Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Okay, I have to share my opinion: I'm very happy. The place is very welcoming, clean, and quiet. This is where I need to emphasize something. It's not just quiet because of the house itself, but also because of the culture and the people of this country. People here understand respect and basic values that have been lost in much of the world. Another thing that I appreciated is the focus of the people on who they are. I'm very, very grateful to this country, and once again, thank you to the hosts for being so kind and providing me with a good rest. Best regards.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025浴室蓮蓬頭的水很大，水溫穩定，民宿老闆在回覆問題積極。
停車場需步行一小段，需推著行李和家人在馬路上移動。隔音不佳，樓下開門、說話聲和室外的動靜影響睡眠。

Reviewed May 9, 2024The freedom of going in and out of the building. There are good breakfast en dinner restaurants within 5mins walking.
The stairway was noisy when other Tennant are comming in and going out. You always hear doors slamming.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2022The guesthouse is run by a very nice couple. Spontaneously the husband helped my out with commuting and the wife helped me with setting up the right WiFi connection. Sleeping room and bathroom and super clean and everything is new. A good choice if you work in the nearby science park and don’t want to commute more than 20min to work.
It is not an absolute silent area due to traffic, but acceptable for business stay purpose.

Reviewed Sep 21, 2021屋外：附近停車白線很多，走路1分鐘有7-11。 房內：沒有熱水壺但有附沖泡包XD，電視沒正對床，也只有一個椅子，沒辦法兩人一起看電視，不過不確定是不是我這房型才這樣（5樓）。有個大落地床和大陽台。 屋內：沒有電梯，樓梯稍窄。 整體還算不錯。

Reviewed Aug 13, 20181.check in時因系統有問題查不到住宿資料，耽誤一陣子，之後換另一個地方住，處理問題相當迅速。 2.入住後有來電詢問入住情況。 3.離市區還有交流道算近，附近有很多好吃的，買東西也方便。 4.浴室無乾濕分離，早上無早餐。 5.冷氣聲音有點大，且風口對床，睡覺有點不太舒服。 6.換住宿後在四樓，如行動不便，建議要先去電確定房型還有樓層。 整體而言是不錯的住宿環境，很值得前往。
