Didn’t stay long but the property is well kept and full of flowers

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve had in Jamaica. Clean fresh sheets and towels. Hot water. Nice breezy balcony to have a snack. Breakfast truck down the road. Very close to the center of town.

A little confusion when I checked in but that’s Bookings horrible host software’s issue not the property.

The host was extremely slow to respond, and by the time of my stay, they didn’t respond at all, so I had to stay somewhere else.

We did not stay at there as it was unacceptable for family. The place needs a upgrading.

There was no ac available, fridge didn’t work properly so our food was spoiled and I just couldn’t wait to leave. The day before the manager came up to ask us if it wasn’t time for us to leave instead of checking before he came to us. He was just happy to collect our US dollars. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this property also dogs were barking constantly during the night and the kids at the school next to our room was just so noisy. Thought I would have had an enjoyable birthdate.

Spider and wasp invade the bathroom. Inside was below expectations.

Nice place to stay, problem was they do not acceot credit card nor does it state this on ad. I had to walk very far and back in the dark to find an ATM to get them cash. The owner had little concern for me over this and just wanted his cash.

There was no breakfast,but our room came with a small kitchen so we were able to takecare of ourselves

When we got there we couldnt get hold of the host,but the housekeeper was rxceptional,she took great care of us

Staff was welcoming and supportive.

Some appliances weren't working as we expected, but overall it was a nice quite place, and friendly and supporting staffs.

I liked the ambience and the interactiveness of the staff. Also, the room was good.

I believe the kitchenette could use some work in terms of having complimentary items for your guests...in case ( sugar, tea mix, etc). A little household items like bleach, soap, and cleaning detergent.

The front desk worker was welcoming.

The condition of the place wasn't my style so I didn't stay.

The room we stayed, people could actually stand at the window and hear everything you say or do in the room.

This guest house was decent, it's not the most fancy place but it can accommodate you for emergency overnight, convenience from the Town to shop or walk.

Water pressure was low at times and could use an extra soap for the shower

The property out door was beautiful and clean

The room needs detail cleaning especially the bathroom, my boyfriend didn't even want to shower and the sheet was worn out and burned the bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise.

I love that the place was quiet, not so crowded and the attentiveness of the staff. But for the safety of the customers I'd recommend that the gates are kept closed so that stray animals or strange persons may not enter. Ensure that a security is at the gate ready to attend customers on arrival and exit.

Lets just say the stay served its purpose.

Didn’t get the room I reserved, AC / shower didn’t work properly

The advertisement was listed at one price and the cost was increased to double the advertised coat. The rooms were outdated with outdated television sets. Property was rundown and no breakfast service. The recepriomust was not welcoming.

Overall I would give our stay 3-4 stars. The hotel (rooms/grounds) were VERY clean. The hotel was very basic but suited my wife and I purpose as we were on a working vacation ( if that makes sense). Off the beaten path but good value for the money. A good place to stay if you are on a budget. Just know that you need a car as the main of the town is 10 mins away. The only issues we had were we not told you had to pay cash upfront for our stay. We were not told this when we booked the property as usually just use my credit card to pay our stay on this platform. Also we had issues connecting to the wi-fi. Other than that a good place for the budget conscious traveler.

Furniture were nicely arrange and had a homely feel.

It was ok.

First we did not get the price quoted on Hotels.com, then they claimed they did not get the reservation request and did not have the rooms we requested. We were then to.d that they only accept cash and asked for $20.00 more per room. The sheets were torn and or stained, towels were worn out. The beds were uncomfortable at best. Coupled with the lack of respect demonstrated by the owner chain smoking in the office, I would not recommend this place.

Well I have to be honest after reading the reviews I was a little concerned that as this was a last minute and there was nowhere else ready to go I ended up booking I was supposed to stay for two weeks and only stayed for one night This is a husband-and-wife couple and although the husband is very sweet the wife is totally off her head screaming and shouting and treat their staff like that I would not recommend going there it is out of the way and unless you are driving I would not recommend although the only good thing I can say is the place was clean Also every little thing they will try and charge you for it is very expensive and has nothing to give at all personally I would not recommend anybody staying in this place

A gem that no one knows about. It’s less than a mile from Ocho and very quiet and sweet. She is a treat to meet; I had met her before; but she was delightful; her Jamaican Husband is a treasure . Very nice, clean; affordable. I can’t say enough nice things about the property. Over 20 rooms to chose from. Get there before 8pm to enjoy meeting her ( introduce yourself); she is very sweet.

The bathroom was really clean and spacious. The furniture were old and have a musty smell. My key could not work to open my door so that was frustrating.

My room share a connecting window which minimizes our privacy. I made reservations for a king size bed. I got a queen

Nothing much really it is located not too far from the town. The lawn is quite nice. The room and bathroom was clean. The scent could have been a bit more fresh on the rooms though

Very expensive for nothing

Quiet area, but within 15 mins walk to both downhill to the town centre, and uphill towards the Konoko Falls and Shaw Park gardens. Suited me perfectly fine. My bedroom's facilities were okay (perhaps an addition of a kettle and cup would have been beneficial!) and the private ensuite bathroom is more than useful better than others i've seen in Jamaica. however some of the furniture is a little worn and old fashioned, and there was practically no natural daylight coming into my room (upstairs, top floor), so i'd have to say that the windows/net curtains are not adequate. However, in front of my external door, is a balcony, chair and table, so i chilled there, more so than in the chalet/guest room itself. I recommend Little Shaw Park Guest House for short stays, especially if you like getting out and about for long periods during the days/evenings. :)

Little Shaw Park is one of the nicest places I have stayed in Jamaica - and I know Jamaica. This was my 61st trip to the island, and I have stayed all over. From guest houses to large resorts. Little Shaw Park was immaculate, quiet, and the staff was very helpful. I'd highly recommend Little Shaw Park to anyone wanting great accommodations!

Very good I would go back the room was very clean, comfortable

Overall disappointing, bed sheets ripped, no new towels, no cleaning on 2 nite stay, tv not working - my partner decided to leave and stay at a different hotel. Would expect min. 1 nite credit as this place is substandard and they are very aggressive on upfront / cash payment - non refundable though even if there are issues .

The pictures are a misrepresentation please do not be taken in by them. The location is not good and if you don't know Jamaica you wouldn't know this. The hotel only takes cash which we weren't told by the travel agent. Our room had connecting doors that we couldn't lock. We could hear everything going on in the next room - use your imagination! We would not recommend to any one unless you just want a room for the night and you don't mind where it is. On the good side it was fairly clean and had hot water for a shower.

My Stay there was pleasant, it was very quiet and peaceful. The room that i stayed in was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The place is well taken care of, and its nearby to all the major attractions in the town. The owners and staff were nice to me and gave good service, and most of all it was value for my money. I would recommend any traveller to stay there.
