Le personnel était sympathique et l’hôtel était propre. J’ai également apprécié l’ambiance de l’établissement.

Je n’ai rien de particulier à signaler, mon séjour s’est bien passé.

Water was coming out after shower on the floor!!! We couldn’t open window for safety reason perhaps and inside was no aircon!!!room was absolutely stuffy and zero air circulating, WAS REALLT HOT INSIDE DURING THE DAY. 100eu per night????? No proper cupboard to put clothes, space was super small, disappointed. And neighbourhoods is REALLY NOT SAFE WE WERE APPROACHED BY DRUG DEALERS, Weird dodgy people.

Unfortunately, the service during our stay wasn’t very welcoming. We often felt like we were being questioned or made to feel like an inconvenience whenever we asked for something. There didn’t seem to be much flexibility or willingness to help with simple requests, such as an extra fan or additional pillows. We were told that the room had centralised air conditioning, but this didn’t really address our concerns. Overall, the experience left us feeling that asking a simple question or requesting something extra was a bother. A more welcoming and accommodating approach from the staff would have made a big difference to our stay.

La localisation à châtelet, possibilité de trouver à manger un dimanche matin à 3h du mat ! Dans le quartier . Femme seule qui va une soiree toute la nuit retrouver ses amis. L’hôtel était à 30 m :) tant que je peux dormir me laver et me maquiller je ne demandais rien de plus!

La chambre studio était assez grande, propre et agréable. La salle d’eau était également propre et la douche est grande. Il y a beaucoup de prises de courant dans la chambre, ce qui est très pratique pour recharger plusieurs appareils facilement. Le lit est confortable, sans être exceptionnel, mais reste tout à fait correct pour un court séjour. Dans l’ensemble, une expérience satisfaisante pour deux nuits.

Le rideau de douche pourrait être amélioré, tout comme la pomme de douche qui présentait un peu de calcaire. Pas de tapis de douche, nous avons sacrifié une serviette.

Chambre calme et confortable malgré la proximité du périph. Un double vitrage très efficace. Literie impeccable. On s'y sent comme dans un cocon.

Super vicino all'Adidas Arena. 3 minuti a piedi. Google maps vi dirà 40 minuti perché non fa fare il ponte (non so perché) ma invece è davvero di fronte.

Il parcheggio c’è scritto chiaramente che sono 20€ per 24h Invece no quando sono arrivato mi hanno detto 20€ per 24h solo se lascio la macchina nel garage senza muoverla che non ha senso se io pago la giornata intera perché non posso entrare e uscire con la macchina quando voglio Io dovevo uscire e rientrare più volte al giorno ho più di pagato 30€ al giorno Più quando sono arrivato mancavano asciugamani e non c’era sapone nel lavandino per le mani e anche per la doccia Però ho chiesto alla reception e me l hanno dati quindi personale cordiale e professionale.

El hotel queda en las afueras de lo turístico, pero es un lugar tranquilo, seguro y a solo 5 minutos caminando de una estación del metro, por lo que es muy facil llegar a todos los lugares turísticos. Me gustó mucho esa ubicación porque se puede llegar desde el aeropuerto en bus o en metro. Pagar uber es relativamente barato, no paguén taxi desde el aeropuerto porque la diferencia es mucha. La habitación es limpia y muy comoda.

El baño está muy bien solo que un poco pequeño, y le agregaría algo para colocar las toallas y algo para colocar el jabón y el shampoo

Location was actually quite far from the city centre than we realised. Not the hotels fault but meant a longer and more expensive journey with taxis

Someone tried to help us with getting our underground tickets, but they were actually pickpockets and must have been more than one of them and they took our purses when we got though the barriers, so our stay was a bit of a blur as we spent the evening cancelling credit cards etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was average to below average, although there was good access to public transportation, including the metro and buses. Unfortunately, the parking area was not clean and had a very strong sewage smell. We also found the parking fee quite expensive. Overall, the stay was okay, but the cleanliness of the parking area and the high parking cost could definitely be improved.

Venue pour un concert au stade de France. L'hôtel à correspondu à nos attentes. Lieu de repos avant de repartir prendre la route.

La climatisation fonctionnait vraiment bien lors de la canicule. La situation est agréable, proche du métro (ligne 12). Le personnel du 1er jour était vraiment agréable et prévenant.

L'extérieur de l'hôtel (la rue) est assez sale.

the staff member on the desk when we arrived was extremely good. it was our daughters birthday while we there and he recommended a patisserie in Paris for her that we went to and were extremely pleased with. this is the kind of service that matters when you are away with your family and he is a credit to the hotel.

we asked for extra pillows but didnt receive them as it was busy and the volume on the television didnt work so we had no sound at all.

Tolles Hotel, Zimmer klein aber man ist ja meistens den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Föhn kann bei Bedarf gegen Pfand ausgeliehen werden. Freundliches Personal. Mit dem Bus oder der U Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum.

il personale è molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico. la struttura è molto pulita.

abbiamo chiesto di abbassare l'aria condizionata e ci è stato detto che era fissa.. siamo morte dal freddo per tre notti di fila. la nostra camera aveva un letto matrimoniale e un "divano letto" che non era un divano letto, era scomodissimo e per me che sono alta è stata una tortura.

Había pelos y lentillas (Contact lenses) en el suelo y en al ducha, la verdad que un poco desagradable, por lo demás estuvo bien

Il n’y avait plus de place dans le parking sécurisé de l’hôtel alors nous avons dû nous garer dans la rue… après avoir attendu 30min devant le portail ! L’hôtel est vraiment à la sortie du périphérique alors la vue n’était pas top. Nous avons attendu un bon moment pour avoir notre clé. Le réceptionniste était seul pour une grande masse de monde. Nous sommes arrivé à 17h et les chambres de certains groupes n’étaient même pas encore prête !

El parking que es un poco caro , 20€ el día y no puedes sacar el coche , si quieres salir debes ir pagando y cogiendo ticket. Y fuera hay zona azul , nosotros como estuvimos sábado tarde y domingo no pagamos.

It’s good for a short stay, quite close to transport. However the rooms are quite small but it’s comfortable enough.

The pillows are way too flat and very uncomfortable had trouble sleeping even though the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast is too expensive for what they serve… 10€ just for carbs, sugar and boiled egg. It would be better if we could choose to have fried eggs or an omelette.

Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und äußerst sauber. Gegen Pfand gab es sogar einen Fön. Preis unschlagbar und das Frühstück völlig ausreichend .

Achtung. Auto nicht außen auf der Straße parken. Erste Nacht wurde eingebrochen und alles mitgenommen was sich im Auto befand. Leider kam auch kein Hinweis diesbezüglich der Rezeption. Straße ist viel befahrend und es macht keinen Anschein nach diesem Vorgehen :-(

Les photos de l’hôtel n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité. Nous sommes resté de 00h à 6h30 dans la chambre. Nous n’avions pas de lumière dans la chambre mis à part dans la sdb. Il n’y avait que 3 prises dont aucune dans la sdb. 1 serviette de toilette pour 2 Pas de housse sur les oreillers pour dormir La fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement. C’est déplorable…

Finalement un peu trop loin du lieu du concert. Pas de transport en commun, uniquement des ubers.

Staff was kind, hotel was easy to find and access, and overall the cleanliness and comfort was at a very nice level for the price. The pop room we were in was small but cozy, and we appreciated the view of the Adidas Arena as well as that the toilet was in a separate cubby within the room, separate from the shower and sink. Every evening, we arrived to a very clean and tidy room.

The location left a bit to be desired, as it was not a pretty part of town, but this is expected for the price and we did not feel unsafe. The biggest issue was that only a single set of towels was provided even after we brought the issue up with staff, meaning that we only had one body towel for the two of us. Additionally, the bottle of shower gel in the shower was empty when we arrived and was not refilled after mentioning it to the cleaning staff. The window in the room did not fully close (i.e. the knob was missing from it), but as the windows have two layers, it did not cause issues.

Het ontbijt!!! Geen plaats om te zitten, de zaal was overboekt. De gasten moesten zelfs in het salon of bij de bar zitten om ergens plaats te vinden. Veel te veel volk, het personeel kon niet volgen. Weinig keuze voor de betaalde prijs. Koffiemachine viel steeds uit.

Relación calidad precio bien, pero si vas muchos días y además sois 3 como nosotros , no puedes sacar la ropa ni las cosas d aseo d la maleta xq no tiene armario, pero si buscas un hotel para descansar después d todo el día, es ideal.

Quizás q deberían hablar un poco d español La falta d armario o cajones para dejar la ropa y cosas de baño

De kamer was zeer ruim.

Helaas hebben we erg slecht geslapen, omdat er te weinig kussens en dekens waren in de kamer. Een baliemedewerker zou een extra kussens regelen. Helaas hebben wij die nooit gehad, omdat andere medewerker zei dat er geen kussens zijn, maar dat we een handdoek moesten gebruiken. De bank moesten we zelf opmaken als bed. Normaliter wordt dit altijd door personeel van een hotel gedaan.

the room is tiny. the bathroom is splitted. one room is for WC, there's a door for the shower and the sink is in the room. the third bed is a bunk bed, the ladder is dangerous and the bed itself is not done. that means that you need to put the sheets yourself. personnel cannot speak english.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement qui est vraiment très pratique pour un concert au stade de France, et le personnel qui est très aimable et disponible

La propreté de la chambre était correcte , mais une tâche de maquillage sur un coussin, et des cheveux sur un autre, ça gâche un peu l'expérience.

Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure et la chambre était déjà prête. Le réceptionniste était très sympathique et serviable.

Personnel désagréable. Chambre réservée pour 3 personnes, on a été obligé de faire nous même le lit individuel, pas de 3 eme serviette à disposition, obligé de la réclamer et le personnel a tout juste voulu nous la donner. Aucune information sur l’heure de départ de la chambre .Une demande de validation de la chambre est demandée 24h avant mais sans donner d’explication de comment faire cette validation. A notre arrivée on m’a demandé dans quel hôtel j’avais fait une réservation, j’ai répondu le Greet hôtel, la personne de l’accueil m’a ris au nez en me demandant si j’étais sur! Oui c’est ce qui est écrit sur les mails que j’ai reçu .
