The location was spot on.

The room over me made noise every night. Also the Wifi was the weakest.

Shower room and bathroom is quite small and the shower hose is above the flush toilet

When, in the middle of Silom, Bangkok, you book a night for 600 baths, you don't expect a Sheraton. This residence offers what you need for your stay. I got room 404. It was clean, the airco worked very nicely, the bathroom was OK. The bed is a little hard but that fits me. The staff is smiling and helpfull.

A few things in the furniture are looking old and used. But again, I paid 600 baths for the night.

Para empezar la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, las fotos que aparecen no tienen nada que ver al menos con la habitación que nos tocó a mí y a mi novia. Una de las toallas que nos dieron estaba sucia, en general la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, el aire acondicionado funcionaba pero no enfriaba mucho peor como fuera hacía 40 grados al menos se notaba algo. Aparte en zonas del hotel olía como a perro muerto.

I booked 2nd time the reason I trusted booking.com I checked in early morning today, I sent messages to booking.com spoke to the guy in reception, they gave me a room close to the kitchen, constantly banging, every 5 Minutes there is someone coming to kitchen and making noise, loud shouting, all bathroom, sockets doesn’t work, internet very slow, I guess this thing is for older people with no other choices, they just told me tomorrow we will see!! Not very helpful. Best thing to do is stay in Siam or sukumvit area, I made a mistake. Other platform like trip is very good and helpful

I stay at this hotel for about a week every year for the second year in a row, and the price-to-room ratio is amazing! I really like the staff — they are very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, everything is very close. My room was cleaned every day, and they also provided water and toilet paper daily. The rooms are a bit old and the air conditioner doesn’t work very well, but the staff keeps everything clean. If you’re coming just to explore the city and only need a place to sleep, this hotel is a great option. But it’s not very comfortable for spending the whole day in the room. I recommend it 👍

The bed was way too firm, and the room smelled like a fresh coat of paint for five days. TV stand had the screws visible and could’ve fallen at any moment, and the dresser drawers in the room or water damaged to the point they could not properly open and close.

Orada konaklamadım, çünkü bana satış esnasında quin oda verilecek yazıyordu, ama bana penceresi olmayan havasız ve deterjan kokan bir oda verildi. Ve en kötü olan tarafı ise şu; Booking gibi güçlü bir kuruluş müşterisinin mağduriyetini karşılamadı ve sessiz kaldı. Bir daha asla Booking ile konaklama yapmayacağım. Çünkü bundan önceki konaklamam için de 1 gün uçak rotarı nedeniyle geç kalacağımı ve 2 günlük oda rezervasyonumu 1 güne düşünmenizi söylediğim halde beni bu noktada da mağdur ederek haklarımı korumadınız.

Hiçbirşeyi sevmedim, çünkü konaklamadan günlük boş yere param gitti çöpe.

Szate bybaveni clovek v pohode prehledne, divna recepce, nevysaty koberce, praskle umyvadlo... ale ten zbytek. Měli jsme na matraci několik odpornych fleku, když se sklopilo prkénko na wc, tak to bylo šílené špinavé vzadu, špinavé baterie, fleky na rucniku, takovy ten ručník welcome byl skoro černý místo bily. Hnus. Stitila sem se tam spat. Kamarádi měli pokoj vedle, nemeli ani okno a do batohu jim vlezl svab, na matraci meli taky fleky. Na to ze je to 3hvezdickovy hotel, tak můžete raději ušetřit a vzít si čistý hostel. Uděláte líp. Silně nedoporučuji.

Good location for Sathorn and Silom

Me encantó que tuviera ascensor y que el departamento fuera enorme. Tiene heladera grande y microondas. Siempre te dejan agua. A unas cuadras del BTS que te deja en todos lados.

No me respondieron los mensajes que les dejé por una equivocacion mía en las fechas de hospedaje. Igualmente no fue tan grave.

Top location in the heart of the city with many attraktions nearby and a seven eleven mini market next door. Great restaurants nearby. Two free bottles of water every day. Staff was very helpful with my checkin in the middle of the night. Thank you

Hotel could use some renovation.

The location is very convenient, it's easy to get around everywhere in the city. The room was also kept nicely clean and my towel was changed even without asking.

I regret staying here so much. The single lazed windows don't provide any noise insulation at all, it's like sleeping on the side of a highway. I could barely sleep a couple of hours at night and it ruined my stay in Bangkok. The room is neither superior, nor queen, neither is the bed. It wasn't an issue to me, I really just needed a place to sleep and shower, but that name is misleading. The staff also seem to have trouble speaking English, which is not good if you have had problems.

Everything was great. The staff were kind and helpful.

Lo que me importaba a mi era que este en un lugar que sea facil de llegar al shopping y eso lo obtuve.Lo único positivo . Tiene lavarropas y secarropas. La habitación tiene televisor y refrigerador. Para pasar una o dos noches como nosotros está bien pero si puedes conseguir otro mejor. Fotos engañosas.

Cama durísima. Ruidos externos se escuchaban cómo si estuvieran dentro de la habitación. Muy deteriorado y sin mantenimiento. Ducha con poca presión de agua. Personal poco o nada amable.

Very good location - close to BTS, seven and local shops. Elevator, air condition, fridge in the room, table and a chair.

Not so clean. Sometimes the staff would forget to bring the tallow or water. When checking in nobody told me what was where but I managed later. No kettle in the room, hot water in the kitchen. Not hot water in the shower.

Very very run down. No hot water. No maid clean during a three night visit.

Good value for the price. Don’t expect something luxurious but if you are in a budget while being in BKK, this place does the job. Good location, decent bed and room, hot water and clean sheets. Also I have to mention, it was really quiet.

Good location-Chong Nonsi BTS station is just a short walk away. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Quiet. Great WiFi and great aircon. Bed was great.

The accommodation was just average although the location was quite good for nightlife and shopping

Walking distance from Lumphini Park and 15 to 20 minutes by MRT or BTS train to most major malls of Bangkok. Conveniently situated close to major touristic and iconic area. Lots of street food stalls around.

Location was the winning point as it was fairly central to MRT and local shops. Just minutes away from Silom and close on subways to all other central shopping locations. Staff were very helpful.

The bed and blanket is very comfortable.

Internet does not work. Doesn't allow me to connect to a stronger connection. The staff was very rude and cannot understand English. There was a blackout one time so I asked if there was no power or just saving but staff ignored me. I proceeded to the elevator to check if it worked and she still ignored me. Since it didn't, I had to go up the stairs which was pitch black and full of items/debris that maybe only 0.6m was passable. Least she could do was answer me that there is no power and I had to take the stairs. Worst booking experience of my life.
