Entrance to the apartment can be hard to find when arriving. But friendly staff available outside to guide you to the right location.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Die Lage war herausragend und wenn man das Parkhaus direkt nebenan im Vorausbucht auch recht günstig. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend.
Leider gibt es keinen Lüftung im Bad, was zu leichtem Geruch führt. Am Balkon hat man ab und an die Gerüche aus dem Abzug des Hotels in der Nase, was uns aber beides nicht sehr gestört hat. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

La parte cucina presenza tutto l’essenziale ma rimane un scarsa su quanto riguarda pentole e padelle, ci sono ma per cucinare al max x due persone.

Molto grande e comodo, su 2 livelli, con un bagno completo e un piccolo bagno di servizio al piano inferiore, molto comodo quando si è in 3 persone. La posizione è perfetta, vicino alla stazione in mofo da non dover fare troppa strada con le valigie, ma già immersa nel centro storico e a pochi passi da tutto quello che volevamo visitare. La vista è bellissima, uno scorcio sui tetti di Porto che ti fa venire voglia di vivere lì per sempre! Nota super positiva per il proprietario, che è stato così gentile da trovare il modo più semplice e veloce per spedirci una cosa di valore che mia figlia aveva dimenticato! Non tutti sarebbero stati così gentili!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr grosszügig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es gab ein bequemes Bett, ein Sofa, einen Essbereich sowie eine eigene Küche. Die Küche haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht genutzt und können sie daher nicht näher bewerten, sie machte aber einen gut ausgestatteten Eindruck. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die sehr zentrale Lage – vieles war problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat unkompliziert und reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sauber und bot viel Platz, was gerade mit Kindern angenehm war.
Leider war die Unterkunft trotz des grundsätzlich sauberen Eindrucks recht staubig, was sich bei uns insbesondere aufgrund einer Stauballergie bemerkbar gemacht hat. Zudem war der Holzboden an einigen Stellen etwas uneben bzw. teilweise beschädigt oder aufgelöst. Gerade mit Kindern musste man an diesen Stellen etwas aufpassen. Hier wäre eine Ausbesserung des Bodens sowie eine gründlichere Entfernung von Staub wünschenswert.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Lo mejor su ubicación, está al lado de todo lo que hay que conocer imprescindible en Oporto, es cómodo para dos o tres noches y sólo pondría algún pero al mantenimiento, algún armario que no abría y la puerta del baño no cerraba el pestillo, cosas sin importancia para el general que ha sido bueno, sorprende lo cómodo que es a pesar del tamaño, el espacio está muy aprovechado, pero lo mejor, la ubicación.
En general me gustó aunque lo revisaría para arreglar dos cosillas.

A simple vista parece limpio pero había varios rincones con suciedad acumulada. La opción de parking que te ofrece es prácticamente nula se llena en seguida. Por lo demás el diseño del apartamento bien. Volvería a ir no sin antes buscar otras opciones.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026La posizione centralissima è perfetta per visitare il centro di Porto, si possono raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni in pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è molto bello e curato, così come molto apprezzabile la vista su una bella piazzetta del centro. Molto gentili e disponibili i ragazzi che si occupano del check-in e del check-out.
Nell'appartamento non c'è l'aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore. E' comunque un problema ovviabile se non si soffre eccessivamente il caldo o non si visita in piena estate.

에어컨은 없으나 선풍기 두대가있습니다. 창문을 못열어서 여름엔 갑갑한 느낌이 들었습니다. 바닥이 삐걱거려서 조심히걸어야했습니다. 연박이라 수건이 모자라서 더요청했으나 원래는 그런서비스가 없다며 눈치조금 받은 후 수건도 더 받았습니다. 체크아웃 후 짐맡아주는것도 원래는 불가하다고합니다. 저희는 직원분이 마침 시간되셔서 잠깐 맡아주셨습니다.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Loved everything about this apt, from the efficient and prompt corresponance to the perfect location as a solo traveller i couldnt have asked for better accomdation to explore Porto. Everything was 5-10 mins walking distance, the metro was near, lots of cafes, bars, resturants, shops on the street behind the apt block.There is construction going on all over the city but it could not be heard in apt 3.1 & jhad no impact on my stay. As a solo traveller i felt super safe in the area and entring and exiting the apt. Nuno met me at the apt as i arrived after 10pm. He was very informative and i had a direct whats app no to contact if i needed anything . my apt was on 3rd floor with lovely balcony . There is 1 flight of stairs ( not steep) and then an elevator to other floors .The late check out ( till 12) was very much appricated also and the offer to store my luggage. HIGHLY reccommend BNLoftpuzzle in Porto and i am already looking at returning with friends/ family before the end of the year if not spring next year
The door on bathroom didnt close and due to the positioning of the shower door you could not place a towel down to stop water splilling out- wasnt a big isue for me as i was solo

Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, draußen hört man die Lüftung/Klimaanlage und die Nachbarn waren sehr laut Müslischalen wären gut

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026L’appartamento si trova in una posizione centralissima, a pochi metri da Sao Bento e comodo per raggiungere tutte le mete a piedi. L’appartamento è spazioso, Andrea- l’addetta all’accoglienza, disponibile e gentile. Ci hanno consentito anche di depositare i bagagli prima del check-in.
Il bagno scomodo, senza finestra e con un sistema di areazione che non siamo riusciti a capire quando si attivasse ed anche la pulizia, in pratica c’erano strati e cumuli di polveri sui caloriferi, sulle lampade ed anche sul sostegno della tv.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Lovely studio flat, modern, clean, in a very central location and while it’s busy and noisy outside, it was quiet in the flat (well insulated).
We thought there would be parking as it’s listed as prime highlight/feature (upon clicking further it is explained that it is public parking available nearby but we had not read that - make sure you avoid the same confusion :) because street parking is nearly impossible on this super busy area, and the nearby public parking charges eur30 overnight!). Also the check in situation where you have to coordinate with them so they meet you and check your documents and give you key is not really ideal (last thing you want to do on holiday is coordinating check in times etc especially as we were on the road before with no strict schedule).

Reviewed May 29, 2026Die Größe des Zimmers war super und die Ausstattung ist gut.
Das Badezimmer ist direkt an die Betten gebaut, mit nur einer dünnen Wand dazwischen und nicht gut abgedichtet, so fehlte es etwas an Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist im allgemeinen extrem hellhörig. Wenn man Gäste hat, wie wir, die Ehrung geilen und kaut sind, kann das sehr nerven!
