it’s exceptionally well managed with all needs catered for. Breakfast, pool, drinks, snacks, sun loungers…..all superb. Poza tym Bardzo komfortowe, czyste pokoje i cały obiekt w doskonałej lokalizacji, bo wszędzie jest blisko - szczerze bardzo polecam to miejsce. Miłym zaskoczeniem jest woreczek ze śniadaniem codziennie zostawionym na drzwiach pokoju - to naprawdę bardzo miły akcent z Waszej strony. Każdy kto tutaj przyjedzie będzie wracał ponownie z uśmiechem na twarzy. Do zobaczenia wkrótce :) Pozdrawiam. Tomasz

Alles war super, ruhig und viel Platz, auch im Badezimmer! Die Mitarbeiter Rodri, Inma und Adri sind sehr bemüht alles im Schuss zu halten.

Staff was great- friendly and helpful - Rodrigo even drove us to a venue when our taxi didn’t show up. The room was great - albeit a little small for all our luggage- with direct access to the pool. Pool surrounds were relaxing and private.

We spent a pleasant week at this Gran Canaria hotel with clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and a heated pool that was a nice touch. The staff were kind and welcoming, particularly Rodri and Inma who provided attentive service and always ready to help. A solid choice for a relaxing stay!

It was clean and very comfortable. Two coffee machines and a kettle, with pods and instant coffees and teas provided. I was on the ground floor which was perfect, right next to the pool. Pool was warm, as was the jacuzzi and a nice hot sauna too. A bottle of cava on arrival, and a continental breakfast hanging on the door each morning was a really nice touch. The complex is just 15 apartments so it was really quiet. Staff on site from about 7.30am to 4pm-ish, and they were all very friendly. A shout out to Inma, Adri and Rodri who were lovely. The location is also perfect. 5 min from the beach, 5 mins from Cita and 10 mins from the Yumbo so never needed taxis. I will definitely return here, it’s the perfect chill place.

El hotel cumple totalmente con las expectativas, es íntimo, bien ubicado, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas, y el servicio brindado es de alta calidad, cabe resaltar la increíble atencion por parte de Rodri y de Inma, quienes hasta el último momento se aseguraron de que estuviéramos a gusto y bien atendidos. Adicionalmente una de las cosas que más nos gustó y hará que volvamos es la piscina con agua temperada clothing optional, 100% recomendada, especialmente si no viajas en verano como nosotros.

The rooms are spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Staff is really friendly (thanks Inma and Rodrigo for a great job every day!) you made us feel very welcome. Rooms and facilities were clean and the breakfast bag was a cute surprise.

Basically everything is perfect. A small bar at the pool would be the only addition that could improve the stay even more.

Daglig frokost levert på døren var en hyggelig overraskelse. Personalet er svært høflige og serviceinnstilte, spesielt Alejandro og Irma. Beliggenheten er god, sengene komfortable, og det er fine solsenger med sol store deler av dagen. Det lille bassenget er perfekt for å kjøle seg ned.

Dette er et enkelt, men veldig hyggelig sted som passer godt for en avslappende sol- og badeferie – enten du vil slappe av ved bassenget eller ta turen til homostranden. Stedet holdt imidlertid noe lavere standard enn hva vi normalt foretrekker.

From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcome and valued; smiles all around and I was personally led to my room/flat, everything explained. There was complimentary Lavazza coffee, a bottle of cava, slippers, terry cloth robes. The spa facilities are fantastic. The pool is climatised and also well-positioned for sunning and some shelter from those local winds. A new jacuzzi sits nearby, as well as a small modern sauna. Really lovely design and execution. It has to be said, again, that the staff made this trip for me. Rodrigo and Inma were phenomenal; Rodrigo in particular asking if there was anything I needed and then stocking my room on the spot. And, I know it's corny, but I felt like I was leaving friends when I departed. I really appreciated them and their service.

The fit and finish in my flat/room was a bit dated, as were the furnishings in the main room. But, commensurate with value...I'll book again on my next visit. I could spend a whole holiday by that pool and jacuzzi. Also, super quiet, a 2 min walk to the beach, shopping up the road, nearby bus stops for getting around; a lot on offer. And, again, the staff made it, for me.

I’d like to say ‘Thank you’ to Rodrigo. Rodrigo is very helpful and diligent. Rodrigo also provides excellent service. The service from Inma and other employees is also friendly. The Property is very clean, they provide mostly whay we need during the stay. I really feel comfortable staying here. And i hope can stay here again.

Quiet area of the town but only a 10 minute walk to yumbo. Complex was spotless clean, lovely pool and a jacuzzi and sauna. Apartment was really smart, king size bed in a separate room with plenty of wardrobe space. Lounge/kitchen functional and well looked after. Staff were absolutely fantastic thanks to Rodrigo, Raul and all of the team for making us feel welcome All in all an excellent experience

Uncomfortable, old installations, for the price, not even pillows on the uncomfortable couch, the door broke down in the middle of the night leaving me out of the room and my partner inside until 7 am when someone finally came to our rescue and had to break the door to liberate us

We enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Sun Beach resort. The facilities (jacuzzi & sauna) were excellent and a good meeting point to chat with other guests. Our room was comfortable & kitchen well equipped. Terrific bed & mattress, bed linen and towels (inc pool towels) changed regularly. A special thank you to Alejandro who checked us in on our arrival and ensured our stay was perfect. Atlantic Sun Beach highly recommended for guests wanting easy access to the dunes, beach and the Yumbo.

Ett väldigt trevligt hotell. Man kan gå runt utan kläder och njuta av poolen och bubbelbadet. Det finns även bastu. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Folk på hotellet var sociala och glada.

Det hade behövts lite högre staket så för att begränsa insyn.

Rodrigo & Team waren einfach fabelhaft. Sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Haben immer alles dafür gemacht dass es nicht Anonym ist und wir betreut werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.

Die ganzen positiven Bewertungen haben uns bei der Buchung vom Atlantic Sun Beach überzeugt, und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Die Lage ist fantastisch: Denn das Hotel ist weit genug vom großen Trubel entfernt, um schön ruhig zu sein, aber nah genug, damit man fußläufig Restaurants und das Yumbo Center erreicht. Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt. Das Apartment ist sehr hell und großzügig eingerichtet. Besonders morgens haben wir uns immer auf die Tüte mit dem kleinen Frühstück am Türknauf gefreut. Das Bett ist übrigens außerordentlich bequem und sehr groß! Wir hatten zudem nicht damit gerechnet, dass es einen Jacuzzi und eine Sauna geben würde. Das war eine tolle Überraschung! Ganz besonders möchten wir Rodrigo und Alex danken! Die beiden haben uns so freundlich empfangen, dass man sich von Anfang an willkommen und eher wie in einer kleinen Community fühlt. Das gibt es in keinem großen Hotel. Sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Wünsche und sind auch für einen freundlichen Plausch zu haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank an euch beide! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

We arrived late in the evening and were able to access the property without fuss. Our apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a complimentary bottle of cava waiting for us which was a lovely touch. A continental breakfast was left at our door each morning which was much appreciated. The location was fantastic. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The pool area is lovely and relaxing and maintained every day. The hot tub was nice to relax in and chat to other guests. The staff were fantastic. The lovely Rodrigo and Alejandro were extremely friendly and happy to help us and answer any questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to my friends.

L’accueil a été vraiment très sympa. Rodrigo a est vraiment adorable et disponible. Merci à Inma et Alex pour leur accueil. Le ménage fait tous les jours , la piscine très bien chauffée et le petit-déjeuner livré chaque jour à la porte de la chambre. (C’était une bonne surprise car ce n’était pas indiqué dans la réservation !). J’ai apprécié les crèmes solaires mises à disposition et les bouquins au bord de la piscine. Les chambres sont complètement rénovées et confortables.
